Delrays hidden gem! This hotel is located on A1A across the street from the Ocean and steps to world famous Atlantic Avenue! The rooms have been completely updated with a charming modern beach flair with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and living/dining area with a pull out couch. Direct ocean views and an inviting courtyard with outside seating and serene fountains which is perfect for entertaining, grilling, playing board games, or simply relaxing and breathing in the ocean air. The property is huge with a large open lawn space and beautiful private pool. This is our new staycation go to and we will make sure our friends and family stay at this Charming piece of Paradise!

Extremely convenient location, a short skip and a hop to the beach, and various dining options within a 5-10 min walk.Room was sharp, seemed to be recently remodeled and was nice and close break from the heat outside.Check-in and out procedures during COVID were easy enough.

This place is a gem! The resort fee is a little much for not providing services due to COVID, but I will be visiting my son often whom is attending school in the area and hope to be able to stay here everytime. There are a few things that can be improved ie; broken coffee pot, slow draining bathroom sink, towels only being exchanged 2x a week. It’s steps from the beach, the pool is decent, laundry room available for the price it can not be beat!

Right in front of the beach entrance.The staff and service was great.My son hadnt had a chance to eat his breakfast, and it was close to the checkout time.They let me extend an hour, no fees and not questions asked!All that they replied was, With pleasure!.Its really the little things that count, and this was huge in my book.Ill be coming back!

Great location, beautiful property, and very clean. Would stay here again without a second thought. It is 2 stories and there are no elevator so if you have issues with stairs request a bottom floor. Even numbered rooms are upstairs and odd are downstairs.

Loved the property and the location can not be beat. I found the property to be very clean and the accommodations very inviting. Not only will I be back but will strongly encourage others to stay as well.

My husband and I spent a week in July at the resort...I highly recommend making reservations to go there...We had sorta like a apartment with a full kitchen there...They have grills in case you want to bbq..A nice pool (was like a spa) great and helpful staff and we got to know other people who was visiting the same week as we were...its right across Delray Beach and then you have restaurants on the corner of Atlantic Ave or you can stay in and cook in your apt. Im hoping next year we can go back and stay a week! Its our staycation place!

Love this place, and our timeshare was clean. I wish they would change the bed sheets a little bit more frequent other than that everyone on the property Regarding Management was very attentive and polite and helpful except for one employee.

Had a great time back in my hometown. This place was great for staying on the beach and walk ability to a bunch of restaurants. Everything you would need is very close. I highly recommend staying here if you dont care to stay at a high rise resort hotel. Mini kitchen and sofa made it nice to relax a little between my plans.

Accomodating and pleasant staff. Clean rooms and grounds. Our view was amazing from the 2nd floor. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful quiet condos right on A1A. Close to lots of great places from amenities like grocery stores to an overwhelming choice of local restaurants ranging from 5☆ dine-ins to affordable grab-and-goes. Staff were all very kind and helpful.I feel the need to point out that these are like time shares in that there is not daily room service. This suits my tastes, as I preferred the uninterrupted quiet, but it may be something to put into your equation when considering your stay.All in all, I had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Small and qaint right on the beach on the west side of a1a. Establishment was clean and lots of well trimmed tropical plants.

My daughter and her family ( husband and 6 kids) visited us for 2 weeks and they stayed at Dover House.I was pleasantly surprised when at the end of their stay they turned to me and said “ Dad, these were the best vacation ever”The place is very clean, modern and centrallylocated to everything. The main thing......just across from the beach.The staff was very attentive to all needs. Just to name a few: James, Leonard, Alida, Daniel, Joshua and a few more that I don’t remember their names.From my part......THANK YOU ALL for everything.

This resort is nice, there are several must have amenities. The pool is nice. It sits right across the street from the beach. There are about 8 restaurants within walking distance.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Good location, but management is not good. Although you pay a resort fee, they charge an extra $50 to clean your place, take out the trash, etc if youre staying less than a week. And you have to call the front desk if you want fresh towels, otherwise they dont check on you. And the condo is filled with flying ants, which management said they would spray but havent.

Dover House is a beautiful & peaceful place to stay! Rooms were very clean, nicely decorated & truly a perfect area for going to the beach. Service was convenient & always with a smile.

I came here with my sisters for the weekend to celebrate my birthday back in June. The place was immaculate and roomy for 4 people. The best part is you can walk across the street to the beach. They offer beach chairs on a 1st come 1st serve basis but they let you take them to your room for the duration of your stay. The pool is decent. There’s plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again!

My room was great,location wonderful,the only problem was the mattress. I spoke to the desk and was informed that they will be changing all of them.

