It was a perfect experience for the first time going. My children and I enjoyed it and the food was nice.

I had a great experience here while visiting my bestie in GA. With all that’s going on with the virus we wanted to do get out of the house. We decided to come see a movie here. First let me say I’m not accustom to paying $2 for a movie lol. I’m from NYC and we payssss dearly for EVERYTHING! So when the kiosks screen said two bucks I almost lost it. We ordered drinks the traditional popcorn and soda along with wings and fries. The bill was $65 Now this may seem like a lot of money in Georgia but to a New Yorker is was phenomenal.The establishment was clean ( I was really impressed by the bathroom) it’s the little things ..... the theater was beautifully designed and laid out. Staff was professional and friendly. Food & beverages were fresh. Mask wearing was enforced which was a plus for me. We had an entire theater ourselves Score!!! I even noticed a sign that read you can reserve an entire theater for $200 “wow” like I would have to best birthday party for my grands if I lived here. That would be a really cool birthday outing for the family. Anyway this place was definitely worth the money. In the words of Arnold SchwarzeneggerI’ll be back.....

Had a really terrible movie experience last night. Me and my girlfriend came to watch the New Mutants at 9:45 last night. We order the food through the kiosk. Throughout the whole movie we never got our food. We saw an employee hand delivering food and drinks row by row, so we thought our turn was coming since we sat in the very back. When the employee was finish delivering all the food and we didnt receive them. We used the call buttons that were located on every seat. No one came to see us. By this time we were a quarter in the movie and I felt hesitant getting up because I would miss some scenes. I get up anyways, and my luck came through there was an employee right by the door. I told her about our situation and she told me unfortunately the kitchen is closed for tonight. In the end, I understand because of the COVID situation everyone is still adjusting and adapting. Cant help complaining since me and my girlfriend have been waiting months to watch a movie. We were refunded for our charges, hopefully this problem doesnt happen to anyone else.

Great job with social distancing and everyone wearing masks. The server was prompt in taking our order at 300. Food came out at 325, no drinks came out with it. The runner said he would have to go get them and be right back. 10 minutes later, no drinks. I left the auditorium to go check with someone else about our beverages, the person I talked with was getting more and more agitated. Another person in a dress shirt (mgt?) came over and asked if there was an issue, I just mentioned we were waiting over 35 minutes for drinks - he asked which theater I was in and said they are making them and would bring them right out. 10 minutes later we finally got them, 20 minutes after the food was finished. Why does it take over 45 minutes to make a drink and 25 to make the food? To make matters even more funny, I ordered a Crown Royal with coke. They gave it to me in two glasses. One with the Crown and one with Coke.

Great experience! Great place for family movie time or couples night out.️My wife and I had a great time, we went to a 12 noon movie so we had no bad experience with a younger rowdy crowd. We saw mostly family and couples enjoying the movies. The place is layed out like lounge style. They have a sports bar there were you can order drinks if youre into drinking and a huge screen. They also have different areas in the place you can lounge out at. The movie theater part is a comfortable rocker seat with a tray attached, with a red electric button to call your server so you can order food and drinks to your seat. Our waiter was nice, friendly and fast. The place was clean, the staff were all nice and friendly and food prices were fair. Our experience was two thumbs up! Well visit again when we get another chance. I took a lot of pics of the inside and one of the outside. Hope you enjoy.️

I arrived at 7:43 pm on Thursday October 23, 2020 to see the movie Possessor. The doors were locked from the outside which was strange and the last movie showed at 7:30pm. The new movie hours are from 4-9 pm which is posted on the door. 3 employees( 2 in the bar area & the other was the ticket cashier with curly wavy hair) made eye contact with me and either kept walking or decided not to attend to me. I will repeat MADE EYE CONTACT with me and literally left me outside. Worst experience I have ever had at any establishment!!!!

I go in the middle of the afternoon with my granddaughter during the summer. I get there extra early so I can order my food and eat before the movie starts.Yes, the servers do walk around but it doesn’t bother me.

It was good, pozza was fresh, milkshakes taste like how you would expect, but honestly just too expensive for what it is. I mean the milkshake was 7 dollars and its smaller than a large at McDonalds. Overall its okay. I wouldnt strive to go again though.

