My wife took me on this trip for a birthday present and it was fantastic! Kali, Joel and Logan were our guides and could come with higher recommendations for anybody thinking about doing this trip. Safety was always first and they made everybody feel at easy, about the altitude (its high up there) feeling comfortable with the ride and how everything worked. There was always a van in front and behind the pack and the balance between fun, being safe and spectacular views was perfect. They checked on us all individually as we were riding, helped with photos and they genuinely seemed to want to make sure everybody was having a great time. Cant want to come back with my kids!

This place was great. They communicated clearly. We did the bike pikes peak tour, I highly recommend experiencing the mountain this way. They were very safe, and our guides were awesome. The trip from start to finish (including lunch) took about 6 hours. The equipment was in tip top shape. I had a smile on my face the whole time.

This was a wonderful experience!!!! We had nice sunny, dry weather. The bicycles were high quality with extra strong brakes. Our guides did a fantastic job of being helpful and attentive. We stopped to take pictures several times down the mountain and Joel was always willing to take ones of us. This is definitely a GREAT trip and I would highly recommend it to everyone. You definitely don’t have to be an athlete to ride — just have a sense of adventure.

This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. All of the tour leaders truly cared about all of us on the tour. They cared about our experience and our health. Giving bike tips, taking pictures, telling stories, and helping us pick out a great lunch. This tour is amazing and worth EVERY penny. I would do it every time I visit Colorado!

Had a great experience with Pikes Peak Bike Tours! We had a last minute change of plans, walked into the shop, and they made an e-bike tour of the Garden of the Gods happen for our party of three to start within the hour. Maggie was our guide and she was awesome! Would definitely book with them again.

We rode down Pikes Peak this morning 9-3-20. Spencer and Wes were very welcoming starting from the point of our arrival. They were very knowledgeable about the ride and to point out the beautiful scenery along the way. They were always checking on all of us to make sure we were all doing good and very accommodating of any of our needs. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Hopefully your experience will be as good as ours was. The two guys were class acts and even had a sense of humor. Thank you Spencer and Wes for the service you provided today.

The bike tour was so awesome. They accommodated us so very well. Even having a good bike for my 9 yr old son. The driver who took us up was fantastic, and the guide who brought us back down the mountain was just as great! The equipment is great, every aspect is great. The views, the bikes, the people, everything. 10/10 WILL DO AGAIN!

My mom and I decided to come to the springs for some fun. I found Pikes Peak through reviews on the internet. I was looking for something that we could both do and enjoy. (I am very active in the outdoors and she is not, she was coming from sea level and she is getting older) I decided on the saddle up/pedal down tour. It was great fun for both of us. The area is gorgeous. Our guide Kate was super sweet and very helpful. The tour itself is self paced but she met us at the different points to make sure we didn’t get lost. We had perfect weather. Scott set everything us for us over the phone, we weren’t sure we were going to be able to ride horses. Overall a great day. Mom didn’t feel like I was trying to kill her and actually had lots of fun and I had lots of fun too.

Rode Palmer in the morning and Gold Camp in the afternoon. Scott was great over the phone helping me choose the best rides given what I was looking for. Vance was a great guide on the trail at Palmer; he knows the trails like the back of his hand and can guide accordingly based on your skill and comfort level. We ended up on the black diamond trails and that was exactly what I was looking for! Cannot recommend this group enough!

Possibly the best experience of my life as far as adventures go. Fun and safety centered staff. Very comfortable. I am 54, not in great shape but it was very doable. A couple hills were tough, but mostly a down hill all out thrill. Thank you Wes, Lydia, Ivy, Spencer, Kelton, Dan !! A lot of enthusiasm from the staff. Excellent bikes.

Second time with this company. This time we biked gold mountain and I was impressed. Kate was a fantastic guide and driver. Her knowledge of the area and trails were above par. The company bicycles (cannondales) were well maintained and pretty new. I highly recommend this company and gold mountain and pikes peak.

The Bike Tour was the highlight of our Colorado trip! (aside from getting married a few days later!)! Korde and Joel were the best! They were so fun and accommodating. The entire trip was incredible. The views some of the best I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended this tour!

My boyfriend and I really wanted to do something in Colorado Springs. From Denver it took us just an hour and 20 minutes to get there and we guides were fantastic. We were both a little nervous since it has been a while since we had been on bikes and we did the Gold Camp route in the afternoon. It was so much fun we zoomed down the hills like we had done it yesterday and we had a great experience for my boyfriends birthday. I highly recommend this tor for any local looking for something fun to do for a day trip.

