I had a birthday party here last week for both of my sons. The party coordinator, general manager and staff were fully prepared and attentive. They checked on us consistently, and made it clear that they appreciated us as guests. I was very pleased with their service and will be returning!

Fun place to take the kids. Food was good, tons of games and the food & game package helped avoid the kids not wanting to leave. Once we ate, used the one hour game package it was time to leave with no fuss.

What a disappoint. The card deals are trash. I decided to order at the restaurant, since I couldnt find a bench. Got sat down and was told my server would be right with me. 12 mins later, she finally did arrive. I ordered right then and there. Grabbed a board game since I figured waiting for my food would take even longer, but the second I grabbed one my server ran over to me and told she will be taking the game before my food gets there. Like I just ordered 2 seconds ago! For a $14 MEGA PEPPERONI PIZZA I even thought hopefully Im not over doing it. My face when they bought out a personal sized pizza... I thought what a joke! Even my kids where asking why I ordered a little pizza. Lets see my only good surprise was the milkshakes. That was actually cute. On second thought Im editing this because I just found peanuts in his milkshake tray. The menu didnt mention peanuts. Great not sure if he ate any... Gotta grab his epi pen now!

Service was almost non existent, waited 15 min no one ever came and asked me if I was confused or lost or even how to buy the cards to start playing. Finally seated, pizza was ok. Half the games didnt work either. Small kids who dont really know what they are supposed to be getting wont mind but older kids are disappointed.

Good prices and hours, very solid game selection in the esports area. My only complaints are that sometimes it seems the manager of the game area isnt there and the general receptionists at the front are less friendly, and the food from the kitchen isnt great from what Ive tried. Solid esports place!

Pretty cool place. Stibbled upon it by accident but it seems way fun for the wole family. Bar for parents, games for younger kids and games for older kids as well as tournaments on your favorite console device. Tonight looked like everyone was getting into fortnite!!!!! I would love to come back with my family!

I was really disappointed with this Gameworks.I thought it was kind of on the expensive side for a family of 4. Many games we went to play didnt work or were out of service. We were limited to the games that did work. Every game in these pictures had issues and were unplayable. There were more games that are not pictured. I came here when the place first open and it has really gone downhill since.

I worked at this restaurant for probably three months. I would not eat there if I was starving. Management is horrible. They are always understaffed and its always the people that are there working that are getting killed. Its hard to smile and be happy when youre responsible for the whole place when youre a bartender. I think its kind of funny how management like Skyler even have a job. I tried reaching human resources to talk about my problem with the management and I have not received a call back. I have not received my final check or my W-2 from last year. I highly recommend staying away from this place save your money.

Most the time the games were all out of order while the system resets, which happened multiple times during the visit. If the games did work a lot of them were broken, steering wheels or pads not responding, seat fell off of one while someone elses kid was playing. The only redeeming activity was laser tag and it was a lot of fun! Probably wouldnt go back unless major updates happened

Fun place its like a dave n busters but more kid friendly. They have great discounts on Groupon. A fun date night as well. They close doors to anyone under 21 not accompanied by someone 21+ after 9pm. Cool laser tag arena as well you get your moneys worth running around.

Fun trivia contest. Varied menu. Pretty good pub-type food. Lots of games. Decent prices. Very loud. Smaller than competitors like Dave and Busters, which I like.

This place would be awesome if their card readers actually worked. My kids love it and the bar is a nice touch. But it was hard to actually be able to play the games (ever game we tried) as you have to keep swiping and swiping. I’ll happily update this review to 5 stars when they replace the readers.

Cool place, but I was terribly disappointed in how many machines didnt work correctly or not at all. Just kind of a ho-hum experience and I really wanted more bang for the buck. For that much cost per game, they should all be in good operating order.

Its an ok place for kids. Games are sometimes broken and fixed with duct tape and are mostly janky. I spent like 5 hours there and got the flu the next two days. I would recommend but if you hate germs and sneezing kids Do not come! Over all 4/10 Love the games but not the quality.

This is a good place to bring your kids. Unlimited fun for the family. Its a great way to spend the day together as a family. They have a lot of options for everyone. To save money use the app from Groupon for special deals. The food is good but a little on the expense side. They have a good veriaty of alcohol to choose from. This place is clean and hardly any games are out of operation.

Great Location with a wide variety of arcade games. The place is kept clean, and the majority of arcades games are working. They also have a bar. So give them a shot.

