My kids and I love RiverScape. We have been biking, walking, Pokemon hunting, enjoyed days at the water feature that you can run through, been to concerts, festivals. I have walked alone down here and have always felt safe, even on my middle of the night solo strolls.

I love going here for the all the poke stops and gyms its very very good place to go if you play pokemon go

Unseasonably cool August day with a light breeze and blue skies. The fountain in the river is always beautiful with great bits of history throughout including a metal sculpture of Orville and Wilber Wright with their flying machine. Aside from the faint wafting scent of urine, which sadly seems to be a staple in many public metro spaces, its a great place to enjoy a stroll or carry-in meal outdoors. Easy to social distance.

Wonderfully beautiful scenery and a serene setting. Im pretty sure its amazing on a summer night. I went in the afternoon.

Enjoy walking next to the river. Its so peaceful despite what one may think sure to the highway traffic an such. Area was clean for the most part, thats mainly on the people visiting just dropping their trash though.

Its very refreshing to have a walk in the midnights with friends or family beside you at this place.... its my first visit and definitely gonna be back whenever I should get distracted from the busy life.

Good place to go and ease your mind from this crazy world sometimes.

We love Riverscape!!! Ice skating in the winter. Biking and walking the dog at other times. Watch the ducks. Watch the fish. Such a pretty place in the summer! We love it!!!

Celtic festival was really fun. All the vendors were extremely knowledgeable and nice. There was so many good looking woman there, so for all the single guys who didnt go, your an idiot!!

Very nice place to spend free time. When I was there, the river was down and the water was very clean. The pavilion and the kayak features were especially nice.

RiverScape MetroPark is beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed eating brunch on the river during a week day.

It’s cool that the park is in Downtown Dayton. Likely wouldn’t go again unless there was an event there or if I lived there. But still cool to go and see. Kayaking also seemed like a cool option

Love this place! Husband, 1 yr old and myself walked 6 km and enjoyed wildlife, flowers, fountains, murals...just a lovely evening on the river!

Wow! It is exited place. I enjoyed it.

Evenings are perfect to spend here. Watching sunset is peace here. As well you can go for cycling, jogging or even bring ur dog for a walk. They have chairs and table to sit either open space or in pendol.

I love RiverScape for its natural beauty and beautiful flowers. I love the river I go there to get a piece of mind to clear my head.

Love the Riverscape....hate they took out most of the swings though. Maybe due to C-19.

Had a great time with the kids at the splash pad on Memorial Day after walking the river from Helena St.

They have really done a great job in fixing and maintaining this area! So many changes have been made I am excited to see what the future holds.

Love!! We had such a good time at the German fest, and my baby girl adores the splash pad! Everything was very clean, and the festival was incredibly nice. The food was fantastic. We had so much fun!!Felt very safe with security riding around, and I loved the kiddie area with the blow up rides. My daughter enjoyed riding in her stroller and listening to the music.

Tons of trash in the water but still a beautiful place. Wish theyd clean it up vs just adding new things

A place to visit if you are in Dayton, Ohio area.The Five Rivers Fountain of Lights is one of the worlds largest fountain and operates for 10 minutes between 6:55AM - 9:55PM (Weekdays) and 10:55AM - 9:55PM (Weekends).

Great place ! Lots of free events during the summer & now they have kayak rentals !!

Riverscape was a great idea for downtown. When they had the fountains going, the live music, and summer fireworks it was a great way to have an outing with the family. Now its just there. They still host some events and do things like ice skating in the winter but for the most part, the most exciting thing going on there is yoga on Sunday morning.

Great area Downtown Dayton to hang out, watch river surfing. Live entertainment, biking, kayaking.

Love spending family time here playing Pokemon Go and participating in alot of the great family events held there

Nice walk. Path was a little muddy due to High river in last two weeks, but thats acceptable for a river back path.

It’s a decent place. The kids love to ply in the fountains and we drive by to let them play Pokémon Go often. We wouldn’t never allow our kids to get out of the car with their iPads though due to witnessing people walk up to children and trying to take their electronics. It’s a nice place to be as long as you have nothing of value with you. The Celtic festival is probably one of my favorite events during the year!

So pretty with lots of fun people out and about enjoying the city.

One of the beautiful Metropark under Five rivers Metropark. It’s very close to downtown Dayton. Park itself is not big but has long biking trails, beautiful gardens and seating areas. River walk is truly awesome at early evening with great river view.

The main entrance and beautifully gardened walking park and ice arena are an example of the gentrification of downtown Dayton. The river is sculptured for small rapids and kayaking. Great cycling and running paths.

Its a wonderful place for quiet serenity to sit back and catch some scenery and nature that a lot of citizens tend to take for granted and also at either Dusk and/or Dawn it OS very beautiful to watch as the Sun Rises and/or Sets. Plus its also a bit Educational, watching as the City/States Contractors do the Excavating and Constructing of the Newly Renovated Infrastructure I.e., Bridges, Bends in the River, & the New WaterWorks/Sewage Waste Water/Treatment Systems. Men, Women, & Children of all ages can find a way to educate their minds and their souls. Because beauty of the earth in all its Splendor is always Breathtakingly Medicinal in some ways. Especially within art and how the artists, move their brushes over the board or canvas. Hope to see you down there some time. Spring, Summer, & the first bits of Fall is the best to me anyhow. Loved the pineapple quacomole and the Nachos!!

A family friendly place wher the young, and young at heart, can enjoy a round of ice skating, order a giant hot dog and a soda pop at the snack bar, or just take in the view of the Miami river. You can rent skates there, or bring your own. I felt perfectly safe taking my wife and two daughters down to the park to enjoy the afternoon.

We went ice-skating oh, the weather was terrible it was raining but the ice rink arena is covered so we still had a wonderful time. There is a warming Hut which was very nice. This is a very nice venue for ice skating in the winter I highly recommend it!

Havent been home in over 10 yrs. When I graduated HS before leaving for the Army Dayton was just finishing up the initial design. Now its absolutely beautiful. So happy to see how much this city has grown.

Great place to view storms, but the river is really dirty and has a lot of trash. Wouldnt go near the water.

Great getaway in downtown with awesome views of the river from one of the many relaxing bench swings. There are nicely maintained plants and water fountains to mask the sights and sounds of the surrounding city. During summer there is a small splash pad for kids and a lot of patio tables for parents to sit and watch. There are 2 Cafes and public restrooms. This is easily accessible from the multi-use trail system.

Great walking paths and views.

Im so fortunate to work so closely to a beautiful setting where I can walk on my lunches. In addition to the splash pad for kids, concession stands in the summer, kayaking for the adventurous types, there are multiple flower beds that are impeccably maintained. I enjoy spending my lunches here spring through fall.

Beautiful views of the river and downtown Dayton. Love the swings along the bike path. Perfect to chill with your honey after a walk together. The bridges have lights that look amazing at night! The fountains go off every hr and sometimes they are lit up as well! Dayton is not only strong, but beautiful as well.

A great evening benefiting Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Greater Miami Valley. Nice to be a part of it.

One of Daytons best place. Concerts, food, ice skating in the winter, bicycling, kayaking. This is one of the best places in Dayton.

For a downtown park this is very cute and has some great views looking up and down the river. It really brings the riverfront into the downtown area.
