Although it was a chilly Saturday my 4 year old grandson and almost 2 year old granddaughter had a great time here. The sandbox was one of the more popular play areas with plenty of shovels, buckets, molds & other sand toys available. My granddaughter always wants to go on the baby swings. They both like the 4 seater seesaw. Although there isnt a smaller slide for the little children several taller and faster slides are a favorite of my grandson. In the summer there is a water play area. With plenty of benches to relax on the adults really appreciate this park. This is a great neighborhood park that attracts kids and parents from all over the Dayton area. Until next time stay healthy and be kind to each other!

So much to do without having to do too much hiking around with the kids. Killed a few hours there easily.

A fun park for kids. It’s also great for picnics. We’ve come here three times now and people are always friendly. There’s also water features for the kids to play in. Love it!

This park is amazing! Drove by n it caught my eye so we stopped. There is a splash pad, giant sandbox, and some very fun, unique equipment. I had to join in the fun with the kids

Our family loves this park! Theres a splash pad, sand put, climbing areas, plenty of slides and swings, and it has several different sizes of play areas for different age groups. There are also benches everywhere so you can always be close to your little ones. Theres a pavilion and small field which is nice for birthday parties. There is also a basketball court and a tennis court. The only downfall is that you have to park on the street.Highly recommend!

Nice place to take the kids! My only thing was that I wish the sand was a little cleaner and the water shouldnt be on when its below 70°. But will go again

Love this park and the sign says bathrooms are open but they are not therefore.. one star. So frustrating to load four kids back up into the car to go to speeday.

Lots of nice places for little ones to play. There was a huge sand pit and a splash pad. Only thing that there could be more of is slides. It my little guys favorite.

The children enjoyed playing in the splash park and on the equipment. Unfortunately, it started to rain. Well be back though

Great for kids but be aware they DO NOT allow dogs. They didn’t advertise that information on their website and we found out after a 25 minute drive.

This is a really nice park in southeastern Oakwood. It has full basketball and tennis courts, a lot of play sets, and a wide open field for football or soccer. Theres a large sand play area with toys. It even has a large water play area in the warmer months. This is a great family park in a really nice neighborhood.

The splash pad is awesome, even for a 43 yo woman!

The kids love this park. There are play sets for all age ranges, a sand area for the messier kids, and a small splash pad to cool off in. Great little place to hang out!

One of the best parks in Dayton for kids of all ages, they have sand, a water pad, three playgrounds: one of which is very unique and climbable. Bathrooms, water fountains. Bring your kids, especially if they like climbing. There are several shaded benches as well.See photos for small portion of climbing area.

Very nice park with a sand pit, splash pad and lots of slides, swings and climbing bars. A little bit for every ones taste! My lil one had a blast and wants to go again.

Great park. Parking is trffy and it could use a few more shade screens on the benches. One kid climbed on the one next to me and burnt his feet.

Its not a real large park but it is one on the nicest neighborhood parks around. It has a small water area. It has a good selection of equipment. Its well maintained. It has street parking and a picnic shelter.

So much to do here. The sand box is well kept, and I always encounter very wonderful older children who are kind to my 2 year old son and make effort to include him and talk to him. This is our favorite park, and its somehow usually not very crowded.

This park is one of our absolute favorites! It’s huge!! There are several play structures spread out over this place. Good climbing, good slides, swings, splash pad, basketball court, a shelter with picnic tables, plenty of grass to set up a picnic blanket, tennis court and a sand pit complete with community toys and a water station. Seriously, it couldn’t get any better!!

What a great park. Tons of equipment for all ages of kids. A sandbox full of toys, multiple jungle gyms, and lots of shaded benches. The only thing its missing is a parking lot. You have to park on the street.

