Before I booked my stay at Berkshire through RCI, I read the reviews there and glad I made the decision to book here. Berkshire By The Sea is one of BEST RESORTS I have stayed at and the best one outside of Wyndham Vacation Resorts.When we arrived late at night, the office was closed, so I had to call the emergency number; to which they guided me as to how to get my room key. Once we were in, the room was so neat and organized. We love how to rooms have tile instead of carpet (much more sanitary). We had an awesome view of the pool area and the beach. There are two pools to swim in, one is saltwater based and other is chlorine based. Berkshire has the CLEANEST pools with CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER.I REALLY LOVE how EACH ROOM has their own WiFi network instead of most hotels and resorts that share one router for the whole complex. This resulted in very fast and reliable internet speeds; which was great since my kids prefer YouTube on tablets instead of traditional TV.While the office does have limited hours, they are very friendly and helpful when they are open. In order to use the laundry room, you will need to get quarters (if you have not have any) and also youll have to purchase detergent from the office for each load you wash.Overall, this was one of my favorite vacation spots and I almost cried when we had to leave to go back home. My kids LOVED Berkshire By The Sea and we certainly want to go back!

Walk out the door to one of the most beautiful spots on the beach! There are a couple of different showers to choose from to rinse off when walking back. Then you can go hang out by one of the pools, play in the game room, tennis, putt some golf balls, shuffle board...or just relax!

Been coming here since i was a baby (30 years) and cant say enough good things. Quiet, family friendly, great for relaxing and getting ocean views while still being within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Rooms are always spotless and the staff is great! Plus you cant beat 2 pools and a hot tub with the ocean so close!!

I love this place for small kids and even a weekend away with the hubby. We come down every year and you get the relaxing worry free environment they promise. Quite and not busy at all - rooms are clean and the staff is very accommodating.

We had a wonderful vacation! The Berkshire is very clean, newly renovated, the amenities are terrific. They have everything you need right there on property. Both Pools, hot tub, tennis courts are extremely clean and well maintained. Sarah in the office is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying at the Berkshire by the Sea.

This is resort is located very close to the beach. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. Our one bedroom unit was spacious with plenty of storage. Our balcony overlooked the 2 pools and hot tub. We also had a nice view of the ocean. Grills are on property by the pools. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. This is our second stay. We will return in the future.

Best place to stay. Walk across A1A to the beach. So much to do! I liked the balcony and privacy of our unit.

This timeshare is the best kept secret in South Florida. Outside area has 2 pools and is kept immaculate. 1 and 2 bedroom apts. with full kitchen dining room and living room. Pull out couch, lounge chair. Balcony with small table n chairs. Maid service and staff meet all your needs. Game room with library. Office staff and manager are very professional and are always willing to help everyone. Parking area, tennis courts and more. Very relaxing place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely LOVE this little gem by the sea! My family has stayed here twice, and well keep coming back. The front desk folks are warm and patient, the rooms are clean and fresh, the pools sparkle, and the Atlantic is just across A1A. Oh, and the city is a short walk away. Highly recommended!!!

We love staying here when at Delray Beach, lovely apartments, nice pools, good parking, great position and many apartments have commanding sea views. Short walk to Atlantic Avenue with its multitude of shops, bars and amazing restaurants.

Way overpriced. I can stay on South Beach for the same money....or Del Rey for that matter. Besides it is a total eye soar. Wonder who they bribed to erect that ugly property.

Absolutely love the condo.units, they have all the amenities in unit. Pools are second to none with great access to the ocean. Convenient location to walk to several local locations, get local transportation, or drive to many activities. Added advantage is parking lot accessible from front, as well as rear. Bonus room gives opportunities when weather is doesnt allow fun outside.

My wife and I have been visiting weekly since our honeymoon in 1984. It seems the office management has become so unresponsive to the point of being outright rude now. We arrived 5 days ago on Saturday and the hot tub jets were not working with a sign posted that maintenance was working on repair. Three days later the weather got cold and we really are looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Still Broken :( We went to the office to inquire a to when it would be fixed and the lady didnt even know it was broken ?? The lady called to another lady in the other room and asked if she knew the hot tub was down. The lady snapped back tell them it gets fixed when it gets fixed (insert nasty tone here). Neither one of them could have cared less! NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!

Weve been coming to Berkshire by the Sea since I was a young child around 6. This place has been a summer home for two weeks and is honestly a great place for a time share. The property is well managed. There are two pools and both are well maintained. Excellent place

Smelled musty, stove didnt work,no maintenance on site,,no view,,worst of all manager was rude arrogant and threatened us a long letter will be forthcoming to RCI

Warm comfortable vacation resort. Caring staff gives the feeling of being home. Centrally located across from beach and conveniently close to many gourmet dinning choices.

This is a laid back resort across State Road A1A from the Atlantic Ocean. There is a fresh water pool and a salt water pool, plus an inground hot tub. When you walk several blocks south you are at Delray Beachs Atlantic Avenue. There are numerous restaurants, ice cream-yogurt stores, beach supply stores, and apparel shops. Once you are Berkshire by the Sea you really do not need your car. This place is great for a vacation from across the country or for a few days of Stay-cation.

Great place for short term stays.

I am afraid to tell people how great this place is for fear they will come and fill it up. Four years in a row. Pretty perfect. Essentially a one bedroom apartment, great pool, beach across the street, restaurants down the road, Ben and Jerrys around the corner and a few beach shops. I love it.

A convenient resort close by the ocean. It is a relaxing atmosphere with nice facilities.

I have been staying at Berkshire By The Sea for years! Each visit feels like returning home. The rooms are far from luxurious, but very comfortable and homey. The location cant be beat. Directly across from the beach and a short walk to dozens of dining options. I know Ill be returning for many years to come.

Our grandparents enjoy a timeshare here for two weeks every summer. Every summer some part of the property is updated. The rooms and grounds are always very clean. The location is ideal; just a short walk across A1A to the beach or down A1A to Atlantic Ave and youre in the heart of downtown Delray Beach. We love visiting this place every summer, its a home away from home where we can really get in vacation-mode.

Spent a week on the beach! 2 beautiful pools, grills and units are set up with everything you need.

We loved the location. Close to downtown and a very active night life. Close to the ocean was a plus. Our unit was updated and very comfortable.
