Good park to take your kids. Has a nice playground. There is a workout area for the grown ups. Has a nice trail that goes around the pond. Lots of ducks to feed.

Beautiful park. Lots of shade on most of the walking path. Most people clean up after their dogs.

Really nice park to walk and relax

Candleridge Park was a treat to visit. It was nestled in a well kept and quiet neighborhood. It had plenty of open spaces and cool shady trees. There was also a paved path that encompassed a small creek bed. The path had several sturdy cool benches that were positioned in the best areas.My son and my little pet Chihuahua also thoroughly enjoyed all that the breezey and beautiful Candleridge Park had to offer.

Great park with a good amount of equipment for the kids to play on. Tons of trees for shade so its not ungodly hot for them either. They got a kick out of seeing the ducks and turtles in the water too.

The playground is small and could use a power wash, but suitable for toddlers. There is a nice path to walk around the little lake.

I live across the street from this park. I take my morning walks here, when I do them. They have a walking path around a beautiful small lake. The ducks are adorable. Its always a beautiful scene when I walk. They have a nice little playground for the kiddos to play and I play there too. Its just nice and it gets full sometimes on the walking path, but everyone so far have been courteous and friendly. Its a great to have in the neighborhood.

Candleridge is a very scenic park. It has a path to walk and a variety of play sets for children.

Kids playground is maintained fairly well just wish they had a canopy over it. Good area to go bike riding or for a jog. Good place to relax and feed the ducks too, dont feed them too much though theyll bunch up.

Wonderful park , a good sign some development work is taking place but it would much nicer if the park has a public toilet......

Great Family Park & is also fun for ALL ages since there is not only a large & very nice playground area but they also have the walking path(which is a paved sidewalk), an exercise/work-out area), picnic area with bar-be-que pits, the very large pond(which the walking path goes around) the is fun for fishing & feeding the ducks & geese that live there @ the Park, & then it also has a very large field area where you can play football, soccer, disk golf, baseball, tag, softball, etc.! It is also has lots of trash cans & was kept pretty clean back when I brought my kids there pretty much daily back when my oldest(a girl) was between the ages of 3 to 7-8 years old & my youngest(a boy) was 1 to 5-6 years old (they are now 11 & 13 years old)!!! It was our familys favorite Park to go to & was only about a 5min drive from our old house on Santiago Ave. over by the Woodway Elementary School!!! So if you live in that area, have children or heck even if ya dont, I promise if you like the outdoors, & you havent tried Candleridge Park...I promise youll love it, Scouts Honor!!! ️

Nice park. Grew up here since I was a kid. Must say city needs trim the trees....otherwise a special place for me. Nice expanded walkways and the ducks are always chilling...sometimes they will come up to you...as they are used to people feeding them.

The best park with large pond (duck and turtles) morning and afternoon, for walk, picnic, or Too crowded at night.

Large playground, large pond with ducks & walking path. Park used to be alot nicer and cleaner but has gone downhill in recent years. No public restrooms. Park would be much nicer if they kept it cleaner.

I rate only if its worth 5 stars. Excellent place for a nature walk or jogging on a paved pathway or have a picnic, feed the ducks and turtles. Near the USA flag is a live rosemary bush, come relax!

Love this park. I always bring my toddler here to feed the ducks.While me and my sons throw the pigskin around a bit. Theres enough safe playground equipment for all the kids. And enough field space to throw to Superbowl games .

When I was growing up, this was always our favorite park to go to. It has a very nice walking trail, a couple of fields to play on, a medium-sized playground, and a lot more. It also has a pond with ducks in it, hence the nickname my family gives it, The Duck Pond Park. Great park, a lot of memories were made here!

I Love that park. Its so Beautiful and Peaceful. I can relax and clear my mind. And feed the Ducks, Geese, Turtles, Squirrels, Doves, meet nice people, walk around the trail and lose some weight. And all the pretty houses. Its So Green!!!

A nice place to walk, jog, and take your pet too..Making sure your pet is on a leash..Because there is all kinds of pets out there..Leashed, that is !!

I took my 2 year old here and it was so magical for her she talks about it all the time and wonders when we are going back and I loved it as well such a great adventure and memorable experience

Great place to go. I walk my 19 month old grandson around the whole thing. There is a park area,bridge,and a water fountain.

Its beautiful. I didnt even know it was there. My grandsons mother called me to come boost her car off. She goes there every morning to read and meditate.

Great place to walk or relax, geese and ducks, and the occasional turtle can be seen. Nice bridge for pictures. I have seen some homeless around every now and then towards the end of the evening, but thats to be expected at any park near apts. They arent bothersome, never had anyone ask me for money or anything like that

The lake is getting very dirty and it feels like the games have stayed the same but I do still enjoy the walk around the lake just wish it was a little less dirty water

When you are having issues in life and you dont know how to resolve them, let go and allow God to do what he does best. Go to a place where you and God can share a conversation one on one.

Since I was a child Ive known this park. It is not as big as it used to be. Still very calming.

Unfortunately the water is not as clear and clean as it once was. Its still a nice place to run or utilize the playground and simple self workout equipment. The city of Fort Worth needs to clean it up and turn the water fountain back on.

I havent been here in 30 years and its even better.

I like taking my kids here for little picnics and to feed the ducks and just have a good time. The playground area has two different play areas for different ages- toddlers and big kids, theres also a exercise area. Its doesnt have a portable toilet, or restroom facility though there are stores nearby that do. Theres no parking lot so you have to park on the street. There are two covered picnic table areas and several benches scattered throughout the park.My only complaint is that the lake can be polluted at times and that smells bad. But overall this is a nice park and the other people who come here are respectful as well.

Candleridge Park has been a gem for years. Playgrounds of all types, a walking trail with a cute little bridge and a small lake with a fountain. On any given day/time many use the park for exercise and gatherings at the shelters.

Nice park for a family walk. Park has a nice Lake with fountains and lots of ducks as well as large path that goes around it. Good place to walk the dog, go for a run, fly a kite, or feed the ducks with some bread. My family comes here frequently.

When I was a little girl, I used to play at this park. This place will always have a place in my heart. I recently visited with a friend to enjoy a nice and quiet picnic under the gazebo and thoroughly enjoyed my time. The park has stayed well maintained, it was clean, thriving, and beautiful. The pond was clean, filled with ducks and turtles. The ground was free of trash, the bridge was well cared for (we were safe from splinters), and the playground was small, pleasant and safe for children to enjoy. Very pleased to see that this place is still in good shape and I hope it remains that way. :)