Went in on a Friday night with my daughter and spent 40 bucks on 130 credits. Every game costs between 9 and 15 credits so do the math and you are basically spending $2-$3 per game, which is insane, especially when you consider that the games are dated and finish quickly.All of the ticket games are basically just gambling, which is weird. This place is effectively just an enormous credit card swiper, where you pay $3 fees for the joy of being disappointed. At least you get those tickets though! What a ripoff.

Staff is great. I am leaving this review solely to ask management to reconsider their labeling of Big Buck Hunter as a Premium Game and thus not included in the Play Your Way Thursday promo. On your own website you say excludes ticket, prize, token & photo games. As Big Buck Hunter is none of those it should not be excluded.

Great place to have fun. Most of the times I spend about 1-3 hours here. They have a lot of games, and theres only a small few that dont work. The wings are pretty good there and the e-sports lounge is pretty well equipped.

Has lots of games and cool gaming rooms plus esports. Parents can get some food and relax in the dining area. There are a lot of fun options but you do see all that reflected in the price of the games.

It is a fun arcade and the good was good.

The display windows on the front of the building were full of dead bugs, dust, and sun bleached arcade prizes. The inside wasnt as dirty as that.Most of the games were broken and everything cost either 75 cents or $1.50. the food was disgusting almost to the point of inedible. I didnt eat it. I wouldnt ever go back.

Ive had several birthday parties here for my kiddos, and have attended friends parties here, as well. The staff is always courteous and helpful, the restrooms are well maintained and clean, and the kids have a great time with all the video games and laser tag. Having easy access to a full bar is pretty nice, also!

Very loud and very busy. My kids loved it but there wasnt a lot of watchful eyes on the front door as my small kids (which were encouraged to run around and play as many arcade games as possible) tried to escape a few times. Thankfully we had two kids + two adults to help keep them wrangled in. Recommend this place for kids older than 5 or 6.Pizza was pretty good. Not bad for what you might expect.Overall it was ok and what youd expect for a modern arcade.

This place is awesome to be with your kids. You wilk need at least $25.00 to start playing because it is with a card and they add credits to it. Machines are 8 to 12 credits each. Depending on how cool they are of course.

Would have given it a 5...however as in most of game places some of the games took pay but did not get to play. They did refund but how fun is that?? Like I wanted to play that game not go find another.

Absolutely terrible! We arrived at 6pm on a Friday night. We bought our game cards right away then headed to the restaurant, knowing our two small children were ready for dinner. We figured we could at least order and if it took a while we could take turns playing games while we waited. We stood at the hostess stand for the restaurant waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes. My husband finally caught a workers attention and asked to be seated. Once seated we were given menus and the waitress said she would be with us in a minute. There were 5 tables with people at them. The waitress kept going back and forth from the kitchen and to the tables but would not come by our table. We tried several times to get her attention. After over 20 minutes I finally got up and asked her if we could please order. She told us that the restaurant was too backed up so they werent taking orders right now. I thought she had to be kidding, but she continued on to tell us that it would be at least 15 minutes before she would start taking orders. Of the other 5 tables, 1 had food, 1 had ordered, and the other 3 were told they couldnt order either. So almost 40 minutes after arriving at Gameworks we left to go get our kids dinner. By the time we were done it was too late to bother going back. We will use our cards another day and will be sure to eat before we go.

We Love this place. Not too busy in the mornings, they do their best to take care of the games, and they have great customer service. Erin was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us, making our already great experience even more amazing.

Management is horrible. Took 20 mins to get seated at our table because there was no management and they took over 30 to serve one beer, always understaff and they rarely check up on us. Would not recommend at all. This place is so bad.

Half the machines were broken or something. The ones that were operational were fun. Wouldn’t pay $117 for 3 people.

The best gaming place! So many varieties of games from those involving physical action to the most advanced computer games. And for the non-gamers, there is a fabulous open restaurant and bar area with numerous big screens playing live sporting events. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My grandsons love this place and so do I!!

We had my sons 10th birthday party here. It was a great experience - Jessica and Joshua made sure we had everything we needed. They were really attentive even though it was a really busy day. We had fun playing games and laser tag. Next time Ill order the pizza without seasonings. We plan on having more parties here!

