I have been here several times and this time unless big improvements are made and will never come back. I get the pandemic and things have been closed but rooms should be cleaned before they are rented out. The mold in this place was disgusting. Mold in between doors and light fixtures. two of the lights didnt work and the phone didnt even work. and the TV in the room next door was left on by the people that had rented it the night before period my daughter had to call at 2:00 in the morning and have somebody turn the TV off which means they never even went in that room to clean it when the people checked out. The coffee creamer and sugar were like concrete because they havent been changed out. And the grounds were just filthy. It makes me so sad because this place used to be awesome. You cannot use this pandemic for uncleanliness. Which was the excuse of the lady at the front desk. Yikes.

Photos on the International Palms website were not an accurate reflection of the room we actually stayed in. The hotel needs major updates or repairs. Paint can only cover up so much and it still feels dirty. Slept in our clothes and threw out our socks. Door didn’t even close all the way and you can see that someone tried to force their way into the door at some point. The entry is from the outside with a large window to the outside. Also, has some rather scary gross outdoor walkways between/under buildings.The resort portion isn’t bad. They have a decent kids pool area. Beach access is great, you just can’t see it from your room. Fire pits are nice addition. Hotel outdoor bar and restaurant are the best part. Great staff (Josh is amazing at the bar!) and really good food.The staff are by far the best quality of the resort. Super friendly and seem to be doing the best they can with what they have.We heard a rumor that they plan to tear down the motel rooms within the next few years and rebuild - hopefully they keep the same staff!

Discussing rooms. No housekeeping service due to Covid. Not sure why. Front desk said Covid was “airborne”. Rooms old not clean, pool was closed. Total garbage place. Pictures online are 10 years old. Avoid this place at all costs !!!

Great food I love the shrimp especially. Not precooked. Fresh everytime. I also like the egg rolls. Pretty tasty.

We love the Inter. Natl. Palms resort! Walk right out to the beach and also a giant pool and kiddie water park. We usually get the loft which is very spacious. Game room also here with a few decent games.

Location was great. The bar was superb however, the rooms are terrible. Filthy, run down. You get what you paid for I guess. Staff was nice. We checked out less than 12 hours upon arriving due to the rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable so I gave it 2 stars.

The staff gave me the wrong room. I asked for a handicapped room with a walk in shower, confirmed it twice before I got here and they gave me a regular room. Handicapped parking is a joke, because the handicapped rooms are nowhere near the parking areas. Theres black mold in the bathroom and when told someone about it, they sent a maintenance person who just covered it up with caulking.Went and ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was overpriced for what you got. The pickles had a fishy taste to them and they didnt even serve tea. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!P.S.....Found out from housekeeping today, that they are tearing down thg his place next April, because of the black mold.

Both Pools are awesome, there are never any towels so bring your own. Rooms are regular rooms bed is very comfy. Close to the beach.

This place was awesome! The ppl at the front desk were pleasant, even the maintenance men were nice to my son who’s birthday it was and the property was so convenient to everything. We literally walked up the pathway right onto the beach the property was worn down bc of a bad storm a few days before we got there which was not their fault but all the staff tried their best to make it presentable.

The resort is a little run down and old but the staff is very accommodating! The pool was great and my kids had a great time in the kiddie area.

Had an awesome time here, with plenty of activities to do right at the resort or nearby. The resort is the perfect location being right on the beach. The staff were all very friendly. On problems we encountered were with the cable what was extremely fuzzy, which we were told That they were unable to get clear due to signal. I also think it would help guests to feel more safe, if you had security guards on the premises checking out various locations on the property. We will definitely be returning next year again for vacation.

International palms Cocoa Beach staff is always exceptional very polite very kind every single time Ive been there. The rooms are always clean. It may not be the fanciest of resorts however it has all of the amenities you could ask for and more it is the complete package You never technically have to leave the hotel. For the price plus the great staff the best bang for your buck

This was a really decent hotel. It was located right on the beach, they had a pool a bar and a restaurant. For a two-day stay I only paid$144. So that being said I cant complain too much, it does definitely needs to be updated and I wish the restaurant actually stayed open until dinner time. But to be honest I went in the room with a Lysol wipe and cleaned the entire room before unpacking and my Lysol wipe was almost clean.! The pool was nice but of course we spent most of our time at the beach. And the front staff were very nice. Definitely would stay here again.

