Took my family to give try. Heard so many good things. The receptionist was very friendly and energetic. We arrived 30 minutes early, just in time to see the group ahead of us. The instructor was really good and got everyone in the group flying. After seeing that we were all looking forward to the hi-fly experience which never happened. It was definitely not the experience I paid for. Had it not been my sons birthday I would have exploded. Wont say that I wont try indoor skydiving again. Never at this company especially the Lonetree location. Two thumbs down. Waist of money. I am waiting on my refund for the ho-fly that never happened for four people!

My wife and I went for the first time a couple weeks ago (10/31)We had a blast. From the moment we walked in, all the staff we came into contact were friendly and very upbeat. From the guys behind the desk signing us in to the folks upstairs. Corey was our instructor that evening. He made the experience even better with his upbeat attitude and real joy for what he was doing. Thanks for the great time!

I think iFLY is an amazing place and experience. That was my first time going to a wind tunnel and the people there are really awesome and kind, they make it easy to understand what to do in the tunnel and its an overall really cool place. I recommend this to everyone, it was so fun.

Wow. Our group had members ages 4-70 and it was a blast for all. Super professional and engaging staff, very clean and organized. Our instructor, Cory, was amazing. This was our first time at ifly and it really was a blast. Lee was our instructor and he was great. Even with my lady being a little nervous he was very calming and made sure we had a super time. He made it an experience that we want to do again! If you do go you gotta ask for him.

Grant was great! We had a great time, and learned a lot. Doing longer flights gives you more time to settle in and get a feel for controlling yourself.

Paid on phone for 2 people. Had medical problem few days before appointment paid for. Inner ear etc but not the point. I called for two weeks every day to have them not charge me. No services were rendered. Ignored! Told it’s done 5 times. Finally called credit card and they agreed with my dispute! DONT pay before unless you want to gamble. Buyer beware

The place was clean, wonderful and all the employees were so sweet, especially my instructor Cory Pope who was so knowledgeable, He made me feel confident, supported, and as if it was like my 4th time flying, not my first. It was such an adrenaline rush, and I can’t wait to go again; with Cory as my instructor.

BEYOND AMAZING PLACE. Took a friend with cerebral palsy, he beyond loved it. The main instructor was wonderful. The other 2 instructors that helped were wonderful. Friend had a blast, and gained couple new customers. Thank you for all you did.

I tried scheduling an appointment for my sister who is out of town to indoor skydive and they couldn’t schedule AND said they wouldn’t take a walk in because their system was down! I don’t think I’ll ever go here because based off of my conversation over the phone, the employees sound outright lazy.

I have visited iFLY 2 times now. Both times were absolutely amazing! You are really learning to fly here and there is nothing like it. Both flying instructors have been so great! They have made both experiences ones that I will never forget. Go try it now!

Why? Because I am a return flyer trying to call to make a reservation (I have paid for my tickets already and cant make a reservation without paying for more) and no one answered the phone in my three attempts at calling.No way to get help outside of calling. 0 stars

Definitely an amazing experience! My girlfriend got tickets for my birthday and totally had a blast! The instructor had us watch a short video, then he explained everything in detail, got us geared up and the fun began. Amazing! My girlfriend bought us the Valentines package and it was so fun and its addicting. Devon was our instructor, he was a great at making you feel like it was easy and made sure that you felt comfortable. He made it a fun experience! Not my first time, but I believe this business had a different name once. This is something you have to try (especially if you have no intention of jumping out of a plane)! The staff members seem genuinely interested in making sure everyone has a fabulous time.

For it being my first time ever experiencing what its like to skydive it by far exceeded all my expectations. The group that we came with was amazing, and the staff helped ensure that everyone was safe and also made sure we got the full experience by not always holding on to you. They let you try to fly on your own which was awesome. Exhilarating to say the least

Great return experience. Brought family and friends visiting from out of state. Helpful and friendly staff. Definitely upgrade to the high fly experience. For just $10 extra they fly you to the top of the tunnel. The younger kids, 5 and 6 year olds, were a bit scared at the beginning, but really enjoyed the experience.

