My visit today was extremely pleasant! I walked in and was greeted by a young woman who was diligently cleaning carts. I walked straight (well I had to stop at the cute things in-between) to what I needed. I actually found it quickly and it was a better deal than the one I had seen online the night before! Went to checkout and the line moved fast. The young lady that assisted me was so pleasant and helped me with my pickup purchase as well. Thank you for a nice addition to my day.

Any sort of craft need .... then you gotta come to Michael’s.... I needed a paint pen ...and asked Tristi for help... I couldn’t have been more pleased.... she showed me all the different choices ... checked stock for one item ...and recommended her best choice... now that is great customer service!!!

I visited Michaels at approximately 130 pm on Wednesday afternoon. I wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible, and 2 employees helped make that happen. In one instance, she walked me to the display, and the other, she looked in her phone to direct me exactly to the proper aisle. Thank you for your courtesy.

It was busy when I arrived around 3:30, many people in line but it went very fast! Great team checking people out!

Huge store full of almost every conceivable craft, except no kite paper 2 x I visited. Silk fl stems, faux fl vase arrgms, floral design needs: wire, ribbon, straw/wire wreath bases, shears, vases,...Also, deco boxes. Lots of ideas to decorate your house into home.

I really like this Michaels its usually pretty stocked up. And the staff is very friendly. I dont know why though lately acrylic paints have been kind of slacking on the shelves everywhere.

I did 2 separate orders online and picked up in store. I informed the clerk I was there to pick up two orders and she only gave me one. Had to hold off on my project and pick it up the next day.

It was organized and things were grouped together. They didn’t have any fall or Halloween paper or card stock at all and they only have about a third of the stamp pads they have displays for. Kind of disappointing but otherwise good store.

So, they usually have everything I need. However, their is rarely someone around to help. It appear to be a scheduling issue since I tend to go at non peak times. They do keep the place clean, and when you are finally able to find someone, they are pretty helpful. So in all, its not a bad location.

I love this store!! The customer service is incredible. They also have a hold policy that enabled me to get a big enough vehicle to bring my large canvas home. I went here three days last weekend alone and the employees are so incredibly helpful. I look forward to many more visits here while using their app to find their deals and coupons. This store definitely knows how to retain customers.

Jamie (she was the cashier) was 16/10 amazing. She is so customer forward and went out of her way to make sure everything was right before I left. I drove here from another michaels to get the yarn I needed that was on clearance, and was told by the person working that the managers at each location decide whats on clearance, and all the stores were different. Very disappointed, especially for a large chain.

The line was very long when I stopped in to pick up a item I ordered online. Every register was open and the line moved very quickly. When I got to the register, the sales associate was very friendly. Great service!

Fun place to go and let the imagination run wild.Take some classes, cake decorating is a really good class, even for us transplanted Southern Rednecks of which I am. A jar of Sweet ice tea, a couple knitting needles and Sunday football, all set. Now if the guys come over to watch football, put the knitting away until later.

Its Michaels. We like it. Arts and crafts for the youngin. Odd stuff. Decent sales. We got our plastic Christmas tree here. Also frames are sold here.

You must get someone that works at Michaels to help you get thing off of the shelves for certain items now, and there are barely any workers out at all.

Not enforcing masks as this location- walked in today (busy Sunday) and saw 3-4 people either not wearing a mask at all, or wearing it below their noses- with so many mothers shopping here I find it atrocious they are not following state sanctioned policies- nope!

Came to pick up a package at 6pm, as the website said the store was open till 7pm. This review regretfully has to be a negative one, as the short-haired middle aged white male carrying a grey box with orange trim was awfully rude telling me and another poor soul that the door says 6pm! and that you can all receive a $1000 citation just for being out here! The surrounding staff didnt seem to want to soften his message. This was an unfortunate display of emotional instability during a trying time.

This place is cool. First time visiting and I was impressed with all that they had to offer.

This place gets worse every time I go there. Never anyone around to Answer questions. Many items are way overpriced if you can even find a price on things. Its no wonder so many people order stuff on line. The registers dont even seem to work.

When looking at their website it shows something in stocks and you drive across town to buy it and they have none and you ask an employee if they know if it is somewhere else in the store and get I dont know and walk away makes me want to never shop at any Michaels ever again

This store is always clean and staff is always friendly. What I dont get is why some of their polymer clays and similar are so expensive. I can buy almost all of those things way cheaper online, have them shipped, and still pay sales tax; and pay well less than what the Michaels stores are selling them for. I guess it really is the era of the death of the brick and mortar store.

Lots of stuff. Helpful staff. U can find many items to make. Large selections for many hobbies.

Nicely stocked store. But very confusing.There was no one on the floor to help anyone find things. I spent way more time in there looking all around the store. Then waited 15 minutes in line because there was only one person checking people out. There were 2 or 3 associates in the back not doing much. Not trying to bash the store, but I think a couple things could have been done to make a little better experience.

I love coming here because the staff is friendly and I always get all my questions answered. I even got some helpful suggestions for the project I was working on. Thank you!!!

