The room is disgustingly dirty. Does anyone sweep these rooms? Id youre worries about covid, stay away...this could be where it started. I will dispute the charge for the room. Its gross. Stay away. My wife found these, and more throughout the room. Really? Arent things supposed to be cleaner now?

This place should be 5 stars across the board.Everything about it was perfect.We found our new vacation spot and cannot wait to come back! So sad to leave such a beautiful hotel and awesome service!!!WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This option is a cute little gem close to local beach for a quiet cocoa beach getaway. The rooms are recently remodelled and the staff are great. (Lou at the front desk was one of the most courteous people ever!) The only drawback was that our bed was too firm for us. Otherwise everything else was great. The lazy river pool is a unique little gem and the parking was plentiful.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights because our A/C was out. Everyone was kind. One lady at the front desk went to our room before we got there and put the A/C on 65 so we would be nice and cool. The kids loved the lazy river pool. Also, the beach rentals were free and included a beach wagon.

This hotel delivers. The location is spot on and the pool is amazing. No on-site food, but plenty of close options. Drinks at the bar did not seem to have much alcohol for paying 10 bucks per. The hotel offers free beach toy rentals. Security and staff were welcoming and on point.The hotel has been remodeled, but you can tell that corners were cut for the sake of speed, money, or both. The room had small sugar ants. The walls in the shower were not clean. The AC units are from the 90s as is the phone. (Irrelevant? Maybe.)Overall, I would return. However, at 179 per night, i would expect my room be at least clean.

When we arrived the room had obviously not been cleaned. The floor was dirty and I had to ask them to come sweep it. They brought up a broom and dustpan as they cannot have staff in the room while it’s occupied (covid). There was still a half empty Powerade in the freezer. On my last morning there, a roach crawled across the dresser *shudder*. There was a small bug in the bathroom that I thought was a baby roach but now, after seeing the itchy bumps on my feet, I think it may have been a bedbug. Not sure why I’m unable to attach photos, but I have photos of the roach and the dirty freezer.

Had a great stay here. The hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were reasonable priced and the staff was amazing. We had an excellent drink at the bar by Kimberly. She also recommended a phenomenal restaurant for dinner. The desk staff wSasextremely helpful. Yvonne was amazingly helpful at the front desk. She was extremely kind and patient. You cannot beat the amenities at this hotel! Pool, laundry, bar, free surf boards, bikes, umbrellas, and anything else for the beach. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel was nice size and had a lazy river pool! Had a movie night on the lawn. Room was clean and though not ON the beach (only one block away) the balcony view was beautiful at sunrise.

So for the location and the room price and size the resort is fantastic, Lou at the front desk makes the experience perfect! Thank you for providing reasonable and affordable accommodations for families. Again Lou was absolutely wonderful and great value for money.

Family friendly retro place with friendly staff. Great for kids with couch beds and lazy river. American Space Museum did a stargaze there.

Our room had a musty smell to it but we spent very little time in the room. The lazy river is great, lots of room for everyone to spread our and have a bit of privacy from other guest. Entertainment at the pool was great, cool vibes was the band playing while we were there. Everything we need was there, but if we needed anything there is close by shopping and restaurants. We are locals who just wanted a weekend out of the house and this was perfect for us. Just a nice relaxing weekend on the lazy river. The only down fall is checkin as at 4 pm and check out is at 11am.They have the option of of early check-in at noon for $25 or 9 am for $50.

We took our granddaughter there for her 16 th birthday weekend. Without a doubt one of my favorite places to stay. When we arrived we were greeted by the staff and a member of management. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The room was clean. The restaurant/bar was very nice, the food was good. This hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere. All respect the the staff and management, excellent hospitality.

Probably better for families. Need to clean rooms more thoroughly. PS bring your own hangers and dishes if you wanna use the kitchenette. Bar closes at 9 on a Saturday.

We stayed at this hotel for our annual Fathers Day trip and we had a blast! The pool and sand courtyard area were so great for the kids. We had some food and drinks at their pool bar and all was great, including the service!Rooms were clean, and we actually got to meet the GM of the hotel also. His name is Ed, super nice guy and wanted to make sure we were happy there and asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay any better. All was great and we will definitely be returning!

