Manager is extremely entitled.....the maintenance is horrible.... the twin totem sign has had a light out for over 15 years and is extremely dirty which makes the park look rundown. Would not recommend living at this park unless you have no where else to go

Not at all maintained... no facilities... Im disappointed.

Roads are a little bumpy through the park and neighbors dont realize their volume sometimes but not to bad overall. But 500 a month rent water and electric isnt to bad

Twin Totem is a mobile home community trailer park. The up keep is very little by not only the management but the RVs and mobile home owners.

Its a great family park!!!