The best Michaels in the area. They have so much to choose from and the staff is super friendly. The Aurora 225 one is closer to my home but the Colorado/Yale store is so much nicer in every way. I go here for all my crafting needs except fabric (theres a Joann across the street for that).

Great selection, but prices can be a little high. Best to hit it for the sales or if you need something today and arent willing to wait for shipping. Would definitely recommend shopping around on prices though for some things.

Shopping online at Michael’s is quite the experience. They have lots of work to do on their website. The search engine does not recognize anything that may be misspelled. So if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking be patient.

Its Michaels, they have everything! This is in a good location, well lit, clean and well stocked. The loss of a Ginger Snap is due to the wait time in line to check out, its always slow. :(

Great store. I would have given 5 stars if each time I visit, there is a huge line, and usually only one person working cashier. I understand staffing is challenging, but there should be support available to help people pay for their products, even if a manager needs to step up for just 15mins to help their team.

Zaisy was our associate and she did an absolutely fantastic job! A discount wasnt working (details later) and she did everything she could do to avoid calling a manager. Complete kudos to her to try to problem-solve the computer issue. Another associate said that the computer has been giving them an issue for awhile and Zaisy kept apologizing about the situation - which we understood it was by no means her fault. Why the 3/5 then - her manager, Shanelle. She had SUCH a bad attitude to the point where the associate was apologizing on her behalf. I couldnt believe it. Shanelle kept saying - I have to go home on time, I have to leave with complete utter annoyance with the whole situation etc. Zaisy was doing her best to help the line and kept apologizing and Shanelle was talking down to her and I was couldnt believe it. No, dont do it this way sighing in frustration very dramatically I have to do this first - just very upsetting language and attitude for someone asking for help. I, for one, could not work for her. I overheard she had a bad day, but - sorry, you shouldnt be a manager with a bad day and give attitude to your customers and associate. The sign that they had up for a discount was misleading and was positioned incorrectly - and Shanelle just kept saying I misread it, but when I asked how - she just said it doesnt apply but wouldnt tell me which ones it applied to. I was not going to waste more time arguing over $1.50 (I know but I bought 6 of these items for the discount) but Shanelle did move the sign since (I believe) it could confuse other customers purchasing the same items. Shanelle has no customer service skills and, again, high praise to Zaisy for being a rock star!

Not as many model airplanes as when I was a kid. Not many people I think build them. You can thank smart phones and tablets for that. My daughter loves this store.

Of the Michaels around town, this place is reliably the best. Come Halloween season they always have the most of the good stuff, and keep more of it in stock longer than other places. Its also where I go when I need more specialty craft products like gold/silver leaf, as the one nearest me (alameda) is always out or doesnt carry it in-store

Me and my daughter make slime and other fun doodads. Great selection of fake plants, pictures, everything crafty. You can customize your home decor and make great cheap gifts here. Came right before closing and wasnt rushed at all. The girls guided me to what I needed. Great sales and coupons too.

Every time I come here I’m reminded of why I should only go to Guiry’s. Multiple clearance tags but these aren’t on clearance except for one color. Why 6 tags.

Brought some paintings in to get framed. Staff was incredibly helpful and patient helping me to select the frames for my art. Cant wait to pick up the paintings in a couple of weeks!

This store is near my home. I like it a lot. Has a nice selection of yarns, and of course other craft supplies. I do feel they should have more workers on the floor to help answer questions, and for other general help. But, other than this they are very friendly and helpful when encountered.There are usually sales of some type going on most of the time. Definitely worth visiting.

I used to love Michaels until their quality started decreasing while their prices increased. Now I only go for sales and rarely spend over $20 there every few months.

Would be 5 stars however, the bathrooms can use a good cleaning. Specifically the toilets include the sides down to floor and some room deodorizer. The product selections are excellent. I love shopping here.

Went in looking for cross stitching or embroidery supplies, which were incredibly limited to say the least. Each time I go to Micheals, and not this store in particular but EVERY one I have visited, it is pretty much the same story. I give up. It got 3 stars because generally the store was pleasant and tidy and the place to go if you are needing yarn, or framing, or seasonal decorations. I wont be bothering with any Micheals in future.

Granted, it’s four shopping days before Christmas, but I spent 20 minutes trying to find assistance in this place shortly before 7:00pm...finally a cheerful man who “officially” worked for the Arron Brothers framing in the back helped me find something on my list in the store. I wanted to use my 50% off coupon, but it turned out to only be good if I prepurchased online and picked up my order at the actual store...huh?? Whatever.

The prices were better than hobby lobby and unlike hobby lobby their items are scanned and not manually imputed. It has a wide range of supplies and even my boyfriend had fun in there looking at stuff.

The 70% off custom framing sale they sometimes offer is a total rip off. They inflate there normal prices then take the discount off the inflated prices making it seem like you are getting a deal. I wouldnt have known this except when I went to take a concert poster to get framed the total ended up being almost the exact same as the total of a poster I had framed two weeks earlier (not discounted). The posters were the same size and everything I chose, mattes, glass, and frame were comparable. What a scam!!