We did both the Pikes Peak tour and the Gold Camp. Loved them both. We especially liked the Gold Camp tour it is a tour we will definitely do again next time we visit the area. The guides were great, patient and accompanying for everyone. This is one of the best supported rides I have ever done. Enjoy!

My wife and I did the Pikes Peak ride and had a great time. The staff were friendly and made the ride up the mountain interesting while allowing us the opportunity to really get some speed and excitement on the way down. We had a fun morning and then were pleasantly surprised by how good lunch was. Overall great experience. Would definitely use them again and want to do the Gold Camp Road ride next time.

Our tour guides were Kelton and Logan and they were the most professional, funny and well educated individuals. Also a great pair together! I would highly suggest this and them for a great experience! You will have the most fun from the views but from them as well! Thanks guys!

Really great experience. They take excellent care about safety. Never felt pressured to do better. They are very patient. Wes and cord are so fun to bike with. Highly recommend going through them especially if you dont have a lot of experience biking but still want to experience biking down pikes peak. Small kids are able to do this, they are very accommodating. Wear warm clothes for the top of the mountain even in the middle of summer. They allow for you to store your belongings in the vans as you go down the mountain and it warms up.

Our family of four did the Gold Camp tour early on a Saturday morning. We were greeted by a room full of enthusiastic and friendly employees. Everyone was professional and helpful. They made us feel welcome and got us situated with a helmet and water bottle. We were properly fitted with bikes, and Vance was excellent on the trail. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were confident with the route. He checked in with us periodically, and he even offered to take pictures of our family at viewpoints along the way. The ride was thrilling and fun. Our kids are 10 and 12, and it was the perfect adventure for them. We loved every minute!

The bike ride down Pike’s Peak was one of the coolest experiences I have had in my life! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel safe and relaxed. We were mostly with Wes and he was awesome. There is no way to describe this experience other than EPIC!!! It was mid October when we did this ride, it was freezing and blowing so hard at the top of the mountain I thought I was going to fall off my bike!! I will admit I didn’t like the very beginning and questioned if I could even complete the ride. The guides were amazing, so very knowledgeable and so much fun! They made this trip one of the most memorable experiences ever! Do it! You only get one spin in this life!

Wes, our bike tour guide, made me and my pal’s stop in Colorado Springs so, so wonderful! He took us on a bike tour through Garden of the Gods and was the f r e a k i n g best! He took his time and was thorough on demonstrating how to use the bikes and made sure we were all comfy and good to go! He was great on leading the way and checking to make sure everyone was keeping up and their bike was working properly, as well as stopping cars for us to pass safely by, risking his life. Wes was good with the facts and history when we made stops at the overlooks and let us take our time looking around! This tour was amazing! Highly recommend for cyclists of all skill levels. If you are unsure about biking down any part of the mountain you can hop in the van until the next stop and there are a lot of stops along the way. It felt very safe as the crew was very professional and safety was clearly a priority.

Our whole family had a fantastic time. Our brave 8 and 13 year olds made it all the way down the mountain without riding in the guide vans! The 13 year old kept up with the adults and the 8 year old refused to ride in the van, gaining confidence and going faster the whole way down! The guides Davin, Callie, Ivy and all were super friendly, attentive to our girls, and very informative. They stayed with our youngest and were as nice as can be! The owners were great as well! We were going to go on another tour with them but already had too many things planned.Definitely recommend the tour for people who are confident on a bike and want to experience something almost other-worldly!Five stars and two thumbs up!

Excellent experience, we did the downhill Pikes Peak ride. I thought is would be a little scary but was very reassured, felt very safe, bikes were in excellent condition. The team was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Anthony, vance, Kate, Spencer and Nick did a great job. They all worked well together to make it a great experience. We had one rider who was scared and they took the time to make it a memorable experience for her. The Taproom Brewery at the end was awesome way to end the day. I would highly recommend and would do it again.

