Great place to stay. Location is within walking distance to so many places. However, you dont even need to leave the resort...pool...hot tub...movie theater...Mexican restaurant...game room...we love it here. The staff at the front desk are all super nice and helpful. The beach access is private. Everything was super clean.. Great place to stay for the week or just a weekend.

Really awesome spot for the price! Would definitely be back if the opportunity presented itself. They have suggestions for any activity you might be curious about. The bedding in the rooms was so comfortable. The living room area in the two bedroom was spacious and the back balcony was perfect. The pool was packed and looked nice. We didn’t use it. The local surf school was just down the road so we took advantage of that instead.

5 Star Resort. This resort has everything you could want. Pool, hot tub all handicapped accessible. There is a Mexican Restaurant on site with great selections. You can even go to the movies on site.

What a nice resort. It is also very attractive looking. The condo units have a mix of old and colorful new furnishings which gives it a Florida charm. The condos and resort are very clean. The staff sanitize all pool furniture and the lobby frequently. Mindy at the front desk is excellent. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Mindy stopped us in the lobby several times to check to ensure we were having a great time. This is definitely a comfortable resort.

This place is awesome!!! Its a great place to vacation with the family...the staff is awesome and helpful and there are a lot of activities that take place right on the resort property...they have a game room, a theater, and a great gym just to name a few...we will definitely be going back!!!

I like it here. The staff is friendly enough and there is a suggestion that face coverings be worn within the buildings. Outside at the pool or inside the restaurant it is not required. There appears to be a new boardwalk to the beach which is very nice. The wifi could uae some help. Not getting a strong signal in the room which a speed test was below 10 and even was at 1 for a short time. All in all this is a nice place and the front desk staff is friendly and will help you with almost anything.

The resort is very nice and clean as well as the rooms. The check-in ladys are friendly and courteous. Live music and bar by the pool area is also nice too. The only problem we had is the pool police harassing guest about drinking in the pool. I mean come on, its plastic cups and people are just trying to have a good time! I dont see the problem in it! Please change that rule so we as guest can enjoy our stay better.

This place was excellent. They did their best to follow covid19 rules. The pool and beachfront were not very crowded and nicely maintained. We also liked pool bingo and their game room. The room itself was excellent.

Great deal!!! As soon as we walked through the door we realized we found the right spot. We are local and like to bounce around and check out the hotels on the beach. This place checks every box. The costumer service with Lori at the front desk was amazing and she helped us with all of our needs, the food was great at the restaurant, and the room was spectacular! Can’t wait to go back!

I havent used or stayed at the resort. Although the lobby has been redone and is nice.We go to the Mexican restaurant Azteca in the resort. Great people, great food and awesome margaritas!

This Resort is absolutely incredible. Price was great for the condo we stayed in and amenities were perfect. Beach access was easy and rental beach equipment if needed. The restaurant onsite is family owned and operated with incredible prices and a Mexican cuisine. (American favorites if want also) Food was amazing including the service. Perfect location minutes from anything in Cocoa Beach including World renowned Ron Jons Surf Shop. Looking for a great family place to stay in Cocoa Beach stay at The Resort on Cocoa Beach.

I rented a room, and I asked the front desk for the designated smoking areas, which she guided me to the pool area. When I was caught out there by the security guard and threatened to be kicked out, I explained the front desk directed us out there. DAVE the security guard kicked us out at 930 pm saying the pool was closed. Even though the pool states or closes at 1130. He said it was due to a storm but we sat outside for over an hour and there wasnt any lightening or thunder. Dave and the front desk staff were so rude we couldnt even ask a question. For the money you pay for these rooms, you would think you would get better service.

The property is nice, but does need some tlc in some areas. The room we stayed in had a chipped balcony floor that needed to be redone. The room smelled very musty and had to be aired out our first night. There was no kitchen garbage can either. Our experience with reception was hit and miss. Several employees were very pleasant and hospitable, but one employee was rude to us. I also feel like a 10am check out is earlier than it should be. 11am or Noon would be better.Thanks pool is nice. It is heated. There is also a hot tub, tennis courts and basketball court. There is free parking. The beach area is nice, but lacks chairs for your use, unless you rent them (when we were there, no one was manning the rental station, so you couldnt get a chair if you even wanted to pay for it).This hotel is a time share environment, which has its pros and cons. We witnessed numerous tours being given, all chalked full of masked hard-sell sales pitches.The location is nice. There is a restaurant onsite and a pool bar. Prices are more reasonable than many other resorts Ive been to.The rooms were clean. There was a fair bit of noise that could be heard coming from both inside and outside of the suite. The doors are thin and do not block much noise from the inner hallway, even when the door is shut.There is a game room, with pool and some video games. There is an outdoor shuffleboard and ping pong table. There are some sand toys for kids available on the boardwalk area.There were many man of War washed up on the beach, so be aware of your surroundings before entering the ocean or planting your feet on the beach.Overall, this is a place I would consider coming back to, but didnt wow me enough to necessarily not also look elsewhere for options.

