Beautiful house of worship. Very condusive to reflecting on life eternal. Priests and permanent deacons offer motivational, inspiring talks (homilies) based on readings from the Holy Bible (BIBLE: Best Information Before Leaving Earth.) Outside participating in daily (except Tuesdays) Holy Mass, the community offers opportunities for Bible study, parish outreach to the hospitalized and homebound. Material care for the needy. And, the Church itself is open if one desires to enter into a sacred space for quiet prayer. Its a lovely retreat from the normal busyness and noise affecting our lives. PS: Wanted to add that the photo and the drawing is that of the wood frame Church of Immaculate Conception. I took these photos during my 2011 visit (before moving to AZ 2013.) Currently, that building has been partially dismantled and is now the property of Valley View (I think thats the name) Hospice. It is my prayerful hope that someone will take the initiative to convert this former house of prayer and worship into a Chapel for hospice residentss visitors. Tues 3 Dec 2019 Visit for Holy Mass. Beautiful church in a small town. People were dry friendly to someone they knew was only going to be there one time. Ill fool them and go back next time staying in the area

Its a beautiful church and has the best priest Father David and Father Jose. If you want a beautiful mass with a wonderful congregation this is where you want to be.

Its a beautiful and huge church. You can even see the church when youre driving on the highway. From far it looks like a mission. Its perfectly well taken care of, very clean and its beautifully decorated according for this time of the year with a big and beautiful nativity of Jesus Christ. From its location, you can have an awesome view of the town as well as the beautiful mountains covered with snow. Im glad we stopped to see it.

Welcoming and traditional community. The people were happy to engage in conversation and to provide directions. The grounds and architecture are simple yet elegant. Theres plenty of parking. Members of the parish were generous in helping me as a traveler. I wish I had time to stay and worship with them.

Nice but sterile not a warm feeling

We attended the Valley Voices concert on Sunday afternoon. We knew several members of the group and enjoyed their annual concert. The photo does not show how large the church actually is.

Wonderful! Acoustic sound was great. (Acoustic panels beautifully incorporated) There are even head sets available.Father David; the Pastor is a spiritual Father to all.Churchs stained glass windows are from early 1900s and worthwhile to see as an experience in this art. What a Blessing Immaculate Conception Cottonwood is to the community and visitors!

Staying at a RV resort in Camp Verde for a few months, attended the little church here and it is nice, but drove into Cottonwood to visit Immaculate Conception and fell in love with Father David and the church! He is so warm, caring and has a fantastic voice :) The acoustics are excellent along with the music and choir. I am in my sixties and for the 1st time in my life I truly enjoy going to mass! Been to so many catholic churches since my childhood that you cant hear or understand the priest, and have a cold feeling about them. So we drive 40 miles every week to attend mass at Immaculate Conception! I hope the parishioners of this church know how lucky they are to have such a great priest and parish!! I will be sad when we leave, but will never forget this amazing church...:)))
