Had a great time fun for the 10 and 14 year old. Half off parent passes made it fun for the whole family

Decent place. Staff at the counter was excellent. Place could have used a little more attention to cleanliness. Getting in wasnt too bad. Parking was a nightmare. I guess thats to be expected. I wish they had a larger lot for sure. My kids seemed to enjoy it. The basic noise level is loud. For anyone with sensitive hearing, you might want ear protection. Beyond that, the place was large and well setup.

Urban Air is using their membership as a scam. During Covid, they, like other places we belong, paused the monthly dues while closed. However, the one year contract I signed when my son joined last summer was set to expire this month. When I reached out to let them know that I did not want to continue (my son had lost interest) with the month to month that automatically occurs, at the year conclusion, they emailed me that they were charging for the three months they were closed. I have reached out to the physical location, which said they don’t handle those things. I reached out to corporate and only receive what appear to be form letters back. Although I know someone is reading my emails, because they did manage to include the exact dollar amount they say I owe. Join at your own risk.

The place has potential, but there are still somethings that need to get worked on. One of the main things is the mediocre food. The prices on the food are not cheap either, so expect to pay around 7-8 dollars for two deep fried pieces of chicken and two small pieces of celery and carrots. (picture posted) Would be great to see different options a side salad, a sandwich or anything that would not take a deep fryer. There are other places like this around the area i.e. Lava Island, Jumpoline, Defy and more, and this is the point where they all fail....the food; Dont be a sheep, the only thing this is doing is that people will rather eat something before or after visiting; its just a loss of money. The location is great, basically one block south of I-70 through Central park ave or Havana, very easy to find. I think the attractions are way better than the other locations, it is not just about jumping, they have plenty of activities; which for the prices I think its awesome. The other locations also charge you for the hour, but not here, so your child will have plenty of time to go through all of the park with out having them to hurry or getting kicked out. Alcohol is also served here, something that you do not see at the other places, prices are a not cheap, 6-7 dollars for a beer, but i guess convenience comes with a cost.

Under staffed during covid-19 so kids cant play freely in certain areas and the warrior course is closed which is not advertised on their website. All other Denver locations have the warrior course open.

First of all, we purchased the parent ticket band that is equal to your child’s pass yet they fail to mention go carts and bumper cars are not included with the platinum band ( the best band ) $5 more dollars for that! I asked to speak with a manager and they just sent the same worker out that I asked for a manager from to say sorry sir there is nothing they can do about the parent band. My son needed help on a course and he couldn’t understand what I was saying to him and I took my mask off to give some instructions and a staff member rudely and consistently told me to put my mask back on or I would be asked to leave. I explained what I was doing and she still rudely told me to put my mask on. You get a 2 hour slot for your children yet they fail to mention the amount of time they close rides for cleaning. Cleaning is good but now your 2 hour time limit is further limited. COVID or no COVID we won’t be coming back.

Great place for birthday partys host and hostess were amazing,excellent customer service, found a place to tire the kiddos OUT!

What an incredible place! Tons for kids to do, but need to be 48 for zipline. The monthly membership is very reasonable, and there are lots of places for adults to sit while the kids play.

This place is a sight for parents in need of time outs. The children get plenty of exercise and complete joy! This place was thought out well when they took the time to build. It has a great atmosphere for even a fun date night out for a couple of any age! This fun land is a sure fit for a good time for a diverse crowd....oh yeah Urban Air has a concession stand to die for ( Pizza, Great Nachos, Slurpies and more* A must go* Look for the many $5 for 15 minute leather massage chairs for well deserving adults

VERY FUN!! Went for a bday party and this place was amazingly fun! It has stuff for adults and kids alike. Zip lines, bumper cars, lots of trampolines, obstacle courses (both on the ground and up in the air), virtual reality game, slides, all kinds of stuff. It was a great time! I highly recommend for both bday parties and just family fun... the staff was great, helpful, knowledgeable...Great place.

Such a great place. They even have gluten-free cauliflower cheese pizza for my daughter and its actually pretty tasty. They also serve beer and wine for us adults sitting back wondering where did all that energy go, eh, I got a beer.

