Expensive concession and horrible customer service. Nice theater though.

Come on! A bar, food other than popcorn and candy.. like burgers, pizza, and apps!!!! Amazing.. the dream lounge was great.. like I was at home. Sit back with some great food and a great movie..priceless! This will be where I will see movies from now on!

The new system in place for Corona is really smooth and easy, you just show them the ticket you purchased online with your phone and go to your seat. Should have been the way of doing things from the start

A great place on a rainy Tuesday afternoon! Parking is $5, but you get it back when you buy your movie ticket. Matinee price was surprisingly cheap, seats are very comfy. Small theatre, very enjoyable experience!

Super good bacon, Turkey wrap and funnel sticks from the concession lol and you gotta love the dreamlounger seats! We dont care for the choose your seat seating. I dont think that necessarily helps at all. I witnessed a woman come in a nearly empty theater and had picked seats RIGHT NEXT TO 2 other movie goers, she claimed that she didnt realize she had chosen seats that close. Um. What? But I believe had she just walked in and picked seats she would never have sat that close. Super strange and picking seats before you enter the theater is awkward. Youre put on the spot and dont really have time to think about it and it makes the experience weird and uncomfortable, to me. Other than that, it was great.

Love those theaters. Great seating. It doesnt bother anybody if someone needs to get up and go out.

The size of the seat here were just amazing, but then again this was my first time in an American cinema. The price was good as well.

The reclining chairs are amazing. Plus the $5 Tuesday are a great way for my whole family and I to see a great movie all together. The only thing that sucks about #5 Tuesdays are how long the line is for concessions. But after that you can just sit back(or lay), relax, and enjoy the movie. I highly recommend the new Aladdin movie.

Nice movie going experience. I feel as though if they put in some time to update the concessions stand to make it a little more efficient it would allow this theatre to excel. The staff were really nice and the seats were comfortable. Coming from someone who has worked in theatres before, the concessions stand would be really difficult to work in as an employee so I understand why it take them a little longer.

Seats were not the lounge seats as stated in theater description. Side lights for screen did not go off until minutes into the feature film, very distracting, hard to see previews and the beginning of the feature film. We watched the credits and the lights did not come on and we walked out in the dark. Very doubtful I would go to the ultra screen again. My wife did not want me complaining, we enjoyed the movie.

Plenty of movie options in many theaters. A couple of food options away from the standard concessions are also available. Hard to beat the dream loungers in all of the theaters.

Always a very clean theater. The ultra screen is massive, and the smaller screens have very very comfy recliners. Like any movie theater, the food is expensive but thats life.

Tuesday is the best day to go. Deals on tickets snacks and beer. Buy tickets ahead and skip the wait. No stress

This is a great theater. It is very nice, updated, and always very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The new seats (dream loungers, I believe is what they are called) are extremely comfortable.

Usually good service, today was an exception. Staff was sparse, the area for pop and napkins was atrocious and a mess. Can appreciate it was busy, but get enough people on hand to help!

The Dreamloungers are so comfy. Only downside is it means there are less seats per showing. If you arent going to get there early for a popular movie, its worth buying them online. (We learned that this last time, getting two seats not together when we didnt bargain on how busy it would be) I also like that I can get a wine or beer instead of just pop. We dont go often but we have had a good experience every time

Movie and seats were great. No toilet paper in the stall I used, which I didnt notice until it was too late. I dont visit theaters often, but recall having bathroom complaints about this theater previously as well.

Great theater and our favorite place but why have icee machines when theyre always broken! Very frustrating when the employees will sell you and icee cup but wont tell you only one of the flavors or both machines are broken!!!

My favorite in Duluth. Big and beautiful, restaurant, good service, enough kiosks to move quickly if you prepurchased tickets. Clean theater. Would be 5 stars if not for parking. Its a disaster and you have to go to the counter to get your $5 back. It gets very congested and if you prepurchase tickets to avoid the lines..you still have to get in line for your parking money.

Always a fun experience. Ultra stadium seating is neat , but not much leg room. Dream loungers are the best for people like me who get stiff from sitting too long.

