I found this place a couple of years ago when I visited some estate sales. Every home I was in was beautiful! When I planned on moving to Eugene permanently, I knew where I wanted to live. They call it a mobile home park, but I never would have guessed they were mobile homes! Every one has an attached garage, and your own yard. Its a 55 and over park, with so many activities you cant help but finding some you love. They have a beautiful community center with an indoor pool, an exercise room, a pool table room, a card/meeting room and a large multipurpose room with a fully furnished kitchen, a library, a big screen TV, comfortable furnishings and room for the monthly pot luck, or Nip and Sip, (a monthly party where you bring finger food to share and your own beverage,) and every Saturday morning its coffee and donuts for everyone who attends. I love it here!

Very well kept and clean. All the properties had the nicest yards with the greenest well trimmed grass. Dont see that often enough. All the people seem so friendly.

I have a lifelong friend that lives in this community and so I am over there quite often. I have not had any negative experiences. I find the neighbors and others in the park very friendly and helpful.

Beutiful community and people

Its a nice community to live in. The residents are very friendly. The Community Center has a lot to offer, such as; a swimming pool and hot tub, pool table, exercise room, card playing room, a library, and even shuffle board. I feel safe taking a walk around the community because we have a neighborhood watch program, and also a security patrol that patrols different hours every day.

Way 2 expensive considering the amount of crime in this area!!!! Whos going to pay that much to live in this kinda slum.....

I am a realtor and I just sold a home in this park. It is one of the nicer 55 and older mobile home communities in Eugene.The park is gated and they offer alot of amenities such as: a dog park, duck pond, and a recreation center.

I love this place, because it means I get to visit my grandma!

Always neat and clean. Homes are close together. The addresses are clearly marked and easy to find.

Managers are jerks if you park in front of someone house and demand you move to overflow thats always full!! Theres absolutely rude in a loose loose situation. Suuuper glad I dont live there.
