Space rent goes up at least once a year its close too $800 per mo. they didnt want to supply bottled water when parks water was down. I would move if I could afford too. way to high for what you get.

FALCONWOOD VILLAGE IS A GREAT PLACE TO SETTLE DOWN IN. IT IS A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WHO WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE IT AN EVER BETTER PLACE TO LIVE. THE STAFF ARE GREAT, THEY DO ALL THEY CAN TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY. OVER ALL IT IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH FRIENDLY FACES AND GREAT ON SITE MANAGEMENT, I GIVE IT A 10
