Its noisy and homely

I just went there to pick up an item from Letgo so I didnt get a good look at it. Its on a busy street and its seems like a small park. So it doesnt have any larger park amenities like a swimming pool or locked mail boxes or clubhouse get together. Other than that it seems okay.

Good place for low income people

No clue but from looking I wouldnt wanna live there

I have lived here for many years at Garfield Park and now we have no manager no one cleans the laundry room and some of the tenants are very unruly it has become unpleasant to live here and I am moving