After months of not going due to covid I finally decide to go, movie starts 8:15pm I got there 8:17 pm and door was locked , when I called the number the manager said they are locking it after movie starts for safety reasons which made me feel actually even more uncomfortable to try and go back

Best movie theater no question

Experience is awesome. Get to buy your own food there, the seats are clean, they have retractable chairs in the front rows so I you want to lay down while watching the movie you can do that. Service is great they are nice people and will help you and ensure you get what question you have answered. Only thing I dont like is you cant take your own food or drink, not even water, bottled or in a cup. You have to buy your own over there at the Studio Movie Grill there. They have food service so you can place an order before the movie or during the movie. The sound on the movies is awesome, it makes you feel the emotions the movie wants you to feel. Whenever I go see a movie, this is the place I go I know for sure.

This is our go to movie theater. I get the 2 for 28 which gets you an appetizer and 2 entrees. We always get served quick and everything comes out fresh . There is never really any bother . But Im a very passive person so if you are a extreme movie lover and dont like to be interrupted for 1 second while they give you your drinks or check then maybe somewhere else would be more convenient. I really do enjoy it here I have a membership that gets me points, offers, and a few more things. Awesome movie-dine in theater

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They had 1 young lady taking orders for four rows of seats which was roughly 70 people. I pressed the order light before the previews started, but didnt order until about 20 minutes into the movie. By the time our order arrived the movie was almost over, so we returned it to the kitchen. When we left people were still waiting for their food. We partake in the dinner and movie concept often, and have never had a worse experience. I would suggest not patronizing this establishment, especially since there are many other options within a relatively short distance.

If you like to watch a movie while waiters passing constantly in front of you this is your theater. Ive been in studio movie theaters in Texas and Florida but in this one the waiters are passing constantly in front of you.They are careless with their little flashlights and shine them right to your face so there goes your night vision. People walk in 20 minutes late into movie and waiters start interrupting taking orders loud. Like I said, other theaters do the same but waiters are considerate to other patrons. I was a waiter in my younger days so I know they can take an order quietly.

I really like the idea of this. It was a really nice way to treat ourselves and go out for a movie.Pros: The cocktails were good and strong. The service was speedy and polite. The seats were comfortableCons: We were in an R rated movie. I saw a family with elementary age children walk in. I found it inappropriate and the staff should have not allowed this.

Worst Experience Horrible Customer service !!The customer service sucks we ordered food that we didn’t receive. My boyfriend had to get up 3 times to go speak to someone about our order & missed half of our movie. He found out they never even put the order in. We wanted to speak to a manger and never was acknowledged by one. I wouldn’t recommend this movie theater to anyone !!

I had a great experience there. Theres a lounge and very comfortable seating areas to just sit and talk before the movie or just to relax. I love the fact that you could have drinks and food while watching the movie. That was pretty awesome. I originally thought that being served food and stuff during the movie would be distracting but it wasnt at all.

I like this theater. Its located in Duluth, near Pleasant Hill. They have new releases and current movies. Ticket Prices are fair and usual (~$10-15). They have food ( $10and drinks here (~$9-$13). Also, they have wine by the glass (~$7-12) or bottles ($26-80) and beer by glass (~4.75-7.50) or pitcher ($18-24). See pictures for menuMy only complaint is the seats can be a bit uncomfortable. They have table seating and rocker chairs. Since they have food here, this servers are often walking around and sometimes its gets in the way of you trying to watch the movie

The theater was clean and enjoyable. We arrived early enough that we ordered and had our food out towards the beginning of the movie. My good was fine; nothing spectacular. The price was average for the meals, but the appetizers were a little on the pricy side.

Good service. Servers very polite and patient as you decide what to eat. The auditorium smells like rank mop water or mildewed carpet. You smell it the entire time youre there. The 3 stars is for the great servers. Id give them a 1 star if rating only on the smell. Yuck.

Outstanding customer service and pricing is very reasonable considering its a dinner and a movie type of place. Menu is pretty decent in their selection and their prices are great. I have been many times and will continue many more.

I enjoyed the movie and the comfortable seats, My food order arrived quickly, however, it was ice cold. I ordered cheeseburger sliders and tortilla chips (in lieu of fries). Glad I did, the fries would have been cold too. The margarita wasnt bad. Overall, this theatre experience was decent.

Food is always hot, fresh, and good amount. Theaters and seats spacious and comfortable. The drinks are always tasty as well. Thanks to that and all of the wonderful employees such as Amber (always courteous!) this has become my go to theater. Highly recommend!

