Fun and challenging. Made it out with 16 seconds to spare. Good idea for birthdays, fun activity, team building etc. We enjoyed the experience--not too easy, but not impossible. Enjoyed it!

I was in town for work and on our last night a Team member suggested we try this escape room. I am so glad we did we had a blast and would definitely recommend this for anybody looking for a fun team building/ outing. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name to thank her or give her recognition but the lady who helped us last night was really awesome and help with great energy. It was a good experience. Went as a team building experience and completed activity with 2 minutes left. We did have to work together and it was challenging from clue to clue. I would definitely go back to enjoy the other themes.

Nice , creative and smart! I Love that the manager is nice and they give you unlimited hints. They have a variety of bank like rooms and I tried the superhero! With my brother and cousins , we had a nice Blast!

We tried Can You Rob the Bank for the first time last week. We have done a couple of other escape rooms in the area and drove past this one and finally figured where it was, so we signed up to give it a try.We did the Superhero room and had a lot of fun doing it. We started out getting togged out since they had capes and superhero masks available (of course, I like to be prepared so I’d already brought my own cape from home.)We flailed around in the room for about fifteen minutes, solving a few puzzles, but truly stuck as to how to actually get started, but Stormie, our GM was really good about letting us wander on our own but knew to call us up with a hint when we were clearly completely stuck. About that hint. All three of us wear reading glasses, and we were directed to some fine print on a series of posters we had looked at and then ignored because we didn’t see anything. This is a problem with several different escape room companies I have played at, they don’t cater well to aging eyes *grin*.Once we had that hint, we raced along pretty well. The room’s puzzles seemed just about right. We needed a couple more hints to get us all the way through, but Stormie gave us just enough I fo to keep us going and never spoiled a whole puzzle, just nudged is along perfectly.We felt like we were going over time, but we finished with about 5 minutes to spare!!!We’ll definitely come back and try the other rooms soon! Fun experience for the three of us on my team.

This was so much fun! It was my first time there and Ryan was super helpful and made the escape even more fun. My partner and I really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back to try the other rooms.

Nice, fun experience with my wife and teenagers. Dropping a star because the room wasnt set up correctly, but they made up for it by providing us a card for a complementary game at another time

What an awesome time! My girlfriend and I went on a whim late on a Sunday afternoon and it was a blast. Ryan there is the best host, hands down. He really made the experience and sold the entire Alien Blood Bank heist story for us. Thanks Ryan, we will definitely be back!

This was my first time doing an escape room. It was such a blast! We had a really great time and the staff was awesome. Our host was new (only his second time leading the escape room) but he was very professional, polite and did a great job. I would have never guessed that he was new. I am definitely excited to go back and try a different room!

Staff were very friendly and explained the rules very well. Also extremely attentive and didnt let us get bogged down in circles for more than 5 minutes. We did the superhero bank scenario. Aside from some minor issues with a couple props that were not game breaking our group was able to handle the puzzles without too much difficulty. Indeed, the only times we had major issues with a problem was when we had already discovered the solution and simply input it improperly leading us to believe we had not solved it! Our issue of course! I would recommend this place anytime. Enjoy!

We came with a group of forty and they accommodated us well. We used all three rooms twice and Lacresha, Kullen, and Autumn were quick to reset the rooms and patient with everyone. Lots of fun!

Lacresha was a great host! She gave us great clues when we asked and then let us struggle when we needed! Great experience.

We escaped with only 1 second remaining! Really well paced, felt like just enough difficulty. I certainly wouldnt have been able to solve alone, but hardly ever felt like I was completely without a path forward. Autumn was our game master and she was new but she did fantastic. This was my first escape room but the leader of the group had been to several and he liked it. I love that they have practice locks before you enter, some of the locks were totally new to me I definitely wouldnt have assumed correctly how to open them.

The superhero room super fun! It was the perfect level of difficulty and Ryan was always very helpful. I would highly recommend this escape room!

Visiting from out of town, something we could do for fun. Staff (Uly) was very nice. Enjoyed the experience. Thought it was a bit pricey than our hometown, but fun nonetheless.

It was good for a hunt for codes and enter them type of escape room. Nothing really clever. The owner was very sweet. Clues were a little clunky and props were pretty worn. There is however, a lot to do and would keep 5-6 busy. Very linear room so it would not accommodate groups of 8-10 very well.

Never done an escape room and it was a fantastic experience at Can You Rob The Bank. I did the wild west room with my group and it was so much fun. The clues were challenging without being impossible and we got western hats to wear to get us in character. The staff was informative and helpful. Really enjoyed it and would love to go back.

Ryan was a great host, our group had a lot of fun going through the bank robber escape room. We’ll be back to try one of the other two.

Great staff, tricky puzzles, and a fun time! The staff was very helpful to our large group, and made sure we all had a great time. We got to learn a little about the escape room crafting process, do some team-building and solve puzzles, and spend an enjoyable hour. Recommended!

Late night shenanigans! Met up with friends and new people as well. Great ice breaker! I been to multiple ones so had to direct people to other puzzles. No big deal. We robbed the bank with 11 minutes left (I think.) It was so awesome. Puzzles were challenging but was able to use 2 clues which helped push our group forward.The only thing was it was so HOT! I was sweating but luckily too busy to complain. Our hostess was so sweet and explained everything easily.Dont forget to check in with Yelp to get a 10% discount.

