Bldgs C and D are best. They are right on the beach and the view is unparalleled. There are rentals to make the beach experience perfect. While there, 2 weddings were held. Several banquet rooms are available, as well. There are a variety of activities offered to allow you to make your own keepsakes.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Myself and my 9 year old sons whole football team picked this hotel for our weekend game. We stayed for two nights. The security guard tried to kick the whole football team out at 1am. While we begged and pleaded because we had four kids in tow ( one who is autistic and had just went to sleep ) We were told to leave. Finally a manager came down and told us we would stay, however other people were getting kicked out. It was a mess and it was finally over at 3 am. We were told by security that we needed to be out by morning. He was rude, nasty and very unprofessional. He also tried to sell (drugs) to other people staying at the hotel. I left a complaint when we checked out. I was told I would be contacted that day, I never was. I called back on Tuesday and spoke to the GM ( female ). I have NEVER been treated so badly before. She basically said I already know what you are going to say, what do you want me to do about it? I explained a few other issues we had an told her our stay was horrible, her response was sounds like it. I asked to speak to someone else and she refused to let me. I wanted a resolution. I wanted to know that no one else would have to go through what we went through. I spent $454.00 on two night for my son and daughter to enjoy their Cheer and Football team weekend and it was hell. Hell with no resolution. I could go on and on about the horrors of the hotel, but it wont make any difference. I will be seeking higher power.

Resort is older but very clean and very well maintained. Pools were really nice and there were fun daily activities. Located on great beach and close to lots of restaurants. Would definitely visit again but would stay in oceanfront room/condo if possible.

Have owned an ocean front unit here for over 35 years. However in recent years the staff has in my opinion left a lot to be desired. This year at check in we were told our unit wasnt ready, the desk took my information and said they would call when ready, no problem. Couple hours later still no call from the desk so I walked to the unit to see if housekeeping was still working that late when I encountered my wife who had the keys. No idea how long the unit had been ready but I was too tired to go back to the office.Once in the unit I noticed leftover cleaning cloths, etc so I started cleaning. Upon trying to open the vertical blinds they wouldnt move. The track was loose so no way would it work. Last year it was a broken fold out sofa, the year before that the sliding door would not budge.Every few years the units get remodeled with new furniture, funny thing is the unit still has the tiny flat screen TV. Everyone wants to park as close to the buildings as possible, myself I park further away to take advantage of shade under the tennis courts. There is space for max of 48 spots, but a good number have now been reserved for staff use.About those keys, they still have the unit number stamped on them so if dropped/found on the beach anyone can get into your unit. Over the years our kids have probably lost 10 or 15 keys,... that is only one week each year,So that was this years experience,

Our experience at Ocean Landing has always been fantastic. The staff; Front Desk, Reservations, Maintenance and Housekeeping are like family, kind and helpful. A big part of why we love Ocean Landing is the guests, we have made so many friends there, we cant wait to get back there next year. The best way that my wife and myself describe it: Its our Happy Place.

From the check in staff to the maids this friendly Resort makes you feel like you you are welcome with their exceptional service. The staff is always smiling and go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Ocean Landings is unique as it has many different units at different costs which makes it affordable and comfortable to all. Couples, families and friends all share in the enjoyment of the hotels amenities and of course the beach access with its fantastic location on the beach. Theres so much to do in Cocoa Beach and the staff is priceless with its recommendations. This is truly a place where the best thing about memories in making them.

My sister-in-law got married here last weekend and the staff for wedding and food was great. The only complaint is the inconsistent rules. When we checked in there was no limit to how many people from a party could go into the lobby. The check in associate was friendly. However when we were checking out the rule changed and the approach of informing us of the change was rudely yelled across the lobby to my husband and I. I think it could have been handled better then yelling at us.

Great oceanfront views! I loved cooking in the kitchen & looking directly out to the soft white sand! The property seemed to allow outsiders to park & take up all of the spaces closest to the beach during the day. We saw it happen almost everyday. Tips: wear shoes to the beach as the sand gets red hot in the Florida sun. And, there is a convenient rental shack that offers chairs, umbrellas, beach wheelchairs & more. Overall, i would be happy to stay again!

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Great location, close to the beach, nice pool area with concessions and bar. Theres an on site restaurant with a limited menu. Most staff were friendly, the few who werent friendly werent rude. Its definitely not fancy, but if youre spending most of your time at the beach, pool, or sightseeing its a great deal. Well definitely be returning.