The staff is extremely friendly. The food is pretty good. The bathrooms were not the best. The movie was so loud it gave us a headache.

Online booking process and select your seats are convenient. Service from staff was good; they are professional and friendly. Issue was with the seats; it didn’t recline and the base was not stable so we moved to different seats since the theatre was not full. The seats we moved too are not great either. Sound could be improved. I would repeat if they fix the seats at the minimum. Plenty of parking space available. Few beers on tap and decent price for food and drinks.

I just love it here my favorite spot for me and my family. It’s always wonderful to watch a movie and have a meal with it. It’s clean and the employees are always very helpful and friendly.

The food wasnt exactly great. Ive been there a lot and it has gotten worse over time. The seat I was sitting at looked like someone cut the wires to the button you press to order food. Its a good concept but the execution just wasnt great.

Spacious!Server kept standing directly in front of us, so we only got to see like 85% of the movie.Other than that Food was magnificent.Me and My Husband shared the chicken nachos and added brisket, who knew it would be that delicious.Prices are a little pricey for food.Ticket price was decent, so I guess it all balanced out in the end.Saw the movie, ITAnd it was the shITIn a good way, that is!!

Update August 2019: They have increased prices from $6.50 to $9 (weekend mornings). It cost two of us $50 for a movie and some average food. I have no idea how adults with kids can afford to go to the movies anymore.Original post: We go here to enjoy a movie AND food, but the food is not worth your money. The movie prices are great, so we will keep coming back for those, but will avoid the food from now on. Our table was dirty with sticky residue, and we asked for it to be wiped, but no-one came back to help with that. The American burger was horrible! Dry, tasteless, overcooked meat, hard bun. The fries were okay, but I didnt pay $11 for a handful of fries. We also got chicken tenders with fries, also $11, and my husband liked those. We ordered coke with no ice because they rarely check to see if you need a refill, and Im not paying $4.25 for a glass of ice with some coke thrown in.

Fun place to watch movies. If you come early, the waiters and waitresses are there to take your order. If you come later on, there is a button on the seat that calls a waiter. You can pay cash or credit, not sure about checks. There is a waiting lounge in front of the theater that serves food and drinks as well. I cant remember of the seats recline, but overall it was a great experience. They even give you dinner mints!

Good seating - comfortable and spacious. The food is really yummy and the 2 for $28 option is great for a date night idea. Seating is assigned which I appreciate because I can get the perfect seats and not worry about getting to the theater super early to grab my seats. You order during the opening credits and food arrives just before the movie starts. The down side is the waiters do come along in the middle of the movie with the checks which is distracting. It would be nice if we could pay upon exit but I understand there’s people who would run out of the tab so I get their reasoning.

Horrible experience. I went there for my 10 year olds birthday party. She had a bunch of friends with her. We ordered our food and never got our drinks until halfway through the movie. I had to keep stopping waiters to get drinks and they would never bring then to us. I finally had to leave the movie twice to find the manager because nobody would bring them. I missed so much of the movie. Never again!

The staff was polite (hence the extra star) but there were some issues. They couldnt read my card (although there is nothing wrong with the magnet strip) so I offered to pay in cash. The bill came up to $22 and change so I paid with $40. I was supposed to get $17.XX back but I only got back $12 even. Normally I would think the missing $5 was human error but I didnt get any coins either. Instead of asking for my $5 and change, I just didnt leave a tip because I didnt feel like being bothered with the difference. That being said, I felt like I needed to leave this review because Im sure other people choose not to bother with it and end up leaving larger tips than they originally planned on (which may be the intention of the employee to get bigger tips. Once again, this may have been human error but it didnt feel that way.) I also got the check back intended for the person next to me as well. People can get their cards stolen that way.

I loved the Lion King. I laughed more than I have all year.I had the macaroni and cheese entree, and it was fabulous. The vanilla milkshake was meh, OK. The service was prompt and courteous. We sat in row G, where I had room to put my folded wheelchair aside, so I could sit in the theater seat. Thank God! That travel wheelchair is SO uncomfortable. Bottom line: Good movie. Good food. Good service. Good seat.