Its okay. The location is awesome! Walking distance to a bunch of stuff, restaurants, mini golf, beach etc.. the pool is new and really nice!The rooms leave alot to be desired.. it wasnt clean, the bathroom didnt have soap or towels, the bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way, the AC leaked inside the room. The pullout couch was soiled, and when I say soiled, it was CLEARLY NOT cleaned from an accident(SO GROSS) i probably wouldnt stay here again unless nothing else was available.

The hotel is nice, clean, the area is walkable, great pool, easy access to the beach, but be careful with his computer system. I did my reservation paid in full over the internet, on the check-in they charge me again the full price, I claimed and they promise me a refund, next day another charge on my bank account and for that reason got overdraft need to make a transfer, on the check-out they charge me a fee of $21.00 for my pet and one more time twice, now I have to wait 3 to 5 day for my refund, they could waive that fee as a courtesy for all the inconvenience, instead a got sorry was a computer error, you have to wait... I wont be there or recommend to my friends , keep a eye on your banks or credit card statements....

It is a big area. Walking distance to the beach. The rooms give a designer feel. The hard wood tiles are practical after a day at the beach. Has a cool snake like pool.

I was not aware there was free breakfast, but the room was fantastic. The pool was great and it was perfectly placed near our favorite beach access to go fish. They even had a pack & play for our 3 month old. We will definitely be back!

Start by saying I am in the hotel industry and have seen every kind of property conceived. My business is to remodel and install hotels for the past 16 years and travel the world doing so. Look past other negative reviews. For the tier hotel of Beachside, ownership and management are providing an excellent property for the area.Whenever I stay at a property I know the vendors they used for art, case goods, soft goods, etc. Beachside has done a very nice remodel of their property and in my option is one of the nicest hotels for its tier in Cocoa Beach.Pick a pool side room, enjoy the pool / lazy river / bar and grill, be close to the areas major attractions, and enjoy yourself. Negative reviews I have read are fake news, you are in Cocoa Beach not South Beach!

What an Amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big nice and clean. There new pool was a lot of fun and always the right temperature. Also a fast walk to the beach where they rent out tents chairs and surfboards.

Great Experience, Clean Suite, awesome lazy river! The hotel allowed you to rent a cart and other awesome beach equipment which made my beach experience great! Wonderful kind staff that will accommodate you if possible.

Positive: The hotel is a beautiful hotel. It is located only a block from thr Beach, which was nice. The room was very clean. Negative: One of the air conditioners didnt work in our room. Everything was good until checkout when I recieved my invoice. Which was $30 dollars higher than it should have been. Called hotel and fought to get it refunded. Still have as of yet to get it.

Stayed here Wed June 24th, I love the new renovations! The lobby was beautiful & the guy that checked us in around 10pm was very friendly & helpful! The lazy river was so cool! Great location close to the beach, restaurants an shopping!

Its wonderful, but not as good as our original spot.

Rooms were dirty (floors had dirt and bathtub had hair inside). At the pool there were never any pool towels available... doesn’t matter what time you would go. There was no housecleaning service with Coronavirus as their excuse.... So, that probably explains why rooms were filthy when we got there. And to top everything off there was a lovely Alarm test going on for 2 hours... Do I recommend? I’d say NO.

Where do I start. I stayed over Labor Day weekend. Upon first inspection the rooms look good and clean until you take a deeper look. There was mold, and I mean a lot of mold under the pull out sofa when I brought it to the front desk attention they said that the manager wasn’t in and that they couldn’t do anything for me however management will take care of it for me when then get in. Well it has now been several weeks since and I have not heard from management. I have left voicemails on both the assistant GM and the GMs voicemails, as they are never in the office. I would just like to say in these crazy times please stay safe and if you are looking for a clean and safe place to vacation this is not it.

We have had our last 4 reunions here. Starting with our 20th. We are now planning our 50th MIHS Class of 71. Michele our contact is still with the hotel along with Jodi. They are the best. Always made our reunions awesome. The hotel has gone through a lot. Viewed the venue today and they have put in 5.9 million in renovations and it is mind blowing. They are great for any occasion. We are booking the 50th for this time next year 2021. Cant wait and thanks for all you have done for us!!!