Just checked in last night. We could hardly find it. No visible sign from ocean ave. But it was dark. Bathroom is too small, no room to put your belongings. Loud hum all night from the humongous vent. The place is clean and very conveniently located. We had a great view of the ocean. Towel exchange was well run. Pool is old. People that worked there were attentive. I would recommend staying here.

What a great location! Walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars as well as being across the street from the beach. The property is very well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. We will definitely be returning whenever we are back in the area.

I loved the convenience of the Dover House location to the beach, shopping, etc. Since my stay was short I did not require the service of the staff but they seemed to be busy taking care of the residents. There was work going on in the fountains and the outside of the facility seemed to be well maintained. The inside of my room (301) was comfortable and clean although a few updates would add to the comfort. The mattress dipped to the center which would be an issue for two occupants although I was comfortable solo. The central air was rather noisy at times but did not interrupt my sleep. I would definitely recommend the Dover House and plan to stay there again in the future.

We have stayed at the Dover House for a week in February for many years. The staff is exceptional and the location, right across from the beach, is convenient for shopping and dining. A great choice.

Staff was top-notch, Heidi, Daniel, and James were a pleasure to deal with!Fantastic location just off the beautiful beach!Nicely appointed room, and in great shape.Only complaint, is that the mattress could use an upgrade: a little noisy, a bit unsupportive. Overall: very happy, we hope to return sometime soon!

Me and my wife are timeshare owners and we stand a lot of resorts and time sharing from the east coast to the west and this is a quiet cozy beautiful Resort maybe 50 feet from the beach and Im not a beach person but this Resort changed my life about the beach me and the wife are planning to make reservations soon as we get back home . ForNext year I really dont want to tell everybody but its too good to keep to myself .

Very nice, unique, updated. The Barking was kind of a problem, it was either on the side of the building, if nothing available there, you had to drive around the block to the back, which meant you had to walk a long way to get to your apartment

Beds and sofa mattress need to be updated. The current sleeping mattresses are very soft and cause back pain which leads to a bad vacation.

Great resort, Beach across the street, many restaurants nearby and great shopping in downtown Delray Beach. Not a tourist trap. Area. Japanese garden nearby (Mrs Trump took wife of Japanese PM there).

The website I used to book this aparthotel said that it was four stars, which cant be true since no one ever came to clean our room or change our towels or bedding. Towel exchange is done twice daily and only by leaving the dirty towels in a special bag for the staff to pick up and replace. Still, it was clean and comfortable, and in a really excellent location: close to everything but far enough away from the hubbub of Delrays commercial center to be quiet.

Bit dated inside but everything worked. Cozy, comfortable, clean and serene.But, no WiFi, so bring a Hot-Spot or stay disconnected.Thanks for everything!See you again soon we hope. :)

Dover House is a pleasant place to stay the only complaint is the unit we were in did not have a full sized refrigerator instead there were two small units one refrigerator and one freezer I do not know if all units are set up this way, or if this was a quick/temporary fix.Most of the guests that were there during our stay were friendly with the exception of a couple of morons which you will find any where, which has nothing to do with the resort or management.

Beautiful location but the rooms can use a better cleaning before guests arrive.

I go every year in mid March, the weather is great and the location to ocean, restaurants is perfect. Picture from balcony.

Room has non HD video for the flat screens and that is my only complaint. Kitchen with utensils, pots and pans makes morning breakfast a breeze. The beach is a 2 minute walk right across the street, and its a nice beach at that. Parking is a breeze, but even when you cant find a spot there is a hidden lot with plenty of spaces. Lots to see even within walking distance, seems like a trendy area. This is not a 5 star resort mind you, its a time share so if that is what you are looking for look elsewhere, but if quiet and convenience is your thing, this is hard to beat. Would definitely stay here again.

Have been an owner for a number of years, location is top draw just across the street to the beach and a block from Atlantic Ave. pool is very comfortable, staff are helpful and friendly. Parking could use a couple more handicap spaces when all units are in use.,

Good site of destination. Beach directly across from resort. Rooms are newly renovated but the bed set up is cheap. Killing my back every night of stay ugggh. And it creeps nd move at lil movement smh.. but the service was good and a very easy way to enjoy the beach. The areas Welcome facility is literally down the street to find activities to do and a sand bar for those who like to get lit. But besides a the poor bed it was a nice spot.

A quaint vacation rental located just across from Delray public beach. One block south of Atlantic Avenue and all of the restaurants and shops of downtown Delray. Location is great, rooms are simple but could use updating.
