Highly recommend the movie Freaky! We just came back from AMC and the seats are space out for social distancing and most of the extra stuff at the food bar is behind the counter (so) you have to ask for napkins, etc. I loved it!

There is a wide variety of both new and old movies. They also show football games. The seats are large automatic recliners and there is lots of space. The food looks good but is incredibly expensive. There is also a bar that serves beer, wine, and cocktails. The A list membership plan is a great way to see many movies. The online reservation system is also very convenient.

The entrance and snack area had kind of a weird layout and the seats didnt have heat like they do at North lake but they do recline and theyre cushier. Overall it was a great experience and if youre buying tickets online you dont have to bother going to customer service unless you want the tickets printed out. Plus there was an awesome Mural right outside the theatre that was great for photos.

Cleanest theater i have seen on awhile. Big red leather recliner seats appeared new not worn out. Didnt see old food or trash in theater nice luxury experience for half the price. Northeast native so was pleasantly surprised. Will visit again when in Charlotte area

Normally a great experience but after using my app to buy tickets someone was able to purchase my same exact seats at the front desk. So we had to move seats during movie and go back to the front to figure out mix up. Whats the use of paying for premium service to still have this issue?? Only missed 20 minutes of movie and no offer of refund by manager.

Attended AARP movies for Grownups and the volunteers are always very pleasant and helpful! This movie was almost full whereas others have been sorta empty. It was a great film and Ill go back. Theater is always well maintained

An absolutely fantastic movie experience. The standard theater is great. The Dolby Atmos theater is out of this world. The ability to pick seats is a mixed blessing; you can show up early and still not get the seat you want. Best theater Ive been to hands down.

My wife and I frequent this theater as A-List members. We really enjoy the theater and feel like it is the highest quality theater around. The recliners are super comfortable, the Dolby experience is always incredible, and the staff is friendly.Of course, the concession prices are ridiculous, but thats just how AMC is. We go for the movies and very rarely get concessions.

Always have a good time here! The seating is comfortable, snack counter can be busy some times but what movie theater isnt? This is one of my favorite move theaters to come to. Will continue to come here until we move in a year.

Black Christmas was a good movie. I screamed a few times. Location of theater is good. Inside clean and food good (chicken tenders were hot and right).

I go to the movies at least once a week. I have the membership. 3 movies a week for 20 dollars a month. Cant beat that. Its clean, the seats recline with comfort and they have a great selections of snacks. The staff are always nice and greet you with a smile.

Now with bar and upgrades food. The IMAX is huge, I saw Apollo 11 there and it was life changing. The reclining chairs are the best. So relaxing I sleep through most movies. I love this theater and you will good. The endless butter station flows freely. Yum.

Loved the Dolby theater. Great sound and picture, the seats were very comfortable. Theater was clean. Got popcorn and a drink. Love the fact the drinks are self service and the have the Coke freestyle machine. Bathroom were clean. Good theater for the entire experience.

While it lacks the personal touch of a community movie theater, there are many pluses. Excellent seating, safe environment and easy access back to your vehicle make this a quality option if your in the area. You dont have to go thru the mall to get in n out

Comfy recliners, convenient setting inside the Concord Mills Mall, ample parking availability, drinks and popcorn as usual. Their movie nachos and pizza options are among my favorites. They have the largest drink selection I have come across in town.

Popcorn, beer, movie - great seats and plenty of parking. Only downside is a bit expensive - but that seems to be the norm everywhere now for a movie. I suppose I should just quarantine

Concord 24 AMC theaters has different options for movie-viewing to choose from. Highly recommend the Dolby Sound as you feel the music and sound effects, not just hear them. The tickets are slightly more, but worth the experience. Stadium recliner seating in all theaters. As usual, concessions cost more than they should, but there is a variety of food options if you are splurging.

Always remember, with A-list/Premium membership through AMC, $5 Tuesday nights are packed! This past Tuesday, many young/teenage couples and squads were deep in the place.Seating is very comfortable and can fully recline. Great picture, even on a regular screen.

