Love that GO carries a large variety of vegan options, and the discounted prices are very welcome.

I was just visiting. Lots of dogs barking the whole time I was there. If you like dogs, fine. I have one but there is nobody allowed in my mobil park to have all day barking! How rude and disruptive to others who dont own or approve of barking constantly! It would drive me mad!!

This is a 55+ mobile home park that has been operated for a long time (maybe 40 years). About half the homes are single-wide, older MFHs. A lot of the residents have probably been here for that amount of time, but younger people have been moving in the last year or so. The park rent has been rising annually for the last 4 or 5 years, but manages to still be lower than other parks in town. Its conveniently located between Eugene and Springfield. The recent road construction on Franklin has been an inconvenience, but there is close access to I-5 via Exit 191.The park has few amenities to offer; the swimming pool was filled in, so only the community center is still offered, where there is a pool table and a laundry room with coin machines. It also has a large recycling area with large separate bins for items.Management provides meat for 3 potluck gatherings per year, Summer, Thanksgiviing, and Christmas. Any other activities are planned by interested residents. Note that it is very close to Island Park in Springfield, where the Adult Activity Center (Willamalane) is located.Bus stops are not at the park, but rather on Franklin, about a quarter mile away. Rainy day bus trips will require umbrellas and rain coats to get to the stops.Cons: Few amenities or group activities; on-site managers can be difficult to work with; corporate management doesnt respond to maintenance requests unless repeatedly contacted; and strict leases require continual home appearance upkeep- painting, clean-up, and empty carports (nothing in them except vehicles). Homeless people are all around the park, as well, so there has been theft of mail and personal property. The park no longer provides private security, so neighborly vigilance is necessary.