The rooms were very nice, they could use some updating. The amenities were great. Loved the outside gas grill area. The pool was nice but to warm of water. We had a wonderful time.

If you care at all about cleanliness do NOT go here. My husband and i have been twice. First time the room was disgusting. It had sand and sticky stuff all over the counters and looked as if nobody cleaned it. My husband booked us there again.. Because of cost but honestly its just not worth how terrible it is.. This second time we didnt even spend 4 hours in the room. We had to book somewhere else because of the bugs. Ants everywhere. Dead worms in the kitchen. Just dont do it.

We come every year for our family vacation. It is a traditional resort place. Very laid back and retro. It is very family friendly and not very crowded.

On the Beach.... Multiple heated pools and hot tub. Super friendly staff. They also have Security making the rounds so your kids are safe to play during the evening hours. Rooms are clean and they smell like it...

Love this place! Some staff members can be a little rude but the majority are nice and helpful! The place is very clean and nice. Love having a pool and beach access! The tiki food bar by the pool is also nice! The lady is so sweet too! A great overall place to stay!

I think management on this resort has a lot to be desired. We had requested a Room on the top floor And I think because we did that they specifically gave me a Room on the bottom floor we were coming from another time share and we had perishables we got in at 1 oclock course the Room wasnt ready I asked them if they had a place where we could put our refrigerated products and of course they said no they told us that check in was at 5 oclock but they would call me if the Room is ready of course they never called me we lost our perishables At 5 oclock I came in and complains to a staff person who was very nice and helpful he said there was a Room available on the top floor but when I had spoken to the manager at 1 oclock and asked for something on the top floor he said no nothing was available so is a surprise when things become available you pay a lot of money for these times shares and for the maintenance fees you justink they would be a little bit nicer to to owners but other than all that we didnt have any Interaction with the staff and the Room was beautiful the view is beautiful and the beach was wonderful

If I could give less than one star I WOULD!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! THE STAFF IS THE WORST RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! They messed up the reservation then told me I had 30 minutes to pack my things out of the room I am a disabled veteran with my service animal who was also not welcomed this was by far and I mean by far the worst experience ever!

Great resort - weve been coming here for years.However, unless guests are prevented from smoking on the apartment balconies, we may not be returning again any time soon.Part of the pleasure of an ocean front apartment is enjoying great views of the beach.Unfortunately, this is frequently spoiled by guests on surrounding balconies making the place stink of cigar smoke, or various other herbal substances.If Ocean Landings Management dont take steps to rectify this, well be looking for an alternative vacation spot.If youre a non-smoker, or youre vacationing with kids, you should consider this very carefully, as Ive experienced first-hand how it can ruin what was previously our favorite destination.

The service and atmosphere was really nice. Our water was accommodating, attentive and had a good sense of humor. Handled everything we requested. Service was 5 star. My four Star rating is based on the quality of the food. It was very good and prepared to order. The NY strip was a B quality cut. For the price they could serve the best cut and still be profitable. But I would return and try again.

Full Disclosure: I received a free stay (not including a $200 transfer fee) at this resort. As such, my accommodations were probably not equal to those who paid for premium upgrades.Easy check-in, ample parking and access to any location up or down the coast. Accessing the town of Cocoa Beach requires a vehicle, whether it be taxi, Uber or rental. Movie Theaters, restaurants and scenic old town area are all within 15 minutes away.Although relatively comfortable, the room provided was more or less a throwback 1970s style motel room in desperate need of remodeling. Old carpeting, outdated wood paneling and older furnishings. This room did not have an ocean view, but was still only a few minute walk to the beach. A small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are included. A nice touch was that new coffee was supplied to the room daily. I did have an opportunity to see other rooms in this resort and they appeared to have had recent remodeling done. It appears you get what you pay for....There is nice restaurant on the grounds, a couple of very nice pools, activity center and picnic area with grills. The resort also has a few nice luxuries such as a spa and massage boutique. I did receive a discount on a massage and, as such, consider it an excellent bargain.The beach is endless, you can literally walk for miles in each direction. Not too many things rival a walk on the beach at sunrise. Additionally, there is public park located a short hike down the beach; not much to do, but certainly worth the jaunt.I gave Oceans Landing 3 stars, but had my room been updated, it could easily gotten 4 (or more) stars. Still, overall it is decent lodging. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the beach and proximity to many activities (NASA, exploring, shopping etc) is excellent.