With 24 screens, the movie you want to watch is always there. Comfortable seats and great sound system.A suggestion for the management though. Please post where the rear exits open so that patrons dont end up using the wrong exit.

Always love the movies, and this location has everything I could ask for. A little pricey, but thats to be expected seeing where it is. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the perfect movie-going experience!

Great theatre with comfortable seating. Food products are fresh and they have the self serve Coke machine with a variety of coke products.

Improved seats that recline and can be picked before you get to the theater. Food selection has improved and new Dolby imax real 3D theaters. They sometimes have movies specials like $5 Tuesdays and summer deals. A bar is also open sometimes for those over 21. Like the mall, can get crowded on weekends and premier nights, but not a bad experience in the 20+ times I’ve been here.

Great place. Gets hectic with large crowds at times. But that Dolby digital is awesome. If you have a choice its better than imax. Just do it.

AMC 24 at Concord Mills never disappoints! Their seats are super comfortable recliners, their food is great, their service is amazing, and they have the latest movies. They even have IMAX and 3D. They are expensive, but you can join the rewards club and buy/use gift cards.

I love their seats i can almost lie down watching the movie, and theres enough space between seats so i dont have to worry about kicking other peoples seat or the other way around. And of course its inside the mall so its convenient for shopping or eating at the food court while waiting for the movie or after the movie.

I have to say this cinema was great. The seats are large comfy and the recline feature is an added bonus. Clean isles and rows. Enough room between both in case you need to excuse yourself to pass by. As far as the digital options, for the movie we chose (Toy Story 4)I should have chosen the standard theatre. Dolby Sound was a bit much for me. My kids kept covering their ears during the action scenes. The kids meals i must say are pretty affordable and the portions are fair. I would definitely come here again and join the cinema club for discounts. Tickets are affordable enough to take the whole family.

Concessions too expensive. We went because we had gift certificates to use. I would rather travel to Southeast Cinemas, see same movies with a reasonably priced popcorn in my lap:)

Wonderful movie experience. We watched a movie in 3D and loved it. The seats are super comfy and spacious. Despite the concession lines being long, the employees worked quickly and efficiently and got us through the line in very little time. The concessions were great. The whole place was clean, including the restrooms. My only issue is the price of the concessions. It always costs our family of 4 about $75 to see one movie and have snacks and drinks. We would definitely go to the movies more often if it were more affordable.

Its a really nice theater. I wish they made it easier to get to from the parking lot. If youre coming in from the outside in the parking lot, you have to walk through some nondescript doors. It felt like I was going somewhere I wasnt supposed to be! We saw a Fathom Events show, Elvis Presley Comeback Special!

I’m a stubs member and have been one for years. The recliner wasn’t working on my wife and I seat, I went to the customer service person, they pretty much told me SOL, all I can offer you is popcorn (which I had already bought). I am sitting here watching an almost 2 hour long movie with the seat halfway reclined (yes, very uncomfortable). I’m disappointed that they could not do much more for a Loyal stubs member for years.

My husband and I went to the online site to purchase tickets for a movie and reserve seats. The online AP was not functioning to allow us to purchase tickets, nor could we upgrade to premier on this site. We spoke to a female online who informed us the online AP site was down and we would need to go to a third party site to purchase tickets, which is even MORE than using online AP for AMC. So we CALLED the AMC theater and spoke with a male associate, who informed us we could not purchase tickets over the phone nor can we reserve a seat for the movie we want to see. This is apparently against their policy to sell tickets over the phone. The payment processing fee on the web was not processing our payment. So we cannot reserve a seat apparently or have a functioning web site that can process our credit cards to either purchase tickets or upgrade to a better card. AMC theatre corporation NEEDS to address this problem and make provisions for exceptions when their web site is down or not functioning properly. It is BAD customer service to continue this policy and expect to have customers return to their theaters more than once......IF they go the first time. It makes me want to find another theater company to patronize. It leaves a VERY SOUR TASTE in one’s mouth.

The recliners dont work here. I was moved to 2 places and both had the same issue. Guess giving a pop corn does not rectify the problem.