Words cant describe this - you have to experience the team and adventure at Pikes Peak Bike Tours!!! From the moment of arrival, you felt a part of the team and the experience was underway. Each team member has personal experience and took pride in their effort. From the knowledge and appreciation of the mountain and area - to the personal interest they showed in each participant. No only did they work there, but they enjoyed their job.Safety was extremely important and the constant care in checking equipment at stops for wear, coaching the participants on the changing conditions and how to adapt were amazing. Constant hydration and we always new what to expect. The equipment (bikes) were very high quality from an industry standard, well maintained and ready for use. We felt as if we were working with the owners in every employee. Thank you for a great experience both in the shop, on the mountain, or experiencing the trails off road. All the Best. We booked an ebike ride through Garden of the Gods. Lydia was our guide. She was full of information about the area and the flora and fauna (which I really enjoyed). She also used a high quality camera to take pictures of us and the beautiful surroundings. Well worth the price, enjoyed it thoroughly!

I did the Pikes Peak van up - bike down trip and I would highly recommend as a half-day activity if youre visiting Colorado Springs, whatever your age or biking experience. Our guides, Logan and Spencer, were great and catered well to the different members of the group. The bikes and other equipment were good quality and well maintained, timings of the trip worked really well.

Didnt realize they serviced bikes but they do. We needed tires for a mountain bike and other shops said it would take two weeks. Scott was able to replace the tires in an hour and at a great price. Definitely recommend them.

We had an amazing time on this tour. It was an electric bike tour through the garden of the gods. Ivy was our tour guide. She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this tour if you are visiting the garden of the gods. We had kids ages 8,11 and 13 and they were able to accommodate all of us.

The Gold Camp bike tour was our family‘s favorite activity on our vacation. We were not sure what to expect. It was suggested that we pack a lunch to bring so we did. They gave us our own water bottles. The ride up in the van was like an off-roading adventure itself. Spencer drove us up, explained the route and was very informative! I suggest that you don’t miss the cool cave at the very beginning and don’t race down the mountain. The views are breathtaking! Stop a lot to enjoy the views and climb on rocks. The bike trail is easy to follow and mostly downhill so not very strenuous. Spencer met us halfway to guide us through a tough navigation spot and to fill up our water He was a terrific guide! The tour took us about 4 hours because we stopped a lot to take in the views.

Great people and were very nice, informative, and encouraging. The bikes were in excellent condition and they made sure you kept safe and had a good time. Plenty of rest stops and opportunities to take picture of the beautiful Pike’s Peak area. Highly recommended!

All of staff we interacted with were friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, & went out of their way to insure we had an amazing experience! Vance was an absolute hoot! The equipment was in great condition and we were thoroughly impressed. These tours are definitely something you should add to your itinerary if in town. We loved getting to avoid all of the traffic & just enjoy the beauty of the area.

Great time and a unique experience riding down Pikes Peak on a bike. Our guides Kelton, Wes, Ivy, Spencer and Kate were awesome. They were attentive to any and all our needs. They made sure we were confident, secure and in want for nothing. Well chosen stops along the way to take in all there is to see from the mountain. We never felt rushed, or if this was just another day for the crew at the mountain. They seemed to be having as much fun as we were, which made the whole event that much more enjoyable. This is a great value and I will surely return to do this again.

My wife and I did the van up/bike down Pikes Peak tour on a Sunday morning, and it was amazing! The views were incredible, and we loved coming down the mountain through the different elevation zones. Really a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Peter and Cali were fantastic, they were energetic and gave us all kinds of facts about the mountain and the area, and most of all they were serious about safety. A quick and delicious lunch afterwards was icing on the cake. Definitely do this if you have the chance - and stay hydrated!

Wonderful experience made great by awesome staff, Morgan, Scott and the rest of the bunch. They helped accommodate our small children on trailing 3rd wheel bike attachments...which they LOVED. They also have bike trailers for small children. We took a van ride up Pikes Peak and biked down the easy trails. Highly recommend. Great operation!

My wife and I did this on our 30th Anniversary celebration trip. It took some arm twisting to get my wife excited about it but once we got started down the mountain top, she was so delighted! We both agree that this was one of the highlights of our whole trip!This is an adventure that we can challenge our kids to try topping! They think we are soon heading to the nursing home but we showed them!Our guides, Spencer and Kate, were terrific! They went all out in making sure we were not only having a good time but also being safe.The fact that THEY drive you to the top, allows you to look at the scenery instead of having to keep your eyes on the road.To those who are wanting to go to the top of Pikes Peak, I wouldnt do it any other way! We saw the long line of cars waiting to get into the shuttle lot near the top (the visitors center is currently under construction and parking is very limited) while our van breezed right past and was able to drive right up to the very top.Well worth it!