As a skydiver, we train here for the sky. As far as tunnels go, this one is small and older, but the staff is awesome. They do their best to accommodate fun jumper events! The coaches that work here are awesome flyers too!

Brought my nieces and nephews here and they had a blast. From arrival to end the whole staff was very friendly. Their instructor was awesome! very professional young man . He made sure everyone had a good time , even our 2 youngest that he basically carried the whole time lol.Great place to have a good time .Already bought more time to bring them again.Thanks iFly staff and instructors.

My son and I had our first experience with indoor skydiving. We purchased multiple flights, the high flight and virtual reality. I wish I could accurately describe how wonderful the experience was. Its almost as much fun just watching other people during their flights. Everyone looks so happy. Its truly one of the happiest places Ive ever been to. The staff is so helpful, want to help everyone have a great time. They are absolutely wonderful! Thank you for such precious memories with my teenage son!

Went here with the air force academy wings of blue skydiving team to prepare for the jump class. The instructors were incredible and the facility was very nice and clean. I would go here more if I could afford it lol

Really fun, but crazy expensive for incredibly short fly times. Is it worth the money? I’m not sure we go our money’s worth... But it’s well worth doing once for the experience alone.

The first time I went... I was blown away on just how much fun it was. The second time I went was 10 minutes of flight time.... Which was so fun but made me realize how out of shape I am...time to make the most of the gym membership.

I went here with my family. I didnt think it would be that great, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a lot of fun! The instructors were very friendly and very skilled, as well. They really helped you feel comfortable. We had Maggie as our instructor. I also elected for the high flight and it was worth the little extra money.

I had a A great time at ifly skydiving today. My instructor Jordan was the best. I come to Denver once or twice a year, so I’ll most definitely goin visit him again. Sydney Kennett and her mom were there during our class. It was great to see her preform. She was having a photo shoot after class and I Accidentally walked through a picture. Her mom proceeded to yell stop a few times in a rude tone. If this photo shoot was important to the point that you feel the need to yell at a Coustomer then maybe it shouldn’t be held during regular business hours. This is just a suggestion for next time, thank you guys again for the experience!

The instructors were incredible! We were part of the last fly session and they were still very enthusiastic focused and aware of everything they were doing. We were instructed by Maggie and she really made our experience special. It was a very fun.

Such an awesome place to get freefall time! I have spent about an hour in this tunnel will continue to do flights here. The instructors are always welcoming no matter what your skill level is. You will get noticeably better from the first time you enter the tunnel to when you leave, even if you only fly for a few minutes.

A little on the expensive side but it was fun my daughter had a great time!

Its awesome to fly here. Ive flown here twice and Im already pretty much controlling myself, Im almost at level 2 flying experience. The people are amazing and really nice. Cant wait to go again.

I took my daughter and her two friends to iFLY for the first time and they were SO nervous! We were lucky enough to have one of the most amazing instructors that works there named RICH who personally made our experience the most amazing, fun, SAFE and memorable birthdays my daughter has ever had! All the employees were so happy to be there and clearly love their jobs and I am SO thankful we chose this experience at iFLY! Thank you RICH for one of the best Birthdays my daughter has ever had so far, I have a feeling we will be back again for her next Bday if not SOONER!!!

Went as part of a bachelor party and had an amazing experience. Erin was super friendly and welcomed our cadre of goofballs in. When it came time for our flights, one of our group was a little nervous. Claire calmed and encouraged him and got him over his nervousness. Would definitely return. Staff is skilled, patient, welcoming and encouraging.

Definitely fun for the kids, but check in process very long and even if you check in on-line (complete the forms) you will be turned away if you are two minutes late. Very expensive as well.