The movie and seating was great. But the place is filthy! The bathrooms were filthy, the trash cans everywhere were overflowing onto the floor. You need to get a manager too run that place. Its to nice to look like that!!

Best AMC in the TRI area! Multiple options ranging from standard to 3D and Imax in 3D. One of the few AMC in the area that allows self-service ticketing system terminals as well. The price on food and drinks are typical $$ for a movie theater. This place is kept very well clean for seats, floor and bathroom.

The bathrooms were nasty. The concession stand line was to long. Come on now you know you need more than 4 people. 2 lines working at the movies on a Saturday night. And the teenagers. My husband and I had to sit beside some loud talkative teenagers who was all about there phones. Thats RUDE. And omg the price of a medium popcorn and medium drink. Why? Why?

Ive been to this location a few times. Friday nights staff are laid back & quiet.The movie theater is ALWAYS spotless. I like the red LED lights in the hallways walking down the aisle leading into the movie area. Easy on the eyes when you come in from the lobby.

We visit this location numerous of times when we films come out however we seemed to have a customer service issue when we proceeded to concessions. Cashier Brian who worked the register for the movie concessions could use more training on customer service skills. Repeating “is that all” before we could even finish our order is not how you treat paying customers. Allow us to observe the menu, listen closely to what is being ordered , and then proceed to assist and take payment. After asking for a fresh prepared bucket of the gourmet popcorn, the associate proceeded to give us a stale batch after we asked if they prepared fresh. Another associate by the name of Robbie assisted to let us know that the gourmet popcorn was pre-made and that it could not be given “fresh” out of the batch. On top of all of that, the appearance of concessions is dirty and doesn’t seem to have been wiped down nor restocked all day. We proceeded to ask for a refund and Manager Rampage (could have the spelling wrong ) who then assisted us and made the situation better. She proceeded to tell me that the warmer that keeps the popcorn fresh and warm after it has been prepared is what caused the staleness of the batch. We appreciate her willingness to make things right.

The recliners were the best. Personally, Im not a fan of movie recliners but AMC Concord Mills have more position options. Id drive the extra mile for those.

The quality of CM 24 has dipped significantly from years ago. A clean seat is a 50/50 gamble, and I mean liquids and/or solids. Literally just came from seeing Good Boys and the people next to me had to leave to go get napkins to wipe one of their seats. Thats unacceptable if theaters are being cleaned after each showing. Perhaps quality review is necessary. Who wants to deal with that when they go to a movie? Totally takes away from the experience! Imax seats need an update as theyre the only seats not plush like all the other theaters in the venue. If the theaters were thoroughly cleaned, seats and floors my rating would be at least a star higher. Staff are cool, and Dolby theater is AWESOME, especially if theater is clean

Short story: Average movie theater, but extra messy.Messy lobby area, bathroom was a mess, the toilet in the stall next to mine had overflowed and so the was a large puddle.We bought our tickets online and well in advance so checking in was simple. Staff seemed friendly enough.The reclining chairs only lean back a couple of inches and didnt have good support. No matter how I adjusted my chair, it was bothersome my back.As with all movie theaters (except Alamo Drought House) - the other patrons were annoying and noisy.

Ticket kiosk is improved. Definitely easier to use. Seats are great. Employees can use hospitality/people training.ex: told a manager the butter is out here. He saysthe pump on the other side should have some.What he could have said was, we apologize for the inconvenience, I will get someone on that right away. In the meantime we have additional butter stations on the other side.I didnt mean to bother you.

I just finished seeing The Photograph, starring Issa Rae and LaKeith Stanfield and it was amazing! Great movie!

Nice theaters. Love the 3D. Many food choices and drink choices. Lots of security. This is my favorite theater by far! Clean restrooms.

I have the AMC membership that allows me to watch 3 movies per week. I LOVE IT! The concessions are always expensive unfortunately. A large popcorn and large drink = $16....wow! Good thing I dont always get the concessions! I do love the assigned seating that this theater provides, and the amazing adjustable seats. Get the app for AMC. If you purchase your ticket on the app and you are a Stubs Elite member they waive the convenience fees, and you can use the phone as your ticket!

