Kept very clean and beautiful spaces to live! Many of the homes are older (1970) so be ready for everything that comes along with that! Accommodating pool and communal living area. Staff is friendly and helpful! Garbage and yard waste area is well taken care of. Neighbors are all beautiful souls, will fall in love with them immediately ️ Great place to live!

On site managers are a joke as is upper management Ive had a busted water line from under ground for over three months flooded all under mobile home and into street maintenance has seen it but does nothing they are slum lords

My mom owns here home but the trailer park still dictates terms. For example; if she wants to paint her home, she has to choose from a list of pre approved colors.

Run of the mill rv park you got good and bad.

I wish I could work on my car without complaint...

In my next life I want to own a mobile home park and Ill also pay a lobbyist to ensure that laws governing parks are always in my favor.

It is a very low quality park and its infested with rats because of nearby construction!

Even with out the pool area being open all the time they still keep it clean