Almost Totally Awesome! If you dont mind an older hotel/motel this one is for you. We had a corner unit suite on the 5th-floor with direct ocean views. The place is super clean, has a nice floorplan and the front desk staff is super efficient, courteous and helpful. The only problem I experienced was the bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete and the bed comforter was from the 70s. Apart from that I liked the property and will most likely stay here again. Update.... the property is currently doing renovations and upgrading the rooms. Good news!

The ocean front units are tucked away in a quieter place in town. Wake up and enjoy sitting on the patio, drinking coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean. A short walk to the beach. Grocery store, yoga, restaurants are all within a mile walking distance. People are friendly, courteous and helpful.

I would have gone with 5 stars had the air conditioning unit not leaked down the hall into the kitchen and they had more parking. They fixed it only to leak again two days later. The next guy fixed it, but tossed dirty towels that soaked up the water in the hallway bathroom rendering it nasty and unusable. They sent housekeeping back in to clean up after maintenance. Nice location, my suite was overlooking the ocean and its all walking distance to the beach (merely step outside to watch a sunrise? Yes, thank you) and just over an hour into Disney, 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Older hotel, but kept clean! Nice staff.

We have been coming to Ocean Landings for nearly 25 years. This is a great place to enjoy oceanfront views of the sunrises, great beach just steps from our unit, two pools and a snack bar that boasts cold beers, drinks and a burger that can’t be beat. The towel service is handy and the staff are very helpful. There is a small gym but has what you need for a morning g workout.

I came here all my life with my parents and will now return on my own with friends, some of my best memories are from here! The staff is always nice, the rooms are really comfortable and clean and the beach is beautiful. 100% recommend.

Drove 3 hours to be told they dont have accomedations we reserved. I was obviously upset and they did absolutely NOTHING to correct it. I was given a standard Im sorry and nothing else. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere nicer for the same price. Its outdated and below average for what they charge.

The location from room to beach was only walking distance which was very nice. The pools? Eh, nothing special. The rooms? The rooms need to be updated and they also need a detailed cleaning. Looked like mold buildup on the shower doors. There was a dirty broom left in our room and the bedding was stained. The walls are thin so you can hear everything going on in your neighbors room. There wasnt much to do in the area. Not many restaurants. I was hoping for a better get away from home experience.

We stayed prior to our cruise in October. We had a great stay! The rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was great, just down from the port. We are going again in December and am planning on staying here again.

We have owned a timeshare here through our family for the past 20-25 years. This year it was only open to owners when we booked our stay and we ended up on the ground floor with a patio. I called the Thursday before we checked in to make sure we had a balcony and was told we did. Very dissatisfied, we could not even see the ocean only trees. There was a dead roach in one shower and there was water damage in the livingroom as well. Will not be back.

Very small kitchenette in room but common kitchen in building next to pool with 4 stoves and a half dozen grills. Has a comedy venue. Activities director and easy access to the beach. Two pools. Massage available.

So run down and tired. I called housekeeping in the morning for towels and was told someone would clean that day. Upon returning at 5:30, room had no towels or coffee for room machine. There was no one to take care of this after 5. Had to traipse over To housekeeping to pick up stuff for ourselves. Grimy sandy floors. Just needs a deep cleaning and updated. Bbq area and community kitchen area was a nice . Nothing memorable here except I want to go home...

Stayed here twice now before a cruise. Not too expensive. You do get what you pay for so dont expect luxury. Place needs to be updated but over all people are nice and its right on the beach. And my favorite part are the rooms not right on the beach. If you are on the first floor, you can park within 5 steps of your room!

We called and made a reservation. We were quoted a price and then they wouldnt honor it. We were told they couldnt do anything about the price. My family is an owner here for nore than 20 years. No commitment to current and future owners.

We own a time share here for the past 32 years. That is how long we have been coming to Ocean landings. We may live close to another beach but getting to stay a week on Cocoa beach and wake up to the view, is really nice. Cocoa beach is one of my favorite places locally. There is a lot to do here at the resort and locally. Me I like hanging out on the beach most of the time.

Absolutely fantastic resort. The price for room 211 cant be beat. Large condo, king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with utensils and cookware with a balcony that is to die for. Also, the place was clean, clean, CLEAN.

We had a nice comfortable stay here. No frills but its on the ocean. Its quite large and too much concrete for my tastes but it was a good value and had a beautiful beach.

Nice, clean room. We tried to check in early and we couldnt so they called us when our room was ready which was before the scheduled check in time! The room smelled great, is clean, and parking was not a problem. They have 2 pools, hot tub, pool side eatry and bar, arcade, playground l, its spacious and beachfront! Ill def stay here again.