This place is a ton of fun at a reasonable price for what is available. With the zip line, trampolines, climbing area, slides, rope course, bumper cars, and 3D experience, there is something for everyone! The location is a little out of the way, but not difficult to find. Our whole family had a blast.

If you are debating visiting or having your kids birthday here just book it. Nice staff, kids birthdays are their forte, the food is fine for kids and if you are eating healthy you also have options.There are plenty of working parents on laptops or reading booms here as well, but fun for all ages in the ball pit, trampolines, gauntlet, and they even have a bag like they use in high-fall stunts for movies and television.

I love this place took my kids Friday this passed. No more than 10 ppl can come in. Urban air has a sanitization system, hand sanitizer everywhere, plus hand sanitizer wipes. They wipe and spray each area after every use. Thanks again for being open this weekend to thank ppl like me and others whom are first responders.

This business has some of the worst customer service our neighborhood has ever seen. After moving to another state (which also happened to coincide with the COVID lockdown), we reached out to this location to cancel our membership. We spent—literally—months trying to get ANY kind of response from the business, but could not. We emailed, we called, we left voicemails, we tried contacting Urban Air corporate, we tried using web forms on the website. Nothing.Now, one could argue that the pandemic lockdown simply left them in a position of being understaffed, which would be somewhat understandable. However, once we finally did get a response, they claimed that they could only waive future fees, not the fees that they continued to charge while they were closed down and during which period our numerous inquiries were ignored.The way we finally go ahold of them? We had to post in one of the neighborhood Facebook groups and ask if anyone knew the management/owners. Someone provided an email address that doesnt seem to be published anywhere and said that you had to send all cancellation requests directly to that. After doing so, we started getting replies, although each one indicated a complete failure to read our original request, so we had to keep replying and repeating our situation. This would be annoying enough if not for the fact that each reply adhered to their 72-hour response time, meaning the conversation dragged out annoyingly long.In the end, we were finally able to cancel our memberships, but they said they will not refund the fees they charged to our credit card last week—even though THEY STILL ARENT EVEN OPEN FOR BUSINESS and even though we tried to cancel as far back as May. It goes without saying that well contest the charges through American Express, but this will be yet another hour that we spend dealing with an ordeal that never should have happened. If members cant cancel their subscriptions through the online accounts on the website, they should at least be responsive with customer service so that they dont look like such a disorganized and unethical operation.Weve shared this experience with the many friends and family we have in 80238 and its safe to say that between this experience AND the fact that this business is pretty much the riskiest activity for COVID that you could send your children into, nobody plans to throw any more birthday parties or daily outings here ever again.

Update: Apparently they were shut down today by the County Health because of Mandate Violations.We signed up for 5pm to 7pm today. We arrived at 4:45pm with 4 excited kids to find the doors locked and nobody inside. Waited until 5:10 with no luck. 4 excited kids are now 4 very sad kids.

We had our kids Birthday party there and it was an awesone experience. The kids had a blast and our host Makayla was nice and very attentive. Thank you Urban Air!!

My kids enjoyed themselves, however this establishment is poorly ran! I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members she was rude and gave us major attitude, when I brought it to managements attention it was srugged off... as my children continued to play i noticed the young teen I had an encounter with and the manager laughing and looking at us, go figure the manager is a kid himself that knows very little about running a business. This place would be great if customer servicewas high on their priority list, unfortunately it is not! My family will not be returning.

This place is wonderful for childrens play. I took my 7 yr old niece to play and she had a blast! Only downfall about this place was you are stepping on popcorn in your jumping socks. And that popcorn has been there for hours, since I came to when I left.

Understaffed, seems like some of the employees and managers let some of the regulars or friends get away with not following the rules. Over priced, makes it to where you need to buy a higher level pass to take advantage of the place. The wipeout machine is a joke compared to Defy! Food smells good but again overpriced so we did not order.The only benefit I would say is the passes are good all day so you can come in the morning and get your money worth. Also they do offer a military discount is great.

