A good sized park with plenty of picnic tables. A lot of covered areas and tables in addition to the open areas. A great kids water area if we ever get away from COVID-19. With SR-104 on west side of park, it can be a little noisey. Many good sized Douglas Firs through the park.

Edmonds City Park is such a wonderful place! And its totally free. The splash pad stands out as really unique and fun. The design is different from any Ive seen before. The playground is expansive! The grounds and equipment are well-maintained. Theres a field for sports and lots of benches, tables, and covered areas to eat and lounge. Theres even a sink to wash your hands and fill your water bottles under one or more of the covered areas. Im not sure if barbecues are allowed. Parking is free, easy, and adequate. Well definitely go back!

Can’t say enough good things about this park. Came here with my other church members for a mini picnic for the first time and I was wowed. So many seat for everyone, water Area for the kids to play and get wet, swing, climbs etc. the kids had fun so we the adults. You can bring your BBQ grill and enjoy the great atmosphere. Lots of people celebrating their kids birthday & baby shower.I was also super surprised that an African concert was to take place same day in the park and sure it was ALL FUN.You will love this place any summer. Make it a date

This park is F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S.If you are looking for a safe, engaging, let the kiddo run free place accessible by car or public transport (bus, train, ferry) then this place is it.Let me enumerate the positives;1. Shelter #3 is closest to restrooms, the water spray and playground equipments2. Shelter #1 and 2 are closest to the parking lots3. Very slow line. One line move much faster. Thats why several cars had to wait for another ferry.

Love this park! Its got a little bit of everything. I advise bringing your significant other or another adult if youre chasing two young children because it gets busy fast starting at about 1030am during the summer.

It’s a great spread out city park decent size wooded area but not much for trails. Great for families with kids I’m sure!

Great park. Splash park is well designed with lots of varied activities for children of all ages. There is an amazing feature that is a large ball shaped bucket that fills and then empties suddenly and release all water at the same time. Quite the feature. The dry play area is also well designed. A larger toy area for the bigger kids with lots of wall climbing and rope climbing features. There is a smaller toy designed for the younger kids also with lots of varied activities features. The park proper has several covered areas that can be reserved and plenty of other areas for drop in use including a large fire pit. There is a large grassy play area and plenty of parking. Bathrooms are clean and spacious.

Great place to gather, social distance, and share life and community. Spacious and plenty of places to explore.

Its ok. I like the water bucket thing, its unique and a blast for the kids. Just kinda small and not much to do outside of water activities.

Its a great park in Edmonds! We love playground, gazeebo, and a large field. I always feel safe there with my child, because usually someone is always there too, or there are cars driving through the parking lot. Toilets are always clean. We love this park in all seasons! Because of its location down the hill, its usually damper and cooler there, so we dress accordingly.

Great playground and splash pad in the summer months. Do be warned that the picnic tables that are nonreservable get claimed for birthday parties at 6am on weekends, so if youre thinking youre going to do a summer birthday on the cheap, you either need to be there bright and early or bring your own tables and chairs like I did.

I love this park in the summer time even more than winter but is always a great place to take your little ones. There are a play structures for little walkers and also for the bigger kids. You can bbq and i have seen many people celebrating birthday parties. Good parking also.

Very nice park for children playground.

Great place to bring the kids. Excellent water play area, and beautiful walking trails. Not overrun by rough or unsupervised children, as many of the parks in our south Seattle neighborhood are. Worth driving through Seattle traffic to go here, where kids of all nationalities were actually enjoying themselves, and nobody was overwhelming the park with their presence.

Looks like it will be a lot of fun for the kids when we go back to play after everything re opens

This place is perfect for summer fun & picnics with your friends & family & littles. Id say ages 1- 13 would love the park the most. And the splash park part is amazing. They have great wheelchair access. (My son has a wheelchair) we got around just fine & had a great time with our friends. Their swings could use an upgrade. Maybe one for a child that cannot hold themselves up but wants to swing. But overall LOVED our experience

Beautiful big Park near downtown Edmonds lots of picnic areas. Great play area for the kids close walk to Waterfront. Its everything a city park should be.

A little crowded for my taste in general but particularly for COVID season.

THIS PLACE IS SO COOL. They have something for all ages/sizes to play with. Cant wait to come back in the summer for the water features.

Amazing park. Big play ground and wading pool. Lotod of space for kids to run around. Picnic tables are first come first serve but shelters are available for rent. Very clean park and not too busy considering all the people that were there. Parking is okay if you park in the south end. Bathrooms werent too bad pretty clean and stocked. Plenty of roo. To play cornhole!!!!!! Definitely recommend to all!!!!

