Hello friends!As a lifelong visitor (literally) and owner at DSSC, it is with great sadness that I write that the resort ceased operations, permanently, on 4 January 2020. What an amazing run it had... a wonderful place with wonderful people. A true home away from home that will be missed by MANY. Thank you, DSSC, for all of the incredible memories!

Private beach, with 14 units on property. Sits next to a park. Great for quite mornings on the beach.

I am halfway through my stay at this resort, and it is quite possibly the best place I have ever booked. The grounds are kept immaculate, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The living space is not very modern but very comfortable and clean. The one minute walk to the beach isnt the worst thing in the world either. Very close to Atlantic Blvd which is a food lovers dream and the life of Delray Beach at night. There is not enough I can say about this place, my overall experience so far has exceeded my expectations.

We’ve been vacationing here for 4 years and it’s gotten better every year! The bathrooms in our unit were newly renovated and look and work beautifuly! The place was clean and as always the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s also a short walk to almost anywhere, the beach is 20 feet from our doorstep and the pool and hot tub are practically right out of the door! It’s also a short walk to local shopping. They have grills and an outdoor covered dinning area and some outdoor games perfect for a family. Five stars all the way around!!!

Love this place! The landscaping is beautiful, has a pool, and hot tub, and right on the ocean! Rooms are nice with a fully stocked kitchen. The staff is super friendly and attentive if you need anything. Love that it is small and not a high rise building with tons of people. Met wonderful people staying there too! Had an amazing time!

This is a great spot to relax. They are owned by individuals and rented out. Private Beach access and great team that takes care of the property. High key recommend as a get a way spot for a few days.

Everything looks really good, my only complaint is, walls,doors, and cabinets need a good scrubbing and please work on remodeling the bathroom. I still love going there every year. The office staff are top notch.

This is a laid-back little place away from the hustle and bustle that larger rentals pose. Having direct beach access is just short of paradise.

Beach, pool, ocean, hot tub. Love it. The units are like a cottage and not your typical Timeshare. They are 40 years old and the furniture is dated. I will be back.

A very nice timeshare right on the beach. Every is very nice and friendly. The rooms are nice, a few minor things with light bulbs out. Maintenance got right on it and fixed it in a timely manor. All around great place to stay!

Great place, right on the Ocean, has a pool, hot tub and also shuffle board. I like that it isnt a high rise, no elevators, can just walk right out too everything. Also not a large place so there isnt a bunch of people.
