I have owned a mobile home in this park for the past 9 years. Been a top tenant, never been late on rent, never filed a complaint and never had a complaint filed against me. To all patrons in this park, Be advised the park owners, Burton A. Kalniz, Charles H. Sallah and Gregory A. Maceau and there management team have no regard for your safety. They have been put on notice for the removal of the unsafe gazebo structure in Lot M-10. This structure has no foundation and was built with substandard lumber and NO BUILDING PERMIT. Be advised that the possible collapse of this building is a threat to life and the entire Lot M-10 should be cordoned off until the removal of this structure. This is also NOT a parking structure and creates other safety issues to the neighboring Mobile Homes.

Well, Heather! Just so happens you are living & sleeping with the so called manager Brian!!!! Of course you are going to give the park5stars! You have to! Doesnt matter that you helped him&crewsteal from a disabled women! Can only assume her money went to the2 of you to pay for your drug habits! I& others can only feel sorry for you! Life has a way of coming full circle. Northwood village mobile home park is a huge joke with horrible ownership& management!

Lived there for nearly two years with my family. Had 0 problems with the manager until the park failed to properly insulate our water and decided to blame us when it froze then burst. This was not the only water to freeze in the park by the way. Their were in fact 3 other frozen lines. The manager approached me by showing up at my RV past hours and accuse and verbally assault me in front of my 2 year old and wife. Then he assaulted my 56 year old disabled neighbor. The video of the event makes it clear that a certain comment is 100% Grade A BS. Talk to the older residents and youll hear things I didnt believe. Nobody was actually evicted as well. Just a BS stack of paperwork that wasnt signed by the court or the processor. The people who left did so to flee from the tyranny of some twisted individuals. Move here at your own risk. Its a dirty rundown place that may have been nice 15-20 years ago.

I have visited Northwoods many times over the years. I must say, current management is doing everything possible to clean up and get rid of the trashy people. The park is running better now than in years. Its obvious the negative reviews are from disgruntled trash who arent welcome there anymore. Who attacks children in online reviews? That in itself shows the kind of people residing there.

Was approached by management to go in and start problems with tenants living there. Said she would pay me to. I am homeless but did not do it. She seems like a shady person. I feel sorry for the people living there. My god please help them from that evil lady

It is your standard trailer/rv park. Not bad for $450 a month. It may go up or stay the same. Current management is awesome. If you come here you will not be impressed or dissapointed.

They are using the legal system, lip service, fear & intimidation to steal ownership of your mobile home. They have a new management of punks that are trained to do what the owners tell them even if it is against the law. The managers (Williams & Adams) are to stupid to think for themselves so if you have to do an overnight in this park make sure you dont trust them with your credit cards. Chris Williams is a thief and also uses his 11 year old stepdaughter to steal. I have been given an eviction notice on June 21, 2017 because I was a witness to Chris Williams (manager) breaking into a mobile home and stealing. He was on his way out of the mobile home with a flat screen TV and his daughter took a bicycle from the back yard when a 911 call was made. The court cases are about to begin. Do not waist your time or money renting in this park.

Parks full of tweekers and rats. Great job security for local police department. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have lived here for 3 years I personally know management and the reason we have trash is because of people like you who make the park look bad and as far as drug busts what happens in somebody elses house is their business not yours but youre apparently a nosy Rosie so all youre good for sticking your nose in other peoples business maybe you should learn to mind your own so thank you and have a nice day

Owner of mobile home..cant get ahold of management last three days to complain about work being done across the street from me.Early evening to 4:30 am!!! On 1-17 to am in 1-18..and again this morningAt 2:00 to 4:30 am..states in leases abt noise prevention..sleep and peace is not important ? .ready to call CSPD and file a complaint...very sad...

As a former employee of this park, I can testify that this park is rundown and is run by very incompetent managers who have never known a day of struggle in their life. Worse, the owners of this park have a complete absence of oversight, only giving it when the park doesnt make money.Hopefully someday this property will get owners who care about it, but that wont be anytime soon.

Northwoods is an old, tired trailer park. The few true RVs in there are probably the result of not reading about the place, or not having seen it prior to coming out.The park is crowded, dirty, and the weeds are beginning to take over. The location is close to I-25, but thats the only thing it has going for it.Think of the place as low income housing instead of an RV park...

Not sure if anyone is in charge. Never see management, park is filthy. No one checks to make sure people clean up before leaving. Two sex offenders live in park and nobody knows it. Two drug bust in past year and no body explains to tenants what is happening.