The smell of mold in 3 rooms where not gd at all we all had headaches until we got hme..an the last room we where in u rented it to another person an he walked in to my daughter geting undressed..

Stopped here for just an overnight visit. The pool is awesome. Rooms are tidy & cute.

Not impressed!! The ice maker had mold in it. One of the AC’s in the living room part blew hot air. Our room key was deactivated after the first day even though we stayed 2 nights. Then it deactivated again for no reason. Complete pain in the butt. There was hair upon arrival on the shower curtain and the pool is not a pool at all. Just a small lazy river. Will not be back!

Not worth the money. Reserved a partial ocean view suite, received a queen size suite with no view. When we complained, the front desk told us they would cancel our reservation and we could go somewhere else. Pool is smaller then it looks. Crowded and fairly dirty especially the elevator. Not enforcing social distancing that i could see.

These people scammed for $350 for a charge and upon reaching the management Mandy Hunter (reached her after 4 attempts and leaving messages to the team). I was declined any kind of support. Even though providing the evidence that charges were incorrect and fraudulent. She advise me that they can’t refund me willingly.

2 Stars for the room size for$189 my room should have been cleaned and smelling fresh instead it smelled like cat. I went across the street to Winn-Dixie to purchase Pine-Sol and Lysol to clean up floors dirty mirror dirty mold on the patio and on the inside.

Positive: The lazy river is awesome. Negative: The rooms are average. The bathroom is a very small space. In addition, we had a family staying next to our room with a dog. The dog barked ALL NIGHT LONG and into the early morning. We told the front desk but it was no help. The dog continued to bark :(

Positive: Location. Negative: Room appeared clean but had the stench of decades of smoking and humidity. It is constantly humid in Florida I have stayed in many hotels and condos around Cocoa Beach that do not have this problem. Also, my door lock failed despite 3 trips to front desk.

Front desk lady at check in very rude, believe her name is Yvonne from Ireland, will not return, overpriced rooms, Radisson have much better rooms and priced at 30-40% cheaper.

Despite being in an updated room things still werent clean especially in the bathroom. They looked dingy. Floors werent clean or swept. Hard to get around hotel with construction on property

Positive: The staff were excellent, accomodating, helpful, and a joy to talk with during breakfast, which was plentiful and filling. Negative: Major renovation was taking place. In the future, the rooms and each of the areas guests will utilize will be wonderful. The QI is 2 blocks from Ron Johns and the beach. Restaurants are close - within walking distance if youd like. Great location.

Positive: Location. Although their pool area is under construction they have worked out an agreement with other properties to use their pool facilities. Negative: The place is currently under construction and the odd rooms that face the pool area face are facing a large unsightly fence/tarp covered construction site. I found it a little uncomfortable walking alone from the room to my vehicle.

Positive: Floor was dirty and so was the shower But NO NOTICE of the hotel undergoing SIGNIFICANT construction / renovations. ALL INTERIOR ROOMS should be closed since they pose a threat to safety of the guests - plus they start work first thing in the morning. Negative: Leaves a very bad cloud over Quality Inns not living anywhere up up the name. Also, no management watching. Guests should not compete with the construction workers coming in to get free breakfasts.

The location of this property was extremely convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. The lazy river and the Duck Dive bar we’re both great! The rooms have been remodeled to reflect an adorable retro beach/surf theme. The only drawback are the bathrooms. It seems as if the remodel stopped there. I’m hopeful this adorable boutique hotel will complete the renovation and upgrade the really outdated bathrooms.

The pool area was amazing! So inviting and my son loved the lazy river.Our only problem was the first 2 rooms we were offered smelt moldy & musty... so I asked for a different room. After the 3rd room, they offered to upgrade me to a suite (super thoughtful & I appreciate it) but even that room smelt a bit musty but not nearly as strong as the smaller rooms.Eventually we got “used” to the smell and we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Just took us over an hour to actually get settled into a room!