I left my makeup bag (I do realize that is my fault). When I called they found it and charged me $17 to ship it. When received it was completely empty. Whoever found it took all of my expensive makeup and brushes out. I called and was told to call back the next day for the head manager. When I finally spoke with him he said he would come me back by 3pm. I have yet to receive a call back and I do not feel I should have to keep calling them. Horrible to steal someones stuff but handled even more poorly. We come here every year, as it was my husbands and my first trip ever together years ago. We will def be staying elsewhere in cocoa from now on. The place is falling apart, we were just loyal due to our history there. Sad.

Rooms look like they were glues together by a 5yr old and maintained by his younger brother.A/C make a ton of noise and doesn’t cool. All the walls shake when some walks or another room opens or closes a door.Spend you money elsewhere..

Room we got was not the room we booked, elevator smelt horrible and no ac. Shower worked on hot only then handle broke. Remote for TV didnt work.....staff is super rude especially the reservation specialist as she calls her self. No hot tub. .. ..definitely not as advertised. Have stayed many times and never had issues. This time things have gone down hill MAJORLY.....it is sad

Would be 5 stars if the room quality was better. Bugs in the room, such as ants and stuff. Didnt find roaches or bed bugs, thank God. A/C unit is old, could see mold in it, which causes a muggy smell. Everything about this place screams old and running down. But everything is around the area, beach near by, bar there is great for being outdoors and spending time with family. Had band one of the nights spent there. I had a good time for the vacation, just wish the room was a lot better. They need to remodel the whole thing, update, and clean up the whole area. I honestly wouldnt recommend staying here unless you just wanna save money and can fight the staff to deep clean your room, provide a new couch pull out bed and new mattresses. Showers and bathrooms were horrible too.

The location was great but the resort needs a makeover. The ac in the room didnt work that great. The hot tub was not cleaned.

I stayed here for a week in mid-Jan. I knew this wasnt a 5 star resort. That being said, It was a decent place to sleep and relax in the warmth! The staff was helpful whenever we needed anything! The Tiki Bar is great place to relax in the ocean breeze after a day of running around like a tourist or a day at the beach! I found it to be quite a bargain for the week!!! If you require 4 or 5 stars, you need to spend the money! ILL BE BACK as often as I can!!!

Thank goodness we only stopped here for one night. This hotel is more of a motel. The pictures must be edited to look their very best. Maybe a long time ago this was a nice place to stay but those days are long gone. It smelled like someone had smoked in our room at some point. The furniture seemed very old and outdated. Also No one was wearing a mask except myself and family. Cocoa beach in general seemed to not have many wearing masks and there wasn’t much around that made me want to come back. The Ron Jon surf shop was probably the only highlight of this stay.

The property is rundown and very dirty. The pool was full of dirt and black slime.Resort offers NO breakfast at all while the resturants on property are closed monday through friday. Maid service is horrible. Maids were late and lazy. Phones in the room did not work. Keys and locks sometimes worked. I will never come back. Ever!

Its definitely a budget place. The outside looks pretty rough. The inside of most rooms have been updated... But still a little rough around the edges. It has cool amenities. Theres a super fun kids pool, restaurant on the beach on-site, fire pits for roasting marshmallows, and basketball and tennis courts. If you get it for a discounted rate its worth it.

Nice big kiddy area at pool for kids along with. Big adult pool. And pool side bar. There is also a volley ball net and basketball courts.

Enjoyed the pool while visiting a friend. Her room looked clean and nice. The door in the bathroom wouldnt shut though, weird.Had a blast at the pool, thankful it was warm and clean.

This is the second time this hotel has charged a deposit of $50 and when charges cleared the bank our deposit wasnt returned. Our charge was supposed to be charged$371.85. Was charged $424.37 and cleared bank at this amound so kept deposit plus charged us $58.54 for something on top of the other charges that we never authorized. Had to dispute with the bank in order to get our deposit back. Be careful and make sure you check out with this hotel and ask for a receipt so that you get your deposit back and that you arent charged charges to your room and also to your credit card on file because this is what this hotel is doing charging room and credit card on file so double charging and has done twice to uso nce in May 2020 and now September 7 2020

Incrediblely relaxing , friendly family atmosphere!!!! Absolutely Loved the Loft. The kids had a BLAST in the kids swim area and made alot of friends. I would Definitely recommend this place and we are definitely coming back!!!!

We had a great stay here for our anniversary. We stayed at the Hilton one night and regretted spending the extra money because this was everything we needed and more! They have a huge pool, kids swim area with slides and a hot tub. There is an arcade with a lot of games, basketball court and volleyball. There are also gas fire pits scattered around the resort. The hotel is dated but well kept. The bar had two stories and they have live music on Fridays and Saturdays. We were pleased and plan to return with the kids!