I am a proud owner of this great place! I have had my ODD and EVEN time shares for about 5 years and I LOVE EVERY BIT OF IT!! I live in florida so i use it for its amenitites! We go down often to park and go to the AZTECA Restaurant! I love the live music and updated lobby its a great place to be happy that you are alive!!!

This is a really nice resort. Staff are very courteous, security is very visible and despite the age of the building still looks great. With Corona 19 some of the usual things that are offered are not available unless you bring your own equipment. We have been coming for close to 21 years and still find it a place to enjoy our adult children and relax without the pressure to spend lots of money or do things. We have tried other resorts but always come back to this one. They have a low turnover rate for staff which makes it seem like visiting family each year.

Excellent.Our suite was on the sixth floor, on a corner with a few more windows than the others.The staff is quite nice and lobby is lovely, with a waterfall feature and comfortable furniture all around.The elevators are fairly quick to get to the other floors.There is a restaurant inside, mostly Mexican foods but also burgers, chicken, shrimp, steak, and a kids menu. Nice! And cocktails, too.A games room and theater inside, tennis and pickleball outside over a parking section.The suites are condos, so bring you own foods, plates, cups, etc., though our unit did have a coffee maker, silverware, and basic pans.Parking is adequate with reserved part for restaurant patrons.Check out the great pool area!This is the best place where we have stayed on our various long weekend mini vacations to Cocoa Beach.It is popular, so reserve well in advance of your intended visit!

What a GREAT stay!! Very spacious 2 bd/2ba condo. It was only my husband & I, but next booking we will absolutely bring the our grown kids & grandaughter. Lots to do for everyone, movie theater (up-to-date movies all day/evening), game room, pool activities, 2 bars (1:Tiki Bar; 2: in the resturaunt), lovely board walk to the beach, i mean all the way to the beach & they also lend wheelchairs designed for the beach. Perfect view of the SpaceX launch. Grocery store less than a block away. Will return for sure!!

Resort was very nice for our short family stay with the kids. Even though we had a partial ocean view room, we could sit on the balcony and watch the waves. Nice pool area with fun activities. Boardwalk to beach was great as well. Recommended!

The pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and movie theater are amazing! The poolside music and games were so much fun! The beach was spectacular. Customer service was great. Only *complaints were that the sofa was pretty shabby and there is no housekeeping. Someone comes midway through your week long stay to freshen up and thats it. Other that that, loved this property, have recommended it and will absolutely be back!

This resort is so much fun! We love that there is something for all ages. The staff is friendly, the pool is great and in the past year they have worked on a refreshed lobby and boardwalk. Great views and distance from the beach.

Beautiful resort with great amenities. There is a fun splash pad, pool and hot tub. Games/activities daily. Bar by the pool and restaurant on the main floor. Easy access to the beach with showers to wash off sand. One of our favorite places to visit!

Everything was great. Very clean rooms and common areas. Staff was very friendly and accommodating so for all that I would recommend. My two knocks on it are the pool bar closes too early (5pm) and theres a ridiculous rule not allowing you to sit around the pool with your feet in the water and have a drink (or food - which I can understand more). You have to be 4 away from the pool. To me, Im on vacation and I like to sit in the water and have a few drinks and socialize (and monitor kids). Ive been to enough resorts to know this isnt the norm, but whatever. Not a big deal to some Im sure, but for me its enough reason for me to look elsewhere bc with 4 kids were at the pool a lot.

The Resort on Coco beach has been our family vacation spot for at least 4-5 years. My kids love the beach every time we meet up with their grand parents here. It’s always a week well spent.

One of the best place to stay in Cocoa Beach!!! We come here every other year and we have the best time of our life. Great amenities, the pool area have a tiki bar that u can order frozen drinks and food. If u don’t feel cooking there a Mexican restaurant with happy hours.

Nice resort in a great location. The front desk wasn’t very friendly at check in and the security guards took their job way to serious. We spent two nights here and must have been approached by security at least 5 times a day. Great access to the beach and decent pool and spa.

This Resort is a time share of my host, this is the second year in a row that I visit. I was very impressed with the finished look of the renovated lobby entrance. The resort has a pool, hot tub,basketball court,tikibar, access to the beach within a few feet and a Mexican Restaurant in the lobby. There are many great mom & pop restaurants along the strip that I will definitely recommend for breakfast & dinner. Darcis Bacon Blues for good ol southern breakfast, very well worth your money. Barrier Jacks for breakfast- lunch or dinner, you may wait a little but its worth the wait, if any and definitely a food experience that you will be satisfied with & brag about..

This all-in-one resort is an excellent timeshare and resort to take your family. If theres any part that recommends this wonderful timeshare and hotel, they have a built-in mini movie theater. A top notch bar and mex restaurant, luxurious pool and hot tub and a good maybe great staff. Down side is the cold unaccomadating front desk which is not run by the resort but the timeshare company trying to sell. Get by this and youll have a great time.

This was our second time staying at The Resort on Cocoa Beach. We love the ocean front 2 bedroom apartment, because it has an awesome view of the beach and the covered deck is large enough for a table and 4 chairs. We enjoyed eating outside looking at the ocean.Be sure and ask for a unit with the master bedroom facing the beach (which we had the first time), or your master bedroom window will open to the outer hallway (which has more noise and no sunshine, which is what we had this time). The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and there is a Publix grocery store right across the street.