Pros and cons as always with this sort of place. Its not as big as its competitors, couple of the games are broken, and the food is not amazing. But I feel like you get a little more value for your money here than some other places, when youre talking about the amount of games you get to play for your money

Gameworks is a fun time for the kiddos who like video games. We came here last Saturday to celebrate our youngests birthday. We had Groupons for him and our middle, which is such a good deal.With the Groupon, they received a card with money on it to play games that dispense tickets and then another card that lasts all day to play the other video games. We spent about 3 hours playing games and eating lunch.The pizzas are delicious and they have a full service bar for the kiddos who are 21+.The reason for the 4 star is that some of the games didnt work properly. My boys were attempting to play the Wizard of Oz game, which shoots tokens onto a moving platform and the movement then hopefully pushes other tokens over the edge. Along with this game, it dispenses plastic chips or plastic cards that are worth tickets. One game got stuck with a plays in it and we had to call for someone to fix it. He was really nice and helpful but the machine kept malfunctioning even though my boys switched around to the different sides.Other than that, it was a fun time and the youngest enjoyed celebrating his birthday there.

This place was so fun! I came here with some family and we had a blast just running around playing games and chasing a toddler around. There was such a great selection of games. We got some snacks about halfway through our stay, and the fries were SUPER salty, but the place was, in all, pretty awesome!

Stopped in with a party of 5 on a Saturday night just to grab some food. Upon seating us they were apologetic saying there was only one waitress staffed that night. Service was still great and food was pretty good.

This is the second year we celebrated his birthday here and he Loves this place! He goes all the time now for the E room because hes older now and not so much into the vending games. And 5$ and hour is a great price! The food is actually good for an arcade pizza was tasty, wings are meaty and the staff is friendly. Also the Broncos were playing on big screens above the bar. So its really a great place for kids of all ages!

We brought my nephew for his birthday. At first the refused to seat us because they said we were too many people, even if we paid as seperate checks. And sat at different tables. Then some other server finally let us sit after about an hour. They didnt have a gluten free menue. Or kids menu. So i was the only one who kudnt eat anything. When we ordered food. The orders were wrong and pizza had a strong garlic taste and smell. The nachos had hardly any cheese. It took them 45 mins to bring us a pitcher of coke. And we waited about 3 hours for game cards. By the time the manager gave us our cards we had an hour on the cards but only about 35 mins before children were to leave because it was after hours. So when we told the manager she was all I made announments all night. Yes right after giving us the cards. They did give us 4 all day passes but I dont really wanna go back. Plus the cards they gave us (that we purchased and they didnt bother telling us) didnt provide tickets. So everything we accrued was for nothing. All day passes wont accrue tickets either. Also since it was timed cards. After one game finishes u have to weight 30 secs to play a new game which took so much time. And they charged us for the wrong food with no refund. Instead they Just gave a free pass for laser tag.. Maybe they just had bad staff that day or bad manager that took over 45 mins before she came to us when we asked for one, or they arent really on there game. But either way this was a bad experience. It was our First time going there too

This place was amazing! The big problem with any place like this is usually maintenance. They do a great job keeping the games mostly working and the one time we had a game break during play, they came in, gave us credits in another game to play while we waited, and then gave us a few credits on the broken game once they had it fixed again. This was in sharp contrast to an experience at Boondocks where I, a 40 year old business man with children in tow, was accused of lying about machines that ate tokens and then they threatened to call the police on me when I protested. Love this place and so glad there is a better option in the area with friendlier folks.

We had a blast. Everyone was amazing except the young lady at the laser tag door. Rude, condescending and careless were her traits. This was supposed to be the highlight of the party and was nearly the reason to end the party early. She made her own rules and was extremely rude when questioned. We needed understanding for a party of 20 not attitude. We made it in the next round and had a great time. Didnt have to deal with her again and the party was epic. Some peoples energy are not cut out for this type of environment. Most everyone there was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed it despite the wait and attitude from the door lady at laser tag.

I had my daughters birthday here and all the staff was more than hospitable, from Dave our server and Jessica our event planner; I could not have asked for a better experience!! Hands down completely satisfied!!

Its ironic the name is Game works when only about one third of the games work. Its a decent size but most the card readers struggle and many games are simply broken. If they could get the games working this place would be a lot more fun. We used a groupon and the boys were kind of bored after an hour since so many games didnt seem to function properly.

Some of the games are kind of off an on again and seem to have a few more bad machine each time i go. That being said the staff are very kind and up beat. I have not had a chance to eat here yet though i always see folks doing so. I like that they offer a space for parties and also have exclusive space for system and computer games. Overall a good time and very entertaining for young ones.