There is a variety of activities to do for kids of all ages. Friendly and safe neighborhood. Bring a towel for the summer months because your kids will want to run in the water, even when you say no

A large park with plenty of choices between a picnic in the grass, several play grounds, a sand play area and of course, the splash pad! This is a nice, free alternative to going to the (expensive) swimming pool. By the time you get the whole family out, who wants to spend $20 on a few hours at the pool? Go to Orchardly Park!There is a restroom at the park.This park is also smack in the middle of a subdivision, not a busy highway.

Best park Ive ever been to...but it could have a bigger splash pad!

A lot of the fountains on the splash pad werent working and the sandbox is looking s little rough. The park playground is great, though!

Well maintained. Most people put there phones away to pay attention to there children. The type of crowd is of a much higher caliber than other parks with free water play. In the way of activities. You will find a little bit of everything that is in other parks. My boys love the sandpit and water play.

This is a very nice neighborhood park. It has plenty of seating for parents and plenty of play areas for children. The shade was very welcome today.

This park is great. Theres the spray pad, a sand area, swings, basketball court, and so much playground. There was a nice diversity of people as well. I heard at least 3 languages and everyone was getting along nicely. I didnt use the restroom, but they are inside a building so Im pretty sure its a full restroom with flush toilets and sinks. Theres plenty of benches and plenty of kids to play with so put your kid in their bathing suit and plan to spend a couple of hours here.

This park has so much equipment and is very clean. It is in the middle of a neighborhood , but there isnt much parking, so it is better to walk. There is a restroom and a nice covered picnic area. The splash pad and sandbox are clean, and the basketball court are fine too.

Great Oakwood OH park with amazingly diverse play ground equipment, a picnic shelter, tennis court, basketball court, and some water spraying fun for summer. Note: special soft ground under the play ground equipment. Benches for sitting making adult supervision so much easier. Even restrooms. Enjoy!

Great park with different types of climbing equipment. There are play areas for little kids and big. The sand pit is awesome. There is a nice picnic shelter for eating and a restroom. Two thumbs up. We drive quite a ways to play here because its that much fun! There is no parking lot which is a downfall, but street parking is easy to find.

Super fun park! We love everything about this park! So clean, nice and spacious! We particularly love the huge sandbox and spray fountain and how spread out things are but still close with grass and nice mature trees.

The Hilton Inn Gardens was s super nice place to celebrate New Years 2018! My first visit there. I will be there next year.

Love this park! It has a wide variety of things for kids of all ages to do. There is a smaller park for toddlers, a huge sand box, a splash pad in the summer, a larger park for older kids as well as a lot of climbing things. My kids love to climb and they love playing here because of all the climbing activities. There is also basketball courts and tennis courts as well as a shelter you can rent.

A nice quiet park hidden in a community with slow streets. Park has rubberized flooring around play areas to protect the little ones knees. I love how safe this particular park feels. I do wish they would clean up the sand for the children in the sand box playing area. A nice touch though are the Tonka toys and other sand playing equipment they have there.

Great playground with 5 separate areas for littles. 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and a shelter. Restrooms are clean and in good shape.

Was very disappointed this year in parks appearance, sandbox, broken down equipment and cleanliness.

Great Park in terms of playgrounds, water, grass, and basketball court. Its cozy, and well attended by the local Oakwoodians. I whole heartily recommend a trip if you have a child under 12 who wants to go outside for a change.

Good solid park full of good solid activities for children. Be sure to obey all parking signs and ordinances however, several other individuals that did not were ticketed while we were there and one person was towed.

My little one loves the huge sandbox. Lots of different things to do. Small Splash pad, huge sandbox, lots of playground equipment, swings, etc. Theres so much I think it might even be a little overwhelming for my 3 year old. She tends to only play in one area when we visit. Always lots of people there too, if thats something you enjoy.

One of the best parks around. Massive sandbox, Water park, several playgrounds and swings. Lots of kids to play with. Very nice neighborhood and friendly people.

Parking is terrible, the equipment isnt that great, and the open sand area was gross as hell. Id give it 1 star but the kids had fun.

We really like this park. It is clean and well kept. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the small size of the splash area. The huge sand pit is a big draw for us.