We had so much fun! It was pretty hilarious that we thought we would be amazing but it was actually a challenge. Bella was awesome and patient with us, we were alllll over the place after a long work week but it didn’t throw her off.

This was my very first time to try one of these Room Escape places and this was a real fun experience with my friends! You have one hour to rob the bank and get the key to escape. Therefore we scrambled around the room and ran into each other to figure stuff out, like chickens with our heads cut off Definitely makes me wanna go back and also makes me wanna check out other Room Escape places around DFW. A lot of padlocks involved with alot of combination locks and alot of keys. You really have to think and look around for clues.

We booked a small corporate event here. The employees were so nice, informative, and made booking very easy. I was honestly a tad concerned that it was going to be too easy or cheesy, but boy was I wrong. Haha!! We came close but didnt make it out in time- and it wasnt cheesy at all. We all had a wonderful time and it was a great brain exercise as well as a great team builder. I highly recommend this event- and location. My coworkers were all talking about doing it again and also going with their friends and spouses. We did the gangster room.

Great place for my brothers 30th birthday! The whole family was able to be a part of the adventure, which was important to us when looking for an event. Woody, our staff member, was great as well. Very helpful and with a sense of humor as we clambered around the puzzles :]Would definitely recommend!

We did the alien blood bank room. Every single puzzle was a lock and none of the story line seemed connected. It was my first time doing a puzzle room and I cant say this one was very interesting.

Wild West room was quite challenging but so much fun. Bella did an awesome job helping us out!

Ive never been to an escape room before, but the room was a very challenging puzzle without being impossible. It was an amazing experience that I would recommend to go time and time again (as they have many completely different rooms). And a huge thanks to Alex and John, our game masters! They were great!

My daughter asked me what I want to do for my Birthday. My response was I would like to rob a bank. So this was her idea to fill my B day wish. We loved it, the people working where so friendly and nice. The bank set up was perfect. It was some what a challenge but so much fun. It was a fun family strength builder. We Did It with seconds to spare! Best Birthday Gift ever. Super Fun!

Had a great visit, good location, parking was no hassle in the garage. Fun themed rooms and costumes too! Puzzles made sense and there were some nice surprises. Great staff as well.

This was so much fun! We did the Wild West room for my birthday and it was so much fun. Starts out kind of hard but once you get your brain in gear the ball starts rolling. Almost made it! Keisha a staff memeber was more than awesome and helpful! We had a great time!

Went with a group of 7, and had a blast! Before we started our room, Ulyssa exaplined everything, and she was really helpful with all the questions we had! Highly recommend this spot for a fun activity!

This was a great way to celebrate my sons birthday (turned 23), as well as work together to escape the bank with the gold! I would recommend this for everybody. The puzzles were absolutely challenging and we just barely got out with less than 5 seconds to spare! We were on pins and needles the last 10 minutes. Thanks Michael... Great fun!

Wow I was just there. The staff lashed out at someone in my group. Actually its the person who recommended this place! It ruined the night. I definitely wont be coming back.She wasnt the only one on the phone. In fact most people were. The staff just had a target on her back for some reason.

I did the 1930s gangster room. It is really like you are robbing a bank! The theme of the room was prevalent throughout, both in regard to the decor and puzzles. It felt immersive, like you were walking back in time. The staff is both helpful and friendly and the owner (Jill) offered some advice as to which room we should do based on our group size and past escape room experience. I would love to come back and try the Wild West Robbery room next time!

Went to celebrate with my friends for her birthday and we had a blast. You really have to work together as a team to figure out the puzzles. The staff is phenomenal! I will definitely return on the future! We Robbed the Bank!!

We did the Wild West Robbery! It was a lot of fun, there were only three of us and it was pretty difficult and challenging. The staff was great, Michael in particular did a great job setting us up and helping us out when we needed a clue! Cant wait to return for the other options

This is my second time visiting this establishment. Personally, I like the escape room in Addison better because it seems to be cleaner.The person assigned to us was a brunette in her late teens, early twenties. We were never told we couldn’t have our phone during the lock explanation. As I mentioned, I have done a quite few of these. So I was on my phone texting. Others in my group were on their phones as well. The girl proceeded to scream at me. Telling me to put my phone away and to make “eye contact” with her when she speaks. I was mortified. It ruined the whole night for everyone in my group and the group behind us. The group behind us, who watched the whole event unfold came up to me and say how shocked and appalled they were at this girl’s comment towards me! How unprofessional is it that the group behind us was appalled as well by the staff’s reaction.I’m an attorney who graduated from SMU Law. By no mean was I loud or obnoxious. Honestly, I can’t believe anyone in customer service can be like this ...Reply: Im not sure how to reply to this thing. The problem is that the staff DID know that I have done this before. Her comment was, I understand that you have done this before, but you need to look at me when Im talking to you (and I paraphrasing because I dont have a recording of the event). I hate to bring up the race card, but when I was last there with a non-Asian group, I was not treated this way... Could it be possible that this young lady is a racist? If that is the case, maybe this bigoted young lady should not represent your company.However, I appreciate you reaching out to me. Thank you for that. Hopefully if I ever returned the young lady will have learned some manners.