The website was messed up. When I called to ask about reserving tickets, I was told they couldnt help and Id need to call corporate. I asked for the number and was told to look it up myself. I asked for manager and was told she would tell me the same thing. I asked to speak to her anyway. The manager told me I would just have to try another buying site and wouldnt give me the number. I finally got tickets. When I got to the theater, I ordered the Kiddy Combo and was told they were out of the special boxes and they couldnt adapt. I was told I just needed to order a more expensive item and should be okay with that since I would get more popcorn. It will be a long time before I go there again.

My go-to place for watching movies. Really nice seats and the place is always kept clean(including the bathrooms) good selection of snacks for a reasonable price.

They keep it very clean, the recliners in the theater are awesome, they offer 3D and Ultra Screen and food/beverage options. Seating is comfortable and the space to sit and eat at the bar is a nice option. As with any theater the popcorn, candy and soda is expensive but joining the rewards in the app gets you discounts!

My girlfriend and I went to a late night viewing of a movie tonight and we were the only two in the theatre and a man came in and he appeared to be under the influence of some substance and was pacing around behind us frantically and being loud and unnerving. My girlfriend was feeling really uncomfortable about him and I felt extremely uncomfortable with the facw he was directly behind us the entire time pacing even before the movie started. We went up to the front to warn them about the guy and they gave me a refund on the tickets and escorted the man out. I did not catch the name of the guy and girl at the front but they were extremely understanding and felt bad about the occurence, even tho it was not their fault. Great service and friendlyness from them, and we will continue to come to this theater for any movie!

Great place for a movie night, be careful... $5 Tuesday nights are VERY busy. I would recommend showing up 20 min early.

Was unable to get my girlfriend (who is older than me) into IT Chapter 2 despite having my ID. Had to go back to our apartment to get her ID and catch a later showing. Was very surprised to see that a woman had successfully gotten her child, who was no older than eight, into the movie, yet my girlfriend was unable to get in.

The cinema is good but if you are a student and you brought your bag along, you will not be allowed to enter into the cinema (as per the new policy)

Theatre was great. The movie Gretle and Hansel was beyond disturbing. Do not bring your children to this movie.

Wow what a big place impressive from what Im use to. Liked the different options to choose from in the snack and food area. Bathrooms were big but needed attention. The theater itself seemed clean and loved the reclining chairs, roomy spacious and comfortable. Matinee was $8.50 and i heard they have $5 movie days.

The theater was dirty, popcorn all over the place and on chairs. Popcorn buckets with some popcorn still in it were left on 3 different chairs, soda cups left all over amongst the aisles. The screen movie wasnt centered to the screen when asked to fix it the staff said they would look at it but never did. Will not be going to this Marcus theater again in the future.

I love this theater, every cinema has full reclining chairs! You can purchase tickets and reserve your seat in advance using an app on your phone. They also have closed caption machines available for free use for the hearing impaired.

It has the dream loungers! The food is good, and there are a lot of options. I would recommend getting to the movie a little earlier if you plan on eating there however. Also, there is a bar that is nice to sit in with your friends before or after the movie. Like if youre waiting for a friend to show up, its a good place to chill. Movies are always great and current. $5 Tuesdays cant be beat! Just be aware that you have to pay for parking, but they take that off your movie ticket!

Was treated very poorly,the staff was being racist towards me and my younger siblings, just because we’re Native American, then they treated other people nicely and respectful? I am disappointed, I’ve never been treated like that when I went there before, not going there again.

Tuesdays are a true treat here as a rewards member, $5 for a movie and $2 for more popcorn than I can eat. $7 for an excellent Tuesday night

Just saw the 9 am showing of frozen 2 on the ultrascreen. That is the most disgusting theater Ive been in. There are stains and spills on the seats and stairs and garbage from the night before. They need a serious deep cleaning in there. And with the assigned seating dont get D16 has mustard stains on the seat. Bathrooms arent much better. Paper towel holder mounted to some plywood screwed to the wall as well as staining on the wall. Just left feeling gross.

Nice place to see movies. Normal popcorn and snacks plus they have a bar. Have to pay to park but bring in the ticket and put it towards your movie.