Took my daughter to see Spies in Disguise last night with some family and it was not a great experience. The movie didnt seat until 5 minutes before the movie was supposed to start. They took forever to answer our call buttons once we got seated. Then they forgot about us all together. The movie was over and we were still waiting for a refill of the drink we ordered 20 minutes before. And then, when serving the rows ahead of us, they didnt duck down to talk to the guests. So I missed parts of the movie because I couldnt see.The woman in the row in front of us used her phone almost the entire time during the movie to look at the menu, or look at her food or mess around in her purse. And no one said anything to her. But then the employee came back every 5 minutes to collect the bill from me. Probably wont be back.

Cool experience. This was my first visit to this location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our seats could have been cleaned off a little better before we arrived. It had some dried sauce or something similar, which I cleaned off some. Along with some other liquid type substance that I wiped off. After I told my waiter Victor he apologized and had someone come reclean our seats. The young man that cleaned the seats also apologized... thank you for that. Our food was just right. We had tenders and sweet potato fries. The tenders were crispy on the outside and soft juicy chicken on the inside. The fries were not over cooked and seasoned well. The theater was not overly cold like other theaters. I brought a light jacket for that reason, but surprisingly and thankfully I didn’t need it. Even though the seating was full upon arrival the end seats were just right it was like being seated in the middle of the row seats. It was clean and had Police security. I like the designated area off to the left by the front entry to lounge and maybe watch the game before your movie or whatever is playing. Prices are very reasonable. The Blackkklansman was a good movie, the food was good and the atmosphere/temperature was good.

This is definitely one of my favorite theater. Affordable food, the service is iffy sometimes get food and drinks early sometime towards the end of the movie. They have a full bar try the long island always my favorite and check groupon for ticket discounts!

The experiences here are different each time. Sometimes service is terrible. Sometimes the service is great, but the food isnt properly cooked. Not sure how to rate it, but its neat to eat dinner in a theater.

Overall, it was a positive experience at Studio Movie Grill. The movie theater was clean and well maintained. Our food order arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the food tasted good. We had a California burger, Chicken Tenders and Fries. They lost points on not having recliners like some other theaters. Charging stations in the bar area would be a nice addition.

We went to see Joker and my son and daughter ordered 2 drinks and fish and chips also tender and fries. The oil they cooked our food in was burnt and old. The manager Jason never showed up. The waiter came in and said sorry but the other movie was sold out and everyone was waiting on that theater???? We wont go back to this one. Theres a really nice one across town.

I enjoy the option to have a nice meal while watching a movie. I also appreciate the minimal interruptions by the servers, which has improved since the theatre opened. What i don’t like nor appreciate is the assumption that paying with cash means the server is entitled to keep the change. I’ve had to ask them to return my change and receipt when paying with cash. This behavior is unacceptable and literally theft.

They are getting better with the food, but they still took forever to bring it out. Then when I did get my food I had to send it back because they forgot an ingredient and that took them another 20 mins to bring the food back out. By that time the movie was almost over. Make sure they repeat back your order back to avoid any mistakes.

Low key best bar in the area.trythethree mules with Titos and youll never be the same. Friendly staff. No its not particularly cheap but its a good time.

We love coming here! First time in theater 5, seemed like the bigger one, we loved it! Definitely going to keep coming back.

The idea of this chain is awesome. The food is good and the systems for the movies are huge, booming, and exciting. Not only that, but the place is very clean and the people that work their have good character. Once I was at the movies to see star wars and someones child next to me kept making noise and talking. I went to a manger and they immediately talked to the lady. After the problem continued through half of the show, the manger made the woman take hr child outside and gave me a free movie pass. I definitely recommend this theater.

The Harvest Tabernacle took over the Studio GrillApostle Travis Jennings and Pastor Stephanie Jennings Goes into all the World preaching the Gospel of Christ. By giving whole heartily using every platform i.e. (books, cd, art & entertaining, feeding families, giving to VETS...Building the Lord an House, buying homes for women and children etc).

Dominique was an amazing bartender. He knows how to serve customers and knows all the little tricks of a seasoned bartender. Give him a raise

This place was awesome. Not expensive and the staff is very friendly. They give you service to your seat and they have a full bar and menu. You have to be prepared for servers to sometimes walk in front of you but you can barely notice they are there. If you need anything at all you just press the red button at your seat. The theather was very clean and everything was reasonably priced. They also offer a military discount.