This was our first time staying at this place. It was fantastic! Staff was so helpful and nice. Amenities were awesome! Pool is fantastic, live music every day, poolside bingo and trivia was so much fun! The movies at the movie theater were such a nice perk! The view from our huge balcony off the master and living room (we had an ocean front suite), were spectacular! Only complaints are that the sofa was pretty shabby and theres no daily housekeeping. We will definitely be back!

My family enjoys the resort very much! We have stayed here twice. We stayed at the resort in April 2019 in a partial view 8th floor unit; and then in October 2019 stayed in a 4th floor ocean view. They were both very clean, and have the typical 2 bdrm timeshare/condo layout. This is a timeshare resort, and your floor is NOT guaranteed if you are not an owner. In my opinion, that is the only drawback. Its very safe, security on the property, locked gates etc. My kids loved playing in the pool with the multiple other kids, taco tuesdays at the pool, and so much more! The views are really incredible of the Indian River, Port Canaveral, and also NASA.

We’ve had a great time, every time we’ve been there. It needs some updating (which they are working on right now), but it’s a safe, clean place for family fun! We’ll definitely go back!

Very nice resort in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Great access to the beach and decent pool and spa. The weather wasnt as warm as I would have liked but that certainly wasnt their fault. It was a very quiet and relaxing week. The only thing that could have made it better is if I had a full ocean view. I had a North facing unit with a partial view of the ocean and the Banana River. I would definitely go back.

Most amazing land resortWe have been to lately. Worse part was only being there for two days prior to our cruise. We are already looking to return. Very handicap accessible, friendly and very accommodating staff. Helped us find emergent care for one of our travelers. Also let us checkout late to see the rocket launch on our departure day. We will definitely be back. If I could rate this place 100 out of 10 I would.

It is great! Free towel rental, pool, hot tub. Fun beach, ok arcade, nice clean comfy room. Dont know what else to say. I miss the old beach theme style but the new one is clean.

Wonderful Place for family vacations, my father, mother and self have been going to the resort for, 11 years. Then when I got married, my wife, an our family have been coming here for the last four years. Its older, but the owners have remodeled recently. The Resort, has a gym, in-house small theater, Kid friendly, and arcade . The pool is clean and really nice. Plenty to do in various parts of the resort. Not to mention beautiful beach access. An location is close to Kennedy space center. Not to mention Lots of nice places to explore around cocoa and really cool shops.The staff is friendly, helpful and if there is ever a problem with the room their maintenance team is quick and very professional.I can-not say enough about how wonderful it is to visit The Resort on Cocoa Beach. Lots of fun to be had, and wonderful memories.

It wasnt bad, and over all we got a lot of space for the price, but we had to switch rooms because of some mold in our first suites bathrooms, then they incorrectly programmed our keys after the room switch so we were locked out of our room right after I had just finielshed running a marathon, which made the process even more exhausting and frustrating. They also dont come by and clean your suite or give you fresh towels during your stay, which we werent aware of before we booked, so youre expected to wash your own towels, which I feel like I should not have to be responsible for at a hotel since I am paying hundreds of dollars a night.

Where do I start? The Resort on Cocoa Beach is just wonderful. Were about to set sail in a week for our third visit in 12 months. The place is spotless and even smells good. No weird hotel smells in this place. Everything has easy access and well thought out. Large pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis, gym, gameroom and fast elevators. The inhouse Mexican restaurant has excellent food. Lots of generous parking. The boardwalk to the beach is in new condition. Hold out for an ocean view stay and see the moon/sunrise. Trust me when I say, Im not easy to please and I cant find a thing to complain about with this resort.

Clean rooms. Very connected

This is a very clean and nice place to stay. All the amenities are wonderful. I ran into 2 incidents. 1. Lady at the front desk at night on Super Bowl evening was loud and rude. 2. Beds were so hard, I had to go purchase a mattress topper with cushion. I was waking up every morning in pain due to the hard bed.

#cocoabeach lots of stuff to do here besides the awesome beach. Plenty of seafood and other great restaurants to go to. Great shopping at Historic Cocoa Bwach and down in Melbourne.

This resort is five minutes to the beach, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable, everything was very clean and ready for us when we got there, we have an exchange on towels on Wednesday was not able to be there because going to Disney world,but came back into our room and they had refreshed our room with new towels and even made our bed for, that was a nice surprise, fridge kept our food cold and produce plenty of ice, all of the help were very courteous and kind and wanted to help us anyway that makes it, I would recommend this place for your next visit, everything was working properly and the tub was it was jatted

The beach and the pool were nice. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated and the furniture was somewhat worn looking. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, especially in the master bedroom. Everything was very clean, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. All of the staff was very friendly.

All was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Free donuts on Wednesday monring was a really nice touch.

Staff were really friendly, they couldnt do enough for the kids (lending free bucket and spades etc). We tried to extend, but sadly there was no space. Thanks for making it a nice break.
