We just moved to Franklin & love love love it! Quaintest little town & mainstream. Theres usually a guy playing the violin on the street, great shops & restaurants.
There is a reason Downtown Franklin ends up on national lists as a must see place to visit. Its like stepping into a bubble where people are nice and respectful, shops are great and you will see things you wont see anywhere else, and the vibe will put a smile on your face
Wonderful way to spend a day in a historic, friendly place. The shops and stores are awesome with the friendliest people to help you.
Many stores were open, some requested you wear a mask. Many offered hand sanitizer. There are an eclectic array of goods offered for purchase. Clothes to furniture and art. We had a fine time shopping and walking. Pet friendly area, with many stores having water bowls outside. Will be coming to this area often.
Beautiful road with charm galore. Whether you are shopping or just out for a stroll this is a great place to be.
Very very pretty Church didnt go inside so I cant say much very well-kept though
Little, but beautiful
Amazing little strip of cute stores and great food. Traffic is absolute rubbish but parking is generally fine. My suggestion is park as far as possible, grab a friend or partner and just stroll and take your time. Grays on main has live music and great food, no reservation and tons of seating.
A nice quaint tennessee town with a plenty of bars and restaurants to fill your heart and belly
Nice area with many unique shops. Not many close around 6. Some have extended holiday hours till 8pm. A number of neat places to eat and ample parking and a parking garage.
Fantastic visit, the little town is super to explore, great shops to find those unique gifts. Twine for not your run of the mill t-shirts, Binks outfitters for your outdoor gear, Franklin Road to be cared for like the celebrities that live around this great area of Nashville. Look forward to going back soon, that is of course with an extra bag to haul home all those finds for friends and family.
Downtown Franklin carries traditions from the past while managing to look forward to our future in such a rare and revered way that not many towns are able to do. I am very fortunate to be blessed by being about of this neighborhood and business community.
Very good service
It is just such a well preserved and beautiful little downtown. I live nearby and still love to come. the stores they have here are unique and fun. the restaurants gave gotten better and better, all are good really. my favs are Pucketts and Greys but HWY 55 is good too.
Excellent food, beautiful historic buildings, friendly faces, clean streets, and more. Just a fantastic place to be. Plenty of options. Also great for Pokémon Go if you play.
I love downtown Franklin. Its is full of great restaurants and boutiques. I always find something unique when Im shopping.
Love this main Street. Old time charm with many small businesses.
Amazing little town...cutest little shops...nicest people you will meet~
Cute historic street with nice boutiques and shops!
We rented a car and drove to Franklin, TN. Such a great investment of our time, and a simple $50 day-rental. Our Nashville hostess urged us to dine at Grays, but was unable to get a 1 p.m. reservation (on the Friday before Christmas break). However, we got there at 11 and had no trouble getting a great seat at the window. We split the GRAYS DOUBLE: two 4-oz patties, beer battered onion rings, local white cheddar, molasses bbqon a wheat bun. It was aMAYzing! Fortified us for our stroll through the lovely shops on Main Street and our tour of the Carnton Plantation (Confederate Triage Hospital and cemetery.)
Downtown Franklin is a great place for families and for tourists and very pedestrian-friendly. Lots of shops and restaurants to visit. The festivals and celebrations held throughout the year are great.