No complaints. The room was nice! And the price alone made everything even more enjoyable. The pool is really nice! So close to the beach.

The lazy river was cool and we really liked the location!

I paid $94 for a Tuesday night stay, but this was a $50-60 stay, at best. Room was clean, although the chemicals they use are very strong. It was a bit hard to breathe easily when I first got there. Problem was with service. Although there were not many guests according to the agent, he wouldnt switch me from a 2Q room to a K room without charging me and addtl $15. Instead, he gave me a pool view which did me no good since I checked in after 9p. I asked for late check out and he said I could have noon, but he forgot to put it in the system so I got a phone call at 10:58a seeing if I was checking out. Although the hotel was pretty empty, I was put in a room with a constantly running toilet and with guests on the other side of the adjoining door. They were banging doors, taking a shower, and using the blow dryer from 2:45a-3:30a. Not sure why with so many open rooms they put me in an adjoining room. When I complained at checkout, I got an apology but nothing more. I was told the GM was off the property but the a.m. agent would have him/her call me. That was more than 24 hours ago and nothing. With so many hotels needing the business, I dont expect to go back to this hotel.

Great stay! Awesome lazy river pool! Complimentary beach rentals(surf boards, boogie boards, bicycles, wagons, beach chairs, and umbrellas! Only complaint was a bit of a musty smell(very close to the water) needed a dehumidifier

Positive: The staff is friendly and very helpful. I stay at this hotel several times a year because of the service I receive there. I enjoyed the remodeled pool area. Negative: The only problem I saw with my stay was that there wasnâ€t a microwave in the room.

Very nice! They did an excellent job updating the hotel. I always think i have to stay beachfront but the walk was very short and convient. They also provide wagons, chairs, umbrellas, toys, bikes etc for free! The pool area, lazy river, pool side grill and bar are really what makes this place great! Will definitely return.

All was well, checkin went great, the lady at the front desk was amazing. The lazy river and outdoor was beautiful. The room was okay. Definitely not 134$ worth, musty and mildew smelling. Went to lay down before driving a 14 hour drive and to my surprise was a cockroach, just chilling on my pillow. Things were great until then, the night staff was rude and laughed when we came in about the roach. When I walked away to figure things out, and came back out of the room, the pillow and dead roach were gone from the outside of my door. It was very clear they didn’t want any remnants of the roach for others to see. Way too much money for the condition of the room. Ended up staying in a different room free of charge, but seemed like it was pulling teeth to do so. 10/10 do not recommend going here.

We picked this hotel because of the lazy river pool and it did not disappoint. It was very clean and well kept up. There was a little sand area to play in ir relax and read. They even supplied huge inter tubes for the pool and beach towels. Upon check in the morning receptionist was super nice, informative and very friendly. Not to mention her accent brought a smile to our faces. Every morning there is a grab n go breakfast waiting at the front counter.The room its self smelled very musty when we turned on the air-conditioning. Then after a few minutes the smell seemed to disappear.We had a 2 queen room and it was so cute. The decor was nit the standard beach hotel look. It was beachy but, done very custom and cute. The accent was was painted 3 different colors and the headboards were super cute, the light betwern the beds was unique snd there was a long bench in our room and hooks on the wall that were nautical hooks all 3 or 4 painted in the wall colors. Just a really nice and unique touch to make the room cute. The beach is at the end of the hotel across ftom a little street but, walk dont drive theres no parking. Its also next to Ron Jons Surf Shop and upon check in they also give you a discount card to use there.If we were not moving to the area we would definitely stay there again. Id recommend it to anyone its also quiet.

Great location. Coffee maker had old coffee in it from the last guest. We would have enjoyed the place better if we had kids. We didn’t use the pool because it was way too crowded and too many kids for us to enjoy but we loved being so close to the beach.

The rooms were not clean and had a horrible odor. The pool security guard was over the top with his job (asking us to leave because I had a backpack cooler (which wasnt actually filled with ice but rather used as a bag to carry towels, sunscreen, and water). Management was not helpful when I called to discuss my concerns. The location was great (right across the street from the beach). I would not stay here again.
