Lived there for 2 years. The price is nice, but thats it. They knowingly rent you places with bedbugs. Stray neighborhood cats poop wherever. No fences allowed. Floods easily. Loud neighbors at night. It is definitely a wake up call to the steadily decreasing purchasing power of the American dollar.Edit: the response below my review is generic. They actually told me to cut commincation with them. It is shady business when they claim they need your deposit to pay for the same work they do after every move out.They also will not give you a good reference on your history for future rental applications. Avoid them!

Floods in some areas quickly and confusing on back and front porches for deliveries. Parking seems as if your in someone elses yard and guess have to park in designated areas.

Needs work a little bit. A nice place to live
