Our server was amazing! We tasted the combo. My fav was the last which was a red wine. If youve ever wanted to taste the differences its a great place to try.

Had a scheduled wine taking with friends (total of 6 people). Had to wait 2 hours to get a table, we understood and happy to wonder around beautiful Cottonwood. They called when our table was ready for us and we were escorted to the patio. Our table was soaking wet, and half the chairs were as well from the misters. We asked if they could be turned down and were rudely told it’s either this or none and everyone else out here would not be happy if they were turned off. We asked if we could be moved because we were getting wet and they said no. By the time we finished 4 out of the 6 were soaked-not just a bit wet but dripping soaked and freezing cold. There was no reason for the misters to be on like they were. It made the whole tasting miserable. We also got 1 cheese plate that was to be enough for 6 people (we actually paid for 8 but 1 couple couldn’t make it). 1 plate turned out to be good as it went quickly so as to not get soggy from all the water. The service was slow and not friendly at all.Overall it was extremely wet and miserable instead of a pleasant time Not sure we will be going back.

We walked in on Friday and were seated immediately. The staff were so cute - knowledgeable, courteous and the wine was tasty. Decently priced. The spinach dip was very good as well.

The Arizona stronghold has always been my wife Jackie McGarr and Dennis McGarr favorite place to go to laugh have a good time visit with my sister Jennifer and Humberto from new York we love and appreciate the way you always treat us like family. The first Christmas without my son we came and had a blast with you. This is the first time I have been back since my wife passed last week. Dog friendly tasting room in Cottonwood. Was familiar with some of their offerings but able to taste many that are only available in the tasting room as well. Staff was super friendly, large outside patio (too humid and hot when we were here and they allowed our pup inside to relax which was amazing !) and decent size food menu. This was a great end to our quick stay in town. Excited to bring a few bottles home!

Great flights of wine! We used a Groupon for flights and a cheese board which was perfect for us. The servers were excellent and the wine was great. Comfortable outdoor seating and right in the center of town.

We gruopon this place every year for our trip to Sedona. We are not wine experts, but we love what they have. Usually end up taking a bottle or two home. The cheese board is a nice extra. Worth the time to sip a glass or two on the outside patio.

Awesome wine! Our group did several tastings at all the different tasting rooms on Main Street while in Cottonwood. This was the only place I personally purchased wine to take home. I also really liked their prices, very reasonable.

I am not a knowledgeable person when it comes to wine, so I would not be able to recommend what to try or how good their selection is. However I can say our server Alec was very kind and extremely helpful, without a doubt made my experience a good one.

Came in this last Sunday with a Groupon and had an amazing experience. The staff is great. Scott is fantastic! He took great care of us and is super knowledgeable about their wines. We upgraded to the bistro plate and it was well worth the $5. Great selection of cheeses, meats, dried fruits and nuts. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

We went post Covid-19 quarantine and were completely impressed with the wine, food, and service! We worked with Andrew throughout our experience. Andrew was amazing! You can tell he really enjoys what he does and that speaks volumes to us a customers! Thank you for sharing your secret of the lemon pepper sauce!

We had a great experience trying the light flight, a cheese board, and some amazing skewers- the bison and duck were fabulous and delicious. Our server was very helpful and had great knowledge of the wines, even making some additional recommendations.

Took a weekend trip. Was told to try them out. So great. Steven showed some great wines to try. I would totally try Bonita springs vineyard Malvasia Bianca bf. please try Wines in the white and red flights are amazing. Always get a bottle to take home . A must try if you are in cottonwood

Absolutely loved this place. This is a spot youve got to stop in and see for yourself. Its easy to pass up if youre driving but go ahead and make that u turn, you wont regret it. The place is super cozy, comfortable, and eclectic. The staff was hands down one of the best from knowledge of wines, foods, customer service. The different cheeses and shrimp skewers were super delicious and paired perfectly with the wine. Their local wines were fantastic. We sat both inside and outside on the patio and again the staff wasextremely accommodating. All around absolutely outstanding experience that was very enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

Arizona Stronghold is one of many finds that you can find strolling down the main drag of Cottonwood. While here, we had the white flight, and the mixed flight as well as the delicious cheese plate. We had two servers, one knew his wines well, the other was sufficient. It was Friday, and they had a guitarist who played perfectly for the venue. The cheese played nicely with our wine, and we enjoyed our stop here. There are so many great little gems in Cottonwood, this isnt the best, but its definitely worth a glass, or two.

I bought a groupon since my friends and I were going to cottonwood for my birthday in Oct. When we walked in, we were greeted and given the option to stand at the bar or sit on the patio for our wine tasting and that someone would be out to help us. We choose the patio in the back which was so cute and inviting. The lady who helped us was personable and helpful pouring us our tasting. I liked that they have flights already created vs trying to figure out which 5 pours to choose. She even gave us an extra tasting! I would definitely be back to try the other tastings.

We had such a fantastic time here! The staff/manager were so welcoming and friendly. They were very knowledgeable on the different wines we tried and were so helpful that we ended up leaving with quite a few bottles! Such a great experience!

Very Enjoyable. Reasonable prices and everyone there was very cordial and knowledgeable about the wines they served. We had two flights on the back patio with our little ChiChi and ended up purchasing 4 bottles to take home.

Zucchini & hummus tapas, as well as shrimp and steak kabobs were all absolutely excellent. We also really enjoyed the combo, and Red A and Red Z wine flights. Ambiance was great, and server (Jen) REALLY knew her stuff.

This is our favorite winery in Cottonwood. There are always Groupons available. The wines are high quality and vary greatly in flavor. For Arizona wines, we are always so surprised that the wines are as rich as they are. The snacks they offer with their wine flights are great. Well worth the stop!

My husband and I were in Sedona for the weekend and wanted a new winery to visit. We looked on Google and this winery popped up with good reviews and it was only 15 minutes away from the resort we were staying at so we decided to head there after dinner. Its a very relaxed winery. They had live music (good music too) and Holly was quick to greet us, get our tasting going, and was very friendly. The wine tasting list was decent. We ended up doing 3 tasting flights, and bought a bottle of our favorite one to take home. The wine tastings are very reasonably priced and they send you home with the tasting glasses at no additional charge. We loved it and would definitely recommend!

This is an awesome spot to hit if you are out and about looking for wine. The staff are very nice and the wine is great! A must if you are in the area!

Great wine and the tasting was surprisingly cheap for what you got to sample. Penny was knowledgeable and gave my fiance and I great recommendations for wine and other things to do for the rest of our stay in the area.