Due to the time of the year, we were the only group for the day so it was like a private tour. Wes and Khali were amazing. So accommodating and professional yet still made the very trip fun. Great value for your money - a must do while in Colorado Springs.

We had a great trip and biking down Pikes Peak turned out to be better than we could have expected it to be. Our group had the guides Wes and Cord and they were amazing! The few times I needed in the van they quickly got me in and out again later when I was ready. My first thoughts was that this would be a one time bucket list trip and I would not every really want to bike down a mountain again. I can however say that I would 100% do it again and hope to get the same guides.

Logan was awesome! Switched bikes with one of our riders when it wasnt performing as needed for the rider and kept a professional, positive attitude along with excellent knowledge of the sites and even recommended an Excellent restaurant to go for dinner. Everything about this bike trip was perfect! We switched to gold camp at the last minute and we were so glad we did. Downhill bike ride with so many amazing views and our guide, Katelyn was so sweet and knowledgeable about the area, offering fun facts the whole trip and letting us stop as often as we wanted to look around and take pics! Highly recommend! It was my kids favorite day too (ages 11 & 14) .

Me and my husband did the Bike Gold Camp and it was amazing!!! Scott was so friendly and knowledgeable. Right when we arrived he had everything ready to go. He drove us up the mountain and we had great conversation. He gave us clear instructions and met us at the points he mentioned. The views were spectacular and biking down the mountain was super fun. It’s even great for beginner mountain bikers. We did the Captain Jack trail which was a little challenging but so much fun! I highly recommend! Totally worth doing if you’re in Colorado Springs. We will definitely do it again with this company!

Tour guide was great and very helpful. Avoid any tours past 3pm as your are very likely to run into the rain in the summer. Bikes were nice but a bit big for my wife since she is 5ft tall.

OK, so Im 58 and my wife is 55. We bike ride frequently, but nothing like this. This experience is way up there on the list of great experiences. Never been to Pikes Peak before, so this was a 2fer. Wes, Cali, Logan, and Vance were the BEST guides ever. I highly recommend Pikes Peak Bike Tours to everyone.

My son and I flew out from Atlanta and wanted to bike Captain Jack’s and The Chutes. For the price of a daily rental they recommended doing the Gold Camp tour. I wasn’t looking for a boring group ride so he modified our tour and gave us a bunch of lifts to the top of The Chutes! So much fun! My 13 year old had such a great time and Morgan and Ivy were awesome!!! On my last run I got a pinch flat and the guide insisted that I take her bike to finish out the day. Now that’s pure awesomeness! I called around looking for decent bikes and this was the only place I could find that delivered. Cannondale Habit full suspension not only let us bomb the downhill but these bikes were like brand new and well maintained. The owner said this was something he was considering offering for a long time... The Chutes Shuttle! I would highly recommend these guys due to my all around awesome experience. I used to live in the Springs 10 years ago and trust me... these trails are the best thing about the Springs hands down!

Just great! The two young men that coordinated everything for the 6 of us were MOST reliable. They emphasized safety ,and made certain we were all well versed with the safety requirements and the procedures for decending the mountain. They followed us down the mountain,making several safety stops .This company is highly recommended by me I have no suggestions for improvement

Biking down Pike’s Peak has been in our bucket list for while. We got the chance to checking off today! It was such an awesome ride, our guides Emily, Logan & Joel were amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable! There are plenty of breaks along the way to explore and take pictures. The lunch at the end was delicious. We chose to go to Monce’s Pupusas, and they were delicious! We would recommend this tour to anyone looking to have an amazing time!

I wish I could give them more stars! First we were taken to the top Pikes Peak to tour around - they gave us plenty of time to tour, eat, buy souvenirs. Then we started our descent. Anthony was at the back of the pack and was so protective of my 11 and 13 year old - thank you so much for your patience with them! And when my daughter took a spill, instant first aid care and TLC ️ (She’s totally fine) My 13 year is recovering from a broken arm, and Anthony was very attentive, listening to him and making sure he took a break when he felt weak. My 10 year old led the pack at the front the whole time - thank you Kelton for making sure he was safe! And Spencer, thank you for your stories, the touring and then entertaining my daughter as she rode the van down! All in all BEST DAY EVER, I am planning my next Colorado vacation around Pikes Peak Bike Tours!