This is our favorite indoor activity place in all of Denver area! My kids love it here, get the membership- it is an awesome deal. So far all the staff has been super friendly and the ample seating area with outlet wall for parents is a plus++ I was able to bring my kids a lot over the summer with my work laptop, and got more done than if I was at home. My kids played for HOURS in there. It was perfect for me to get work done uninterrupted and they get their hours of physical activity for the day.

Out of all the indoor trampoline places around town this one is the best value and also the most fun. I can bring my nanny kids here and theyre entertained for a good chunk of the day. I like that they have the adult pass. For $6 you get to do all the same stuff the kids do. Any other place you have to pay full price.I only give 3 stars because there are no little wastebaskets in the stalls in the womens restroom. Those are definitely a necessity!

My almost 9 yr old son loves coming here! We ended up getting memberships, which are a great deal. All the teenagers that work here (staff) are very helpful. The place is clean, they even disinfect the VR headset in between users. Lots of fun for both kids and parents. Oh and plenty of parking!

It is a great place to take kids if you have a plan to spent 2 to 4 hrs. It accommodate childrens of all ages. It is a little bit expensive.

Fantastic facility, great location. Staffs a bit inattentive and dont really keep things moving smooth. Too busy chatting with other staff and playing on their phones. A few areas were not even manned and were being started by kid customers. Bumper cars and VR for example.

I went here for a friend’s birthday party and had a pretty fun time. However, this is the next day and my shoulders are extremely sore from all the harnessing they use with you. Other than that I had a great time!

Super close timy house. We have been to spider monkey and my kids like urban air better. It actually actually cheaper to go to Urban air. they have memberships that you can go as many times as you want per month. Great location, staff is super friendly, and there is more for kids to do. Urban air is not just trampolines. Way better atmosphere also.

Lots of variety of things that were way more exciting than other indoor parks. Not just for kids, I saw parents playing too. The Sky Ride zip line was addictive. Kids say the tramps arent as good as Spider Monkey if thats really your thing. But with so many other attractions its a 5 star. Its new, clean, and the staff were nice and helpful (still learning some of the ropes).

The kids really enjoyed their time at urban air. It wasnt as packed as I thought it would be. Definitely a place with pretty much all teenage staffing. Most of them enjoyed their jobs and others just looked like they was doing it just to make time pass and get a check.

The kids had a blast the host was very inexperienced and didnt have a clue what was going on, then they tried to over charge for the party we had but thank god the tall manager came to the rescue he seems like he was the only one in the whole place that new what was going on for almost $600 for a birthday party everything should have been top notch..Ive had better hostess at big bear ice arena and skate city

This place is super fun cor the kids... But there needs to be more staff supervision and maybe age requirement for some areas due to older children not paying attention or being violent with small children.

Not enough staff at the youngest climbing area. Staff behind grill area - very rude, no smiles whatsoever. Need adult supervision.Staff at front - very nice and very friendly.

A little pricey, but the kids had fun. One suggestion, there needs to be at least 1 if not 2 employees per section. We had to call an employee to help a young child out of the balls cause he was worn out and couldnt out.

Poorly trained staff. One computer camera was broken (for membership pic). Staff attempted to hand-over to another staff person (with presumably an operable cam) who ignored the predicament through 3 other customer interactions. Not the customer service we were looking for, so we left. When my wife tried to visit a second time (a month later) to see if it was a one-off, she attempted to raise the staff issue with the management. The manager claimed he witnessed the entire interaction, but was not present (only the two young staff at the counter). Hmm... Hopefully hell learn some humility: key for business survival. You lost 3 potential memberships. Sticking with Spider Monkey.

The actual attractions are fun, but dont order food, I am currently here and Ive been waiting 15 mins for my food and then got told 6 more minutes. The kitchen isnt well ran.Edit....currently still waiting.

Trampolines, ziplines, bumper cars, ropes course, ninja warrior course, VR arcade, play structure, rock wall course, work area for parents, food and beverages. Its a life saver when the weather doesnt allow for outdoor energy expenditure!

8/16 I loved it today I played almost everything

They need to keep up with the cleaning. I told one of the staff members that someone had left a dirty diaper in the floor. 10 minutes later i try going back to the restroom and the diaper still there. The staff are friendly.
