My grandfather floyd lives here and all the houses are kept up very nice as well as the club house. The pool looks nice and all the people are very friendly.

This is a nice mobile home gated community for 55+ with a pool, weight room, pool table, and more. Really had a good time visiting my friend.

A great place to live. One of the best well kept parks in the Eugene Springfield area. Friendly neighbors, who could ask for more.

Very nice and well maintained common areas. Lots of rv parking, sidewalks, and a park. My favorite feature of the park is that it connects to Dodsen Slough. The lake is on the eastern side, and has access from the park. It is private access, so its rarely busy, and they allow non motor boating and fishing.Most of the mobile homes are in good shape. I have installed hundreds of new appliances in this park, and let alot of nice people.

Its a beautiful little gated community for seniors. Several houses around the lake haves beautiful view. Very nice people there.

It is well care for by all residents and a wonderful community to visit or live in, if you are fortunate to find a lot for sale.

Upscale Community centered around a lake its all manufactured housing and obsessive compulsive with their rules but a nice place to retire