Great movie theater, in my experience. Except for Ultrascreen, all the theaters have the fancy recliner seats. Seating is reserved, which can be both a blessing and a curse. They have several good deal-- such as $5 Tuesdays. The only downside is parking.

Super expensive. There was a mixup on our tickets, they were bought for the previous day. We didnt realize this until we were setting in someone elses seats as the movie started. Somehow, we were able to check in, were handed stubs, and were in the theater. Yes, a mistake was made on our part. But how on earth were we checked in for a movie we didnt have tickets for? No way for a refund. Only option to see the movie was to buy new tickets.

I love this theater. Comfy recliners with plastic covers (yay! No more gross wet sticky bed-buggy theater seats!). The center arms go up to turn every 2 seats into a loveseat. Customer service is kind and knowledgeable. Theres a bar that serves real food that you can take in with you! The regular theater treats ARE pretty spendy, eg the #1 combo of lg popcorn and 2 lg drinks was $24 but the ticket prices are great.

I have seen a plethora of movies here!! The dream loungers cant be beat if youre looking for comfortable seating!! Their staff are always so friendly as if they love being there, for example they will comment on your shirt if it pertains to movie and say thats one of their favorites. You can tell that everyone that works there has a passion for movies!!

Seats are the best part of the place. Prices are decent, cheap considering the seats are awesome. Place is clean and the staff is well kept and nice. Can get a beer here if you want, which is nice if youre not exactly thrilled about the movie youre going to lol.

Great power reclining seats VERY COMFORTABLE.... However every time we go it seems like its always understaffed, only 1 or 2 lines open soda/condiment area is always dirty bathrooms are disgusting...... its like this everytime too. We see about 2 to 4 movies a month!!!!

All Marcus Theatres are the best. If you havent been to one, you need to go! They even have a full bar inside if thats your thing.

Advance sales and assigned seating ruined this theater.Gone are the carefree days of walking in and buying a ticket, and sitting in available seating. Now a customer must stress himself to take half an hour out his day to get online and wade a swamp of third party ticket scalping websnares to pay more for tickets in advance and blindly choose seating ahead of time. If you arrive to find that you chose a seat next to an unshowered meth addict, that is just too bad. Seats are assigned, enjoy the movie.

The pros is that the theater has really comfortable seats. Also it has a deal where you can see movies cheap on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, also it often doesnt have a lot of staff working, they are moving more and more to self check out style stuff, and also sometimes dont have enough people to give you your overpriced popcorn on time. Also more than once Ive bought reserved tickets for a seat that was broken, and had to take time to get it cleared up. Also a major con is that the parking lot is shared with the rest of the DECC complex. If there is a major event happening it can be impossible to find parking. One time I planned to meet a friend for a movie and the parking lot was literally entirely full, including the parking ramp nextdoor, because there was an event happening. Frustrating.

Love the new seating of course, service could be better, and so could the prices. But its clean, the volume is set at a reasonable level, and the seating roomy. Great selection of movies, and plenty of times during the day but (and night) to see a good movie.

A very nice facility! The relatively recent renovations really make this place feel modern, clean, and comfortable. I love the lounger style seats and increased legroom in the auditoriums!Bathrooms can be a bit sketchy as far as cleanliness goes, but that seems pretty standard for theaters.

Have been going to going to Marcus theatres for years, and is a great overall experience. Not too spendy, and has improved on their theatres a lot over the years. Now, the experience is comparable to most big theatres in large cities Ive been to, providing comfy chairs and ability to self serve and pick your seating or reserve it beforehand.

You get two stars because I actually like the theater itself. The staff however are horribly rude. Pretty much evertime I go into this theater the staff are so completely indifferent to anything you ask that it’s horribly off putting. It’s not an isolated incident either. Ask a question and almost every person working there will act as if you beat a puppy. Go ahead and try to call them. There is an option to speak to a real person. Don’t bother trying it. I called to ask the hours of the burger restaurant they have in there because the hours are not posted on the website. I had to keep pushing 1 an uncountable amount of times. I tried for over 30 minutes total. (A few different sittings) but, nope! Forget getting thru!! I have seen employees more worried about what’s on the cellphone in their hand then the customers!! I will continue to go because it’s a great theater, but of good service is important to you, this is not the place to go!
