The drive along skyline parkway with a stop at Enger Tower to climb to the top or just walk to the scenic overlook is a must do for anyone visiting Duluth. A beautiful venue for a small wedding and sunrise yoga. Lots of hiking trails as well. Bathrooms on site and limited parking but you can park on the road as well or by Twin Ponds and hike up.

I like this park. Its a bit small and there were no restsooms on site. But the view of the harbor is amazing.

Duluth has a lot of timeworthy views, this is absolutely one of them! Dog park, play set and open field included

Observation Park is a nice little spot overlooking the lake and downtown Duluth. There is a playground, community center and dog park. The hockey rink and basketball court need some tender love and repair.Dont miss the trails into the woods leading to one of the best overlooks in Duluth.