Terrible customer service from managers. Very disappointed in this experience. I drove over an hour to enjoy nice seating and great food, NEVER RECEIVED IT. I’ve called this place over five times today requesting for a manager, when I call no one answers. I had my friend called and someone answered, she requested to speak with a manager, she was sent to voicemail and when she called back they wouldn’t answer. Why do people provide poor customer service? Why do people go to work and not want to do their job properly. I’m very disappointed and I WILL LIKE TO SPEAK TO CORPORATE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. I will never attend another studio movie grill. Not worth the money, the drive time, and I will never eat at a place that treats you like I’ve been treated, it was my first and last time.

My go to Movie theater when I want to be treated extra special! From the entrance to the actual theater, the employees are always willing to assist & provide exceptional service. The seats are nice. I love the spacious seating and the swivel tables for your food. The FOOD, DRINKS & ASSIGNED SEATING is a win win for me!!

I went there too see Harriet Tubman, a friends church bought 300 tickets for there members and friends. The theater was clean, the staff was amazing and the food was great

I pre-purchased & selected seats. There were many more seats marked unavailable than were actually occupied; I suspect there were problems with those seats since they werent used. The food prices have increased significantly. Once I received my salad ($14), I had to press the button to let them know that the grilled chicken was missing. They did bring it out on a separate plate. Restroom is also going downhill. Had a stall labeled out of order but others that probably should have been too since I noticed water on floor of stall next to me.

Good food to enjoy during the movies. Though their soda has come out flat many times, its still a pretty great place to get a good cinema experience

Absolutely love it here. Every time we visit, its usually with a large group. Tonight...there were 8 of us. They play the newest box office releases, the food is very reasonable in price, and the staff is fast and nice considering the large crowds they accommodate most nights. Its a fun place for everyone...and kids love the concept. Couples can have even more fun, with the bar and music they provide on the other side. Plus...there are several promo codes out there to get a $5 ticket. We are just over an hour away...and its worth every mile to drive there.

They could upgrade the seats like at holcombe bridge but overall a great theater

I will not go back to Studio Movie Grill.After paying a ridiculously high price for a movie ticket, I was then told that I couldnt bring my purse into the theater, because of some kind of security concerns resulting from the content of a different movie that was being shown there!I have things that I need access to in my purse! I am OBVIOUSLY not a security threat! And if they had told me about not being allowed to bring my purse in with me before I bought my ticket, I would not have bought it.I requested a refund for my ticket. They said that they refunded my money, and gave me a receipt, but the money has not come back into my account yet.

This is a recurring issue. Every time I come here I seem to have an issue getting food or a drink. This time was especially insulting. We order our meals at the start of the movie and proceed to never get anything. We address it to our server and nothing is done. Now it is crowded so I understand it can take awhile, but when the couple next to you proceeds to order 3 different meals throughout the movie and get all of them. You tend to get pretty frustrated. How did they resolve this issue you might ask? By simply saying to bad so sad now leave. Horrible management, they have absolutely no idea how to run things. I will never come here again, they could have simply resolved the issue but no. I would highly recommend you avoid this place.

I just read another review that shares my experience. I like the theater but it does have a funny/unpleasant smell, especially in the large theater at the end of the hall way. I think some carpet cleaning and other cleaning is due for this theater. My family likes going there but I just cant stand the smell.

Prefer the other location in Alpharetta. I dont like that none of the seats recline. The food is always cold especially the fries. Just went there three weeks ago and had to send the food back for being cold and stale. They need to do better.

I am always skeptical about Dine in movie theaters but this one was wonderful. The wait staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. They moved very quickly and quietly while the film was being shown. I would definitely come back again. My only complaint was that our drinks came out with the food as did our appetizer.

My daughter loved it! I was a little upset with the customer service in the theater. My daughters class had a leak in it. It took almost 30mins and for me t ok complain 4to5 times ana the last time I asked for a Manager. Then it was in no time the drink appeared.

When I first came here it was nice and clean. Now it just smells funny. They need to deodorize the rooms. It wasnt for the fact the movie time was convenient; I would go someone else. They need to fix the smell of the place.

The movie was great, we saw Star Wars. The food was just okay. I had the seared ahi tuna bowl, the tuna was good, but there was no rice and I had to ask to get the dressing. The dressing was great. There was not much edamame or mango either. This means that the bowl was Asian slaw, lots of cilantro, and tuna. The chocolate beignets, however, where hot and awesome!