Had to cancel my reservation due to the COVID restrictions. Couldnt get hold of the desk at first, when they finally replied to my email (phone wasnt getting through) it was past the day of the reservation. They said they could not refund me because they had proof that I had actually been there. Meanwhile Im in quarantine in Canada. When I objected, they said they would look into it. No response has been forthcoming

Enjoyed waking up and watching the sun rise. It was so beautiful. Than we had bagels with cream cheese, fresh boiled shrimp and a bloody Mary breakfast!

Charged $100 damage deposit not disclosed when booking online. Badly stained carpets walking up to the room. Years worth of chipped paint around the steel door entry that used a metal key. Dated style of the room. Registered my car at check in and they still ticketed me. No breakfast.

The location is key! It is a 3 minute walk to Seacrest Beach. One of the few public beaches that allow alcoholic beverages. Very family friendly beach. The pools on site are nice. The staff services could be more comprehensive and thorough. There is a definite feeling that you are putting people out when you request service. The front desk could use a couple lessons in hospitality. Getting info about local services was like pulling teeth. Requested housekeeping on a day that my room wasnt scheduled and was told where I can pick up more linens and coffee, therefore having to make my own bed. The rooms are decent with a quaint style. Beds are comfy.

5 stars for ocean front, only 4 stars for the other rooms. Two pools are nice. With many amenities for those who are interested. Rooms with direct views of the beach are nice and comfortable.

We come here for 7 days once to every year have had good times each and every time we come clean rooms courteous servers and Gregorys would go there and listen to the comedy at it has been a five-star event for us each and every time we comeWe have had a great time.

Came here for a Wedding this past November and the staff is super helpful. Only thing we had a problem with is that there was 2 HUGE dead cockroaches under our sink and they apologized for not removing them before our stay. The beach is beautiful and its centrally located so its easy to get whatever you need

Can you say bait n switch!! The pictures and description that saw showed for room I chose were not what the booked me for. I ended up in a 1 bedroom w/a kitchenette! That is Not what I was led to believe. When I brought this to their attention they openly admitted that their advertisement was misleading but that if Id like to upgrade to a full kitchen I could pay an additional $99 a night or if I attended a presentation I could pay $40! The beds were comfortable, room clean and well maintained although I regularly stay in more plush places for the same money.

This is a great place to stay on Cocoa Beach. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and it is right on the beach. I totally enjoyed seeing the sunrise here and walking along the beach and enjoying the pretty views. The service was good and I would stay here again when in this area.

Mom & Pops Bar and Grill at Ocean Landings Resort was very accommodating. For lunch, we had nice and sloppy Philly Cheese Steak Subs and Italian Sausage and Peppers Subs. Each were loaded with real mozzarella, a variety of grilled peppers and onions, and, per request, mayo. Awesomeness with sauce! I definitely want to do that again.

Ive been coming to Ocean Landings for twenty years. So down to earth, quiet and beautiful as it always has been.

Stayed here for the night before our cruise. Two pools and its right on the ocean. Loved it!

Our beds were very worn out and uncomfortable. We arrived at 3 am Monday morning. Both my husband and I have bad backs and arthritis. I could no longer sleep. After 3 days of trying to make the best of it, I decided to ask the mgmt if we could move to a more comfortable bed. Ours sloped to the middle. At first the front desk attendant said yes. They could move us to a different room. 4 hours later they called and said they had no record of my calling and refused to honor the original agreement that the front desk made. It is off season and we see plenty of vacant rooms in our bldg alone. I would not recommend this establishment unless you have a guarantee of a good guest accommodation

Just left Cocoa Beach and it was the best vacation. Our room was super clean, staff was super friendly and we got to watch a rocket launch from the beach. They had plenty of grills, picnic tables and plenty of kitchen supplies to assist with preparing meals. We will definitely be going back.

This timeshare resort is an established, no frills vacation spot, with direct access to the beach. It appears to have been maintained with minor updates/refresh (e.g. new paint) but no significant remodeling in years. Still, its a good value for the money and I will be back again next year. ..PLUS, cape Canaveral is just a few miles up the coast (OK, ten miles), and we were lucky enough to watch a rocket launch from the beach during our stay here.

Rooms need serious updating. Building C and D used to be condos or apartments. But given how much we paid for the rooms, i expected more modern lighting, places for devices to plug in, and a bedroom that didnt feel like grandmas