I took my girlfriend and nephews here for their birthday and honestly had a great time. The only bad part is the restaurant area. I stood there for a good while trying to get food for my 3 nephews and my girlfriend and I. It was a terrible service. i had to ask the bartender for service. Took very long for the waitress to come get my order. We fonally got this short skinny guy with long curly hair and honestly he was rude. I asked him for a pizza and told him we had a few drinks but he just took the pizza order and left. He probably stood in my table for about 10 seconds before leaving. Didn’t give me service or priority what so ever. He just left to another table and stayed there talking laughing with the 4 other customer who were already drinking. I couldn’t even ask for a draft beer because he didn’t even cared. He treated me and my girlfriend like if we were kids. Yeah we look younger than we are but that is not an excuse. I had to ask the young lady that picksup the table for another pizza. The waiter took forever to come back and when he did he just passed by and said oh we got your order. I had to raise my voice at him to ask him to PLEASE TAKE OUR DRINKS because he was running towards the other direction. He looked bothered that we even asked for drinks. When we he took our drinks, guy went and walked to the back where he stood and talked to numerous people and never brought our drinks back or even came to tell us sorry for the horrible service or wtv, I have been a waitress for many years in my teens and this was just 100% horrible. We ended up getting up and leaving because WE NEVER GOT OUR DRINKS OR FOOD. We eneded goint to Red Lobster that was around the corner. We are probably not going to eat here again. Then staff in the games area are very nice so we had a good time specially because there were few games broken so we were able to play almost all of them including lazer tag. Anyway good games just poor staff in the restaurant. Either throw them our or get more people that will do less standing around talking to staff and doing their job.

Only been there for 30 minutes and then the manager came and told my cousins and I that we have to be over 21 to get a soda and to be at Game Works and he told us to leave. We paid over $30 for nothing and just to be told to leave because we have to be over 21 years old.

Always loved this place. Would spend hours running around like kids and hiding from the heat. Prefer to go early, they can get really busy at night.My only complaint is that my husband and I used to love to go on little dates there and were saving all of our tickets for one of the gaming consoles, but they no longer offer the big ticket items. We now have spent a reasonable amount of money and built up a ton of tickets (over 60k) and dont really want anything they offer in the shop now. Kinda feels like a waste and definitely a disappointment. The only thing the staff could tell us about it was something happened about a year ago.

Great place to bring your kids for parties or even adults. Lots of fun games. Even board games to play at the tables. Food is decent but pretty overpriced, wifi is terrible (for parents that want to work while their kids play), and service is usually bad at the ticket counter (high schoolers run it) and hit or miss in the dining area.

I love Game Works! I think this is a cool place with lots of fun games to play!!! on this visit I actually tried the DJ booth which has a microphone,and I was able to create a CD of a freestyle on one of the beats provided by the game. It was really fun and I think it turned out good!

Stop all field trips to this facility .Im a bus driver and I tried to order food. Was refused service because I was with the field trip. I just dropped off and given the excuse that they couldnt because they didnt want kids ordering food and then they would have a ton a food orders.So to me I see that has they dont like to work.Going into this facility been here several other times on field trips and they have never been busy, other than the kids from the school I just dropped off. The restaurant area is clean but probably because they have no customers.Also the employees in the restaurant area just sit at the tables doing nothing. The girl at the bar was watching TV, once in awhile they would eat what they ordered.

Games didnt work. Kids kept swiping their cards to get them to work and it would take the tokens but not release the ball, or start the game, or the touch screen wouldnt work, etc. We went through 200 tokens each($27 each) in an hour or so. Wouldnt have bothered me if I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off.Weve been there before and enjoyed it. Not sure if I just never noticed that we were swiping multiple times to play or if the games are getting old or what. But Im very disappointed in this visit. I understand that I may need to call someone over to fix a game or two, but after the fourth time it just got embarrassing and I stopped. I doubt well be returning.

I took my family here after finding a Groupon. It was a great value compared to other arcades and the tickets actually earned my kids some cool stuff instead of your basic Chinese finger traps and jumping plastic frogs.

Super fun place with alot games! There are tons of arcade games with the classics like skee ball, basketball, and pac man. There are also plenty of new stuff like a Luigis Mansion 2 player game with real life vacuums!They also have a secluded area for PC, Xbox, PS4, and Wii U gaming. Really nice area for group gaming and couches with private TVs for gaming too.There is a bar with food and alcohol. Not the best food but a quality selection on alcohol for a gaming center.

This was such a fun place to stop in Denver if you have teenagers! The games are modern and this place was neat and well kept...They also had a karaoke booth and laser tag....the only down side is they quit selling any drinks an hour and half before closing and after playing for 2 hrs we were thirsty!!
