At one point had a good owner, he passed away and money grubbing daughter took over and started demanding a lot more for lot rental and forcing services on people who live on a budget.(relative and their neighbors.) No respect just where is my money kind of attitude...cut down on club maintenance and constant problems with front gate not opening at night properly. list goes on and on. Not the way I would want any older relative to spend their golden years.

Nice neighborhood

I visited a friend today at Camelot manufactured village and was amazed at how well it was designed. It was easy to find my way around and didnt take long to find the house I was looking for. The place is full of up to date manufactured homes and they do a great job on the up keep of every property I saw! It is not a trailer park by any means!

Right Next to I-5! 24/7 Noise! Air Pollution from I-5! 8 blocks to the closest bus stop. Only Benefit is Bicycle Bridge to Gateway USPS & Gateway Mall.If youre deaf and on oxygen, Maybe!

Love Camelot. We have friends that live here. All yards are simple but beautiful. And Its an extremely quiet park. If I were looking to buy, I definitely would take a serious look at Camelot.

Nice centrally located for seniors, 55 and older. Well kept, club house, and more. Friendly people!

Lovely design, easy to find and King Arthur roams the grounds to teach people how to handle a sword. I recommend driving through to see all the cute windmills especially Snoopy.
