Beautiful trail with water access along most of it. Small waterfalls along the way. Arrive EARLY morning if you want a parking spot and expect it to be busy. Dont miss the largely unmarked right-side turnoff to the bridges off the dirt road/trail leading there.

Awesome hike! Stays fairly busy until about 1-2 miles after the last bridge. Then the trail becomes a bit steeper. Worth hiking up to Louds Cabin.

Amazing hike. About 2 and a half hours with little kids. Great for family. I would say 7yrs old and above. We brought our 3 and 5 year old. And within an hour they were complaining that their feet hurt. My wife and I end up piggyback our kids. We both love a challenge so we enjoyed it. But overall beautiful hike. Would recommend. When you get there know that youll be walking along a dirt road (no cars allowed) for about 15 min. Before you see mile marker 622 on your right which will start the 7 Bridges trail. Hope this helps

SO beautiful! We went on a Thursday and were able to get a parking space around 2pm. The trail to get to the actual Seven bridges trail is quite long, but we found it. We only made it a little ways up before we had to leave, but got some breath taking views! We tried again Friday morning at about 9 am. NO parking. Tried about an hour later at 10 am, still no parking. Apparently, you have to get there early to find parking. So, minus a star for that, but definitely worth the hike! Absolutely gorgeous and the tree cover helps with not getting beaten down by the sun.

If you go during the day, bring lots of water! A little steep but there were plenty of kids. Some shade, some sun but overall enjoyable. We spent a good 4 hours there going up and down.

I did this trail a bit after noon and the trail was quite full of people when I went, as was the parking lot. The bridges were cool and the trail is mostly shaded, but there were really just too many people. The bridges are numbered which was informative, and the trail overall was enjoyable and not too difficult.

Extremely busy in a Sunday morning, parking very lots were very full. Hardly anyone wearing masks, even when passing on the trail. The hike was as lovely as always. This trail follows a running steam in the canyon (the reason for the bridges), which makes it very popular for people with dogs.

The drive up to the parking lot is beautiful in itself, the little bit before you actually turn off into the trail is trashy and lots of dog poop that’s not taken care of, but once on the trail it’s wonderful!! All along a creek, plenty of shade, very much all uphill to hit all 7 bridges and then everything is downhill coming back. Great trail, but plan to be there early because parking fills up fast and the trail gets busy.

I went early as advised due to lack of parking and too many people and dogs on the trail. I got there at 7:30 am. The trail is not marked nowhere. Not in the parking lot nor at the trailhead. I knew not to go down Gold Camp Road so only other opening must be the trail. I followed the gravel road all the way to top where I met other people that were lost. A local came by to tell us the trailhead is back the way we came and it is marked with 622 not Seven Bridges. I made all 7 bridges but there is a waterfall if you want to go further. Not many people and dogs on the trail this early but on my way down, lots of people with dogs coming up. Enjoyed walking along waterway.

I FREAKING LOVE THIS HIKE!!!It has some amazing views, is very easy to trek, and is easily one of my new favorite hikes in town. They just recently completed some construction to repair some steps and rebuild some of the bridges. The only issue I had was finding where the trail starts. If you start down the road from the parking lot, the trailhead is actually hidden in the treeline on the first turn after you pass the river.

Not easy but not hard I just love trails that run along a stream or creek. With lots of shady places to have a snack or catch your breath Be sure to take the time to enjoy your surroundings. Went down to louds cabin about 6.7 hike from parking lot in February. Miss trail, back tracked and found trail head. The trail has been walked on quite a bit causing the trail to be extremely icy and packed down on fairly steep grades. Would suggest spike or trekking poles for a more successful hike. The snow is non existent on portions of the trail and 2 ft deep in other parts. The pack ice portion would probably cover about 60 % of the trail hike. Challanging hike and beautiful views!

Right now...Mid November is the perfect time for hiking and trekking. Seven Bridges Trail is well worth the excursion. For all ages and is user friendly. The initial trail is wide and solid while their side trails can be just the opposite. Dress appropriately and carry some water. This is a Beautiful Preservation of America. I saw no littering. Everybody I met on this hike were friendly and were glowing with the environment. Canines were always on leash and also were also smiling. Only made it up to the forth bridge today. I simply didnt have spikes or shoe cleats that could provide safe footing for the higher altitude hike to top bridge and waterfall. The drive up from Colorado Springs is all nicely pave as well as the drive back. I am adding that the excercion level was about an overall 5...meaning the views youll see are breathtaking!

Classic Colorado Springs hike. Its fairly accessible for nearly all fitness types, and there are lots of trails past the last bridge to explore for anybody so inclined. Kineo Mountain runs along its north slope, and is a good follow-on hike. Regardless of whether you do a longer trail, I do recommend you go up about 1/4 mile past the last bridge to catch the stunning view of the Springs.

I took this trail on 2/12/2019. The trail was exceptionally icy. During the winter, trek poles and shoe spikes are necessary. I would like to see this trail when everything is melted, as we had difficulties finding our way at several places. I would definitely consider this a moderate to difficult hike in the winter.

One of my favorite trails. Trailhead is very small and packed, come early, it’s up the mountain from Hellen Hunt falls. Trail marker 622 (see pic) is actual bridge path and is 1/2 mile from trail head off of a long dirt road at the start of a horseshoe bend. Stunning scenery and moderate length. Go past the last bridge a way to get even better views on a trail less traveled. Watched the solar eclipse from beyond the last bridge and will never forget how perfect it was.

Faaaantastic! Definitely my new favorite trail! Dont stop once you hit the seventh bridge, keep going until you come to a big slope, youll see a small (pretty much goat) trail going to the other side. Once you get far enough, youll reach a little clearing, turn around, and between two I guess mountains sides, youll be able to to see the city! It goes even farther, too!

Great trail. But theres no big sign saying which way to go.. so when you come to the split on the trail take the right one. Trail 622 to the right and then youll be in the 7 bridges trail.. the other trails arent bad but they dont have the creek the whole way.. if you want a more scenic view take the trail to the left and youll be able to get a nice view of the city. =)