We were there last week July 8, 2020 and the crew was great! Jay, Wes, Ivey and Spencer were awesome. Remember to layer up for the weather at the top, but riding down was a lot of fun and I would do it again! Lunch was great at the Irish Pub and bikes were super nice! Remember to stop at the Pickle Shop and buy some local goods!

Our driver West was awesome, Jace was on the bike and made sure we were safe, and Kali was very helpful and nice. If I were to come back I would 100% do this again.

We had an awesome time experiencing Pikes Peak with Wes and Cally as our guides! We visited the summit and many stopping points along the way to take in the majestic views of the mountains! Our guides included information about the mountain and surrounding areas along the way. They also took initiative to care for our well being and safety throughout the day. I highly recommend biking Pikes Peak with this company and with Wes and Cally guiding you!

Had a fabulous time on Gold Camp Trail. It was a great activity for my two friends and our young adult sons. Morgan even made the drive there an adventure. Beautiful scenery and amazing views.

Family trip and a great time was had by all! The staff was awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There are no words to describe the beauty of the mountains so you just have to go up there yourself!

Very well formatted trip, with each segment of the tour broken down into a small/short enough duration that there was never enough time to get bored or lose track of group members. Bikes were in great condition, lunchn was just right, and Spencer and Vance - and the entire team, for that matter - were constantly ensuring that everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. We will definitely be back.

We road with the guys from Pikes Peak Bike Tours a couple of days on the Garden of the gods electric bike tour and the Pikes Peak downhill adventure. They were great! I appreciate Vance’s enthusiasm and friendliness as well as good local expertise. Kelton, Spencer, Wes, and Cali did a great job of letting us push our limits on the Pikes Peak downhill, while keeping the group safe. Great job all the way around. Couldn’t be happier.

Wow! Definitely exceeded expectations! Probably our favorite outing in Colorado (this was our last day and we’ve done everything in the Pike’s Peak area). Well worth every penny of the modest cost. We did the Gold Camp ride and it was a blast! And amazing views of the Cheyenne Mountain area. Breath taking. My two daughters - 9 and 7 - loved the ride and handled it like a champ.Kali was super helpful when I called to inquire about the tour. Well versed in the different ride options and helped me make a confident decision for me and my family.Morgan was a phenomenal guide. Seriously. You can tell he is an experienced guide. Made us feel at ease. Went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Any hiccups we threw at him he handled with grace and kindness. He explained everything clearly and was always available. He definitely made the trip more comfortable for us.The Gold Camp ride is perfect for beginners and experienced riders. Nothing boring about it! You can go as fast or as slow as you want. Perfect for families - dad, moms, kids - all can enjoy!!

We went on the Gold Camp bike tour today and it was a blast! Logan was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and added lots of fun to the tour! I would recommend Pike’s Peak Bike Tours to anyone and will definitely be back when we visit again.

My family had a great experience with the Family Fun Bike Gold Camp! My wife and I (in our mid-60s) took two of our grandchildren (8 and 6) on this bike ride adventure. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed it. It was nice to have our trail guide Kelton nearby. He was certified for wilderness first aid and also CPR, which was comforting to know. He was careful to be nearby but not too close to interfere with our family fun. Logan was our driver for the ride to the top in the van. He was very friendly and supportive. We were pleased to see him with the vehicle at the midpoint on the way down as an optional contingency sag wagon as well as back in the shop when we returned. Our ride down took approximately 2.5 hours and was very easy pedaling except for one or two very short sections that we walked. We highly recommend.

Highly recommended. We did the Pikes Peak bike ride down and the Garden of the Gods the following day. I enjoyed both very much but the Garden of the Gods ride was my favorite. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I can’t begin to express what an amazing experience we had using Pikes Peak Bikes. Even though they had officially closed for the season a few days prior, Scott went out of his way to secure a guide to allow us to still take part in this amazing adventure. Our family of 3 including a 9 year old chose to take part in Gold Camp Ride. Our guide Khali fitted us with bikes and helmets that were perfect for our needs. Then drove us 30ish minutes to top of mountain area. She waited for us with van at several spots along the way to ensure we went the right way or to see if we wanted to go longer route. The actual ride was amazing and perfectly challenging and exciting for our levels. We were even able to test Khali’s skills as our son had a rather big wipe out and she was there in an instant and applied her EMT skills on his scraped up knees. We are very grateful to Scott, Khali and PPB’s for giving us an incredible memory in a year with few bright spots.