There are stadium seating recliners with 24 screens. The place was clean and quiet during the movie. The sound system was very good to enhance the experience. There was a variety of concessions from regular popcorn to gourmet popcorn and hot dogs in line with typical movie prices. There were hot and cold beverages. Bathrooms were clean. Overall good movie going experience.

From standard viewing to the spectacular IMAX experience this place is an awesome place to see the latest movies.

Popcorn is always hit or miss. Its a 50/50 chance it may or may not be not so fresh and not fully popped. Food as a whole is overpriced with a cheap and artificial taste (surprise surprise).IMAX is a bust. Its the only theater that does NOT have recliner seating. I repeat, the most expensive seating is shown in the most outdated theater. Stained seats and flooring as a bonus.Digital or Dolby is the way to go. Fair priced seating with quality theater. This alone warrants the 4 star rating (every con is avoidable).

This is the dirtiest AMC Ive ever been to. The customer service is terrible and slow as well. Concessions / restrooms are always dirty (even at an 11 am showing... how??). I have yet to get anyone at this place who looks like they even sort of want to be there. We go here because there simply arent other options. At least they have the reclining seats and the theaters themselves are somewhat clean. If you come here and dont get concessions or go to the bathroom youll probably enjoy yourself just fine.

Theater seems tired and facilities are worn. No crowd management so your movie may get interrupted frequently by talkers and people texting. Mall can be kind of sketchy on Fridays and Saturday evenings.

Wish all theaters had heated seating and at least one Prime theater. That would earn them 5 stars

Really nice seats. We went in to watch a movie and the only seats available were in the second row. My husband couldnt enjoy the movie and we were way before the showtime so we went back out to get a refund. Got a full refund but the lady who refunded us wasnt very nice or service oriented. I worked at AMC (not this one) for 3 years and would expect a higher level of service from the usually awesome staff.Also, even tho we wanted to see a blockbuster movie on opening weekend the theater looked like it could only hold about 40 people. Fail on managements part for not putting it in a bigger theater.

This theater is ok. The chairs do recline, but unlike other AMC theaters nearby they don’t heat up. I have no real complaints I’m an AMC premier member so I will still go here. At times the walls seem quite thin as the volume from the neighboring movie playing can interrupt your movie which is annoying.

I like going to this theater, they have comfortable recliner seats and big screens. The only issue is that if you have a late night show you wont be able to refill your popcorn.

Love the seating in this theater. Customer service is awsome and the line is for VIP members people, read the sign and dont cut. For the VIPs the pay to be like us, we appreciate the service and the employees that will not service people on the VIP line that are not VIP members. Great job!

Some theaters are better than others. Got to pay attention to which theater the movie you are seeing is playing in to get the seating style you like. Overall, its a good theater.

Took Granddaughters to see Toy Story 4. It has been 8 or 9 years since weve been to the movies and let me tell you...so much has changed. The way tickets are done to the amazing seats!!! It was wonderful!!! We had a blast!! The cost was ridiculous though. Hubby said he was glad he wasnt in high school trying to take a date to the movies... almost 100.00 for 2 adults & 2 kids tickets, drinks & 1 snack each

I have not been frequenting this theater often, due to the usual rude people that talk and/or are on their phones during the movie. I went to see the Avengers Endgame in the Dolby theater, and that was great! Because of this theater, I give it a 4 star rating. Great picture, and the sound is amazing! Snacks are still ridiculously priced, at 17 arms and 14 legs!!! $15 for a regular popcorn and a soda? I could have had dinner at a restaurant!

Had never been to this location before but what a treat. Being able to do self check in or purchase tickets at a kiosk. The seats reclined and were so comfortable. Popcorn was fresh. Will go again.

I havent been to AMC for many years. Im phrased to say that the improvements are awesome. Great viewing screen and great improvement on three food menu. Prices are still ridiculously high but I think thata become the norm from theaters.
