In the middle of the movie, I needed to get a blanket for my child from my car in the parking lot due to freezing temperatures inside the theater. I left my phone, purse and family (grandmother, 9 and 6 year old) inside viewing the movie, for what I thought would be a quick moment. After exiting the theater, I tried to re- enter no more than 30 seconds later to discover all the front doors locked. There was one employee at the concession stand who I tried to politely get the attention of, who was obviously purposely avoiding me. I continued to knock louder through making eye contact with 2 additional employees, who also purposely ignored me. Finally, after knocking for actual minutes, a manager appeared at the door and rudely let me know that they lock the doors after the start of the last movie and it was policy not to open the door who people outside. I can mostly understand the security reasoning for such a policy, but I should not have had 3 employees ignore me before they called in a manager to assist me. What if I needed help or 911? Given my scared mannerisms and incessant knocking it should have been really clear that I needed help. My children were inside and scared and confused as to where I was. NO WHERE ON THE DOOR WAS THERE A SIGN STATING NO RE-ENTRY. I missed 15 minutes of the movie I payed for. I have never in my life felt the need to raise my voice to a service employee or contact corporate for such awful and literally dumbfounding customer service.

This movie theater is okay. I have entered with my handgun openly before and had no issues but the last time I went I got told there was a no firearm policy and I needed to place my gun in my car which I have no problem with. The problem I have is that it is only posted on one window in small writing. I also dont want to be in a place where an establishment keeps good people with guns out of their faculties. It is what it is just be aware that this place is no gun friendly.

Its an average movie theater. Several screens and showtimes. It has been well maintained, the floors are not sticky and are clear of trash, but it is still showing its age. Had a great time watching a matinee with the kids but a little shocked at the vacuous hole this created in my wallet.

I went to see a movie here recently and was disappointed as the sound cut out 20 minutes into the movie and the staff could not fix the problem. No compensation was offered to Regal Unlimited subscribers who wasted their time going to see the movie there that afternoon. I will not return and will give my business to Regal Hooksett and Cinemagic from now on.Also: the seats at Regal Concord are lumpy and do not recline. The auditoriums are sometimes not well cleaned and some of the staff is rude.

It was ok. The seating is uncomfortable. The prices of snacks and drinks are over the top. To expensive for me. Can get most of the candy at Walmart for under a dollar. The popcorn is so over priced. The soda prices are nuts. I dont need to eat to watch a movie. The ticket prices for the seating style is expensive. With the fact that movies are moving to DVD and online showing so fast now you would think that these movie houses would think thier pricing over again. But hey I can choose not to go out to movies and stay at home in my comfy clothes and relax pause the show and get my own inexpensive snacks with a much better variety. Big screen is good but big screen at home is better. Also I dont have to sit thru 45mins of ads at home like at the movies as I can fast forward them. If I do I get paid too.

1. The soda was extremely watered down and no matter what we got it tasted more like sprite then Coke or Rootbeer.2. AFTER purchasing tickets and getting food for IT 2 we were heckled by employees about one of us not having an ID.3. There was a shooting RIGHT next door, and we were at NO POINT made aware. There definitely should’ve been a protocol for that and when we came out of the movie there were NO employees in sight.4. There was a weird bug in the women’s bathroom with like 40 legs.So we will definitely never be going back, because of all of those reasons, plus the chairs were HIGHLY uncomfortable and the theater was chilly.

I really don’t enjoy piling on to bad reviews, especially because I’m new to the area and this location is super close to our house, but this place is really just a clunker. Just go a little bit farther to Manch or Hooksett. The theatre itself was dirty and poorly designed with bad seating. At risk of sounding like an old man, the prices were also just absolutely absurd, especially for a chain theatre. Obviously the price wouldn’t have bothered me if it was a pleasant experience but it just wasn’t great, man. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the staff was incredibly kind and were quick and attentive to the customers in line. Not their fault for the way things are maintained, I’m sure.

Im not really one to publicly complain butI am utterly appalled at @regalmovies in Concord and well never be going there again. My wife and I decided to go out for a date night to see @zombieland with only Harvey in tow. We figured since its Monday and themovie has been out about a month it wouldnt be an issue but that wasnt the case.We were refused entry into an (empty) theater because there are no children under 6 years old allowed into R rated films.Apparently this includes 2 week old newborns.Weve gone out to Regal to see a movie a few weeks after having both Evie and Dahlia and have never been turned away before. Itwas pretty upsetting since my wife had been feeling cooped up and was looking forward to getting out and feeling human for a couplehours.Luckily, we were able to salvage our evening after calling @cinemagicmovies in Hooksett and finding they were more than happy toaccommodate us, baby and all.The employees were verywelcoming and, once again, we had an empty theater all to ourselves.Thank you, Cinemagic for being comfortable, family friendly and understanding that new moms need nights out too!

My guess is that theyre on their way out. No movies listed on the marquee, just info that makes it appear to be for sale. Ticket area is now closed, so you get to wait in the slow concession line to get tickets. I thought to buy my tickets online. We stopped at concession. Her scanner wouldnt accept my rewards until she logged out and went back in. So now our tickets say present to ticket taker. Oh, she doesnt even have a scanner! Now we get to go back to the concession line, wait, wait, wait, then they have to log out and go back in again! Good thing we went in early, because this exercise in futility took 45 minutes! We walked in as the movie had started. I think its going to be worth the time it takes to drive to Cinemagic in Hooksett!

Update!Recently they removed their showings on their sign out front where you usually see the movies showing. They replaced it telling people to go to their website to view the showings. This change is pretty dangerous. An example of this is if someone is driving they are going to have to look up on their phone while driving to see the movies. Its also in a spot where service can be a bit touchy. Having the big text in the board makes it a lot easier and safer for those on the road wanting to know what movie is playing.-------Original:Really nice place, went to see a movie with the boys, the service was excellent. No one know what they wanted besides me because they cant prepare themselves. Very epic 10/10

And no one there seemed to know what to do. It turned out I should have clicked on the show TIME to continue the ticket purchase process and thennn apply the code. This theater manages to get the latest films pretty quickly, but the Concord Regal is a smaller movie theater that is lacking all modern upgrades. They need bigger seats that recline. The seats that I have experienced are not very comfortable. The whole atmosphere seems outdated, bare bones, and lacking. The tickets are even more expensive than other nearby theaters that have upgraded features. The snacks are overpriced and the atmosphere and service do not warrant the amount they charge for a movie ticket. The only positive I can state is that the parking lot seems large enough and adequately lit.