I love getting wet at Hazel Miller spay park at Edmonds City park and having a 50 gallon bucket dousing me with water but but the park is located in approximately to the Puget Sound and the breezes makes me cold and the water in the bucket is real cold. The breezes cut through me like a knife making me extremely cold. Burr!!! The kids getting wet under the bucket get real excited and jump up and down. They sometimes count or say dump dump dump and its tipping and scream when the water dumps them then they run in different directions screaming. Mostly the girls scream. Its amazing to see the kids running from different parts of the spray park to do it again even when theyre cold. I go there to get wet only. I count how many times the bucket douse me with water. The kids and adults are amazed that I do that and ask me what number Im at. My record is 100 times overall. I broke my 2018 summer record of 70 in the summer of 2019. The spray park stops functioning in September and wont function again until the following year in late May to early June depending on the weather. I dont visit the park when the spray park is done for the year. Overall though, the whole park is nice. Edmonds City Park is well taken care of and I wish I could live in Edmonds but its too expensive. There are nice houses and apartments in vicinity of the park. The whole city is beautiful. I live too far away from the park to enjoy it all year round. The Hazel Miller Spray Park in the Edmonds City Park is absolutely awesome! Im sad every year it closes for the year. It closes because the tempetures go down and it gets cold and rainy in the fall. Ill be back at Hazel Miller Spray Park until it closes for the year!! Im going to try to endure the cold water and the breezes, which makes it hard to compete with the cold water and breezes to break my record of 100 before the summer is done.

Great splash pad along with playground and picnic areas. Parking can fill up quick so plan ahead. The splash pad can quickly fill up making for a chaotic mess when trying to track kids as they run around screaming for joy. They also have a shave ice vendor there on the weekends.

This park is so great if youre looking for a small child water park. The key word is small.It is very close to Edmonds waterfront, so it is really windy, so bring a coat. It is perfect for a dog park, as well. Lots of covered space for barbecues, and family time. Hope this helps

Its the best place for kids! I sit up on the grassy hill and Im able to see everything below. Well spend all evening there.

The park has nice trails, and a fun playground. It is generally well kept, doesnt have a lot of people, and i have never seen a needle or drugs there. The water park is a splash ;) Its a nice free place to have casual parties. Once again, you can have a whale of a time at the water park.

Great park for the kids! The playground is massive and the water feature is always a hit with my siblings. The park can get very crowded during super nice days or holidays so be weary of that if youre not too much of a people person.

I love this park! It is a crowd favorite for play dates year round but especially during the warm summer months when the mini water park is in service! There are plenty of swing sets, play structures that are fun and up-to-date, plenty of picnic tables and grassy area to sit/lounge/snack. I also like that there are many trees to provide shade when it is t ok me to cool off.

Its a very naturie park it has a splash pad and two play ground sections one for the smaller kids and another for the bigger kids. The park even has swing sets it also has bathrooms

Always a good environment. Splash park is awesome. Can feel safe bringing your kids here. There is barbecues, a fire pit and plenty of tables for celebrations, birthdays, in family get togethers.

Nice location good restaurants the ferry is there and the pier if you want to go fishing.

Crazy busy on a hot day! Also we got there early around 9am to play a little before the water park came on. Maintenance showed up, but no toilet paper in the womens restroom and the large garbage in there had a ton of stinky diapers in it, which made it smell pretty awful. The park itself seemed quite clean and well taken care of. We just know to plan ahead on our next visit and bring our own tp.

Meant for kids of all ages!! Our kids always choose to go to this park. I love it because its in a good area, and always clean! Wish they had bathrooms close by, but that I can work with to know kids will be safe and have fun! Ive never seen anyone other than kids and parents hanging out.

It is in a deep water area that’s great for diving and sandy areas to frolic on in the summer and transverse with your binoculars and camera. You will have beautiful sunsets, world class ferries in many scenic voyages photographically enhanced by the beautiful sunsets on the Pacific behind the Peninsula and the Olympic Mountains. On a clear day one can see Snow Covered Mr. Baker to the north.And you certainly can’t forget about the trains which jut through as if flying along with no rails past the buildings and through the trees and gardens.

This park is delightful! I found a place to park my car and listen to my audiobook and knit in the sunshine for an hour. Im mobility-impaired, so walking into the park wasnt possible, but the terrific parking spot in the shade was so welcome.

Best spray park ever!!!! Hours of summer enjoyment! The ice cream truck coming through was the icing on the cake!!

This is a nice park shared by young and old. On Sunday afternoons in the summer, they have a great Concert in the Park series. Edmonds has a lot to offer but like many things that is typical of Edmonds, this park does not allow dogs. If you have friends visiting from out of state or from distant areas, and if they are traveling with their dog, they will not be allowed to take part in the many things that this city has to offer. This city is the most unfriendly city for pet owners and pet lovers.

This park is very clean and well taken care of. The playground is AMAZING! They have a huge jungle gym, slides, swings, and a merry-go-round type toy with a rope safety net around it. Its also a huge park. Fields, covered picnic tables and a lot of parking.

It was dirty and there was trash spilled everywhere where the kids play. I know thats not 100% a fault of the city but it was late afternoon and had been there since morning
