This place is great. Lots of dogs, theres tons of trails, and plenty of amenities. The people that tend to go there 99% of the time wont wear a mask and wont socially distance, so be aware of that if you decide to go. People also take puppies there, which is a whole other type of bad idea. Moral of the story is go when it isnt crowded. Is it better than city bark in New Orleans? Yes for the views and the park itself, no because of all the irresponsible people. Be safe.

What a lovely dog park, there is so much open space for the pups to run around. I have had zero negative interactions with other people here. Very friendly community. There are plenty of extra poop bags in-case you forget them. There is a creek that runs the length of the park, and the dogs can make it their own. Very little poop on the ground, owners are good about picking up after their pups. I love coming here, and I have never seen a dog park so well kept. Theres a mini waterfall too!

This place is amazing. I have been to many dog parks, but this one takes the cake!! It has an agility course, small dog area, bags to clean up after your dog, clean restrooms a babbling brook for the doggies to splash in, and a huge area for them to play/run. We have been there probably 10 times now and still have not walked the full length of the park. The grounds are beautiful! My doggies love it and they give this place 2 paws up!! We also give this place two human thumbs up!!

This place is really awesome. Our dog loves the wide open space to run and meet other puppy friends. The creek running through the place really is pretty special and the pooches just love to rub up and down the water. Overall its got very nice folks using the space and the dogs are generally pretty friendly to eat other. Take your pooch here. Theyll sleep for days.

Bear Creek Dog Park is one of my FAVORITE places to visit with my dogs. Its always clean and well maintained. There is lots of room for exploration which includes a Beautiful Stream with rocks, clear water, trees and a trail to walk around the entire park. All of the people are nice and its a great way to socialize with your pets. I also love it because you get the opportunity to meet every breed of dog you can imagine and the dogs love it.I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves dogs.

This is by far the best dog park weve even been to. Its enormous! The stream that runs down one side is a great place for doggies to play in the water and cool off on hot days. There is plenty of room for ball chasing and running around. There even an agility course! The park has several watering stations as well as poop bags and trash cans. If you have a dog (or just want to walk among the four legged friends) I strongly recommend Bear Creek Dog Park!

Fantastic dog park! I can see why it ranks in the U.S. top 10 dog parks. 13 acres of hiking and walking to share with your pup. Plus, a wonderful creek, surrounded by trees, with 3 separate areas to enjoy. Everything is extremely well-maintained, and its fenced as well. Big dogs, little dogs, everybody having a playful time. I wish that I could visit here every day - my dog LOVED it here! I highly recommend.

There is not a dog park in the United States that compares to Bear Creek! Has EVERYTHING you would love for your dogs in a park, acres of land with a good size creek running through it, shade, benches, agility course, playground for kids, etc. and then you have the views of the mountains! Right now it’s sunny and 61 degrees so it’s what I imagine heaven is like! This should be on your bucket list if you love dogs and the outdoors!

Fabulous park! I take my dog there frequently and trust the area. The park does not, however, have lamp posts so be careful going after dark! There are two fenced in areas: one for small dogs and one for larger dogs. Both sides include refillable water stations and scattered benches for seating. The side for large dogs includes a creek in the back and several different walking trails to follow. Most dogs are pretty well behaved and the owners are too! There are two parking lots on the north and south side of the park, each with about 15-30 parking spots.

Definitely recommend this dog park. Even more so than the one that’s two minutes away from our house. This is a nearly thirty minute drive for us but our pups love it so much more! Seems that for the most part, dogs are cleaned up after. They have several stations around to throw away poop bags and even bags if you’ve forgotten your own. There’s a lot of area to cover but our kids like to stay near the creek.

Bear Creek Dog Park is phenomenal! I cant imagine a better dog park in the state, the country or even maybe the world. It is 10 acres of open space, with a small creek flowing through it. There are plenty of trees and benches (almost all of them placed in the shade). I have a puppy that thinks it is heaven. He runs, plays and splashes like crazy. My 13 year old dog loves it also. She is happy to trot along and sniff everything. It is open from 5 AM to 9 PM. Even at 5 in the morning there are always plenty of dogs there to play with (I have never been in the evening). The terrain is varied and I appreciate the workout factor of climbing the hills. There is a bathroom with 2 stalls. They are usually pretty clean but the hand dryers are broken. I do wish they had a water fountain for humans, but there is water for the dogs right at the entrance. There is also a large fenced area for small dogs and an agility course that I have never used. Your dogs will love you forever if you bring them here.

We are hoping to find the owners of the dogs who attacked ours on 8-6-20 at 4:20pm in the creek. Large black lab/lab mix in particular that was the main aggressor against our dog causing injuries. Please contact me. Before this, we had a great experience and unfortunately it turned very traumatic for us with this attack. THESE DOGS SHOULD BE BANNED. They are not safe dogs. MUZZLED DOGS CAN STILL ATTACK AND INSTIGATE OTHER DOGS TO ATTACK.

This is a great dog park that I would recommend during less busy times. However, as mentioned in other reviews some people don’t handle dogs well. Mine was staring at his ball waiting for me to throw it while 2 German Shepard’s (bigger than my dog) barked and snipped at him. They tried to bite him so he fought back. This entire time I tried to separate them and take my dog away but those dogs wouldn’t leave us. The owner just watched and didn’t do anything or not even call her dogs while they attacked mine.

Nice place. the small dog park (SDP) is amazing, I just wish there was creek access directly from the SDP and a dedicated entrance. Theres an easement between the parking lot and the front gate, where occasionally people let big dogs off leash and thats not always great. Also, smoking is allowed and people sometimes leave butts on the ground. Speaking of butts, some people dont clean up after their dogs, not just negligence, but wilfully refusing/ pretending not to see it, or looking around to see if anyone else noticed. Yes, we saw you, bag dispenser right here, slob... also, sometimes parking is competitive. ok, the good part: its huge, theres a creek to play in, an agility course, varied terrain, trees, benches & tables with shade and you get to meet some nice dogs