Its a little run down, but great if you have kids. They start remodel next year. The food prices at the beach side restraunt are outrageous so definitely dine out. Access to beach is free. Had a blast and Cody at front desk was great!!! Thank you!!

Amazing place to stay.. we had a little trouble with our first room. But they gladly moved us into a better room at no extra charge.. Never had any trouble with the housekeeping, changed sheets every other day new towels every day. The beach access was amazing a few hundred feet from the room.. Amazing on site restaurants and bars. Pool is amazing with kids swimming area, and a tucked away spa. Along with game room, tennis courts, cornhole, basketball, volleyball, ect amazing amenities... would definitely recommend..

The bar was great, but the place is rundown. They charge an exorbitant resort fee, but havent repaired the spa in over a year! Ridiculous!

As a Florida native, Ive spent a lot of time in beach hotels over the years. We picked this place because of the amazing amenities, including a really cool kids water play area (due to the virus, most things were closed though). We had breakfast at Mambos (on-site restaurant/bar), cool setup but the weather kind of ruined it. The food was ok (not even close to great) but the breakfast was one option only. Our room...king with pull out couch. It had all that we needed except water pressure, towels, a draining tub and the water ran all night. Im not sure anyone in the room was actually clean after bathing. Overall if the room had been a little nicer I think we would return on a weekend with nicer weather & when everything was completely open. Also Cocoa Beach has a temporary ban on alcohol on the beach to deter large gatherings yeah, right. Ive never been to a more crowded beach in my life. It was ridiculously crowded and between the weather, lack of alcohol & Ranger Rick literally looking in your cup every 5 minutes it really sucked. But back to the hotel, it was a cool idea but totally overpriced.

Cody was exceptional. He was very welcoming and has fantastic customer service. Sean the tiki bar bartender was also fantastic! The hotel itself was just OK it is real run down and in need of repairs and cleaning.

I loved it here. I hope to come back to this amazing place. The beach was excellent. The Falcon 9x launch awe inspiring. The staff at the resort, friendly and welcoming. We met so many great people here we fell in love with this place. I cant recommend it enough. The pool is great and the music and atmosphere of the area, only makes me imagine how incredible it will be in the summer. Thank you so much.

Lobby is nice but once we got into the room things turned. Not sure if it was just our room or what but had a very weird smell. Drywall had holes and tears in it. The tv channel guide had writing on it from previous guests. Found strands of hair on the pillow. When we woke up we noticed the sheets were stained in multiple places. The pull out couch looked like it’s been there for ages. Overall not a great experience. Stayed at the beach and pool side more because of it. Definitely don’t recommend and will not be back.

We stayed at this resort, 7 years ago. It was clean and the rooms were really nice. This time we stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were dated and wood peeling on the bed, lots of dirt all over the floors when we arrived. Only got housekeeping 1 time, cigarette butts and trash all over the hot tub area and grounds. Hot tub wasnt even working. People were smoking everywhere even in areas there are signs posted no smoking. Just turned into a really trashy place. Will never stay there again.

Huge hotel resort right on the beach.Rooms were fine and spacious,no issues at all. Nice pool area and pool bar,2 restaurants one being Mambos Beach Bar just steps from the beach. Great food and decent drink prices . Shuttle service worked well as we had to go to Cape Canaveral port for a cruise. I see this hotel has received a lot of bad reviews , but not from our group. Feel free to pay much much more across the street , but for us. This was a pleasant bargain ! Very helpful staff, conference centers available, right there on the beach....

Wonderful place and staff. Doug was very accommodating and helpful. Taneshia at the Breakfast Spot was awesome and very informative about local events and spots. Cody was amazingly helpful as well getting us ramps for our friends loft and anything else we needed. We will definitely return

We are here for the week. When I booked over the phone no mention that the bars, and restaurants would not be open. The price doesn’t seem to reflect these amenities being closed. The floor in the Jr Suite is dirty, can’t walk without shoes. The first room we booked was the Villa and was suppose to be ocean front however the room was not so we had to be moved. The pullout sofa had a dirty sheet on it when I opened it. The outside shower barely works, there are a couple but only was works (barely)

The hotel is VERY outdated!!! Bed, a/c, fridge were AWFUL. Staff wasnt very friendly at front desk. The maintenance man was the BEST part of the stay. The pool bar staff was very nice but the margarita was sub par. It is close to everything.

I liked it. Its great for families with smaller children. I loved that I could walk to the beach!! They met my expectations food drink and pool on site. Amazing habitat and also go to see a rocket launch.

Expedia pictures need to be updated there not the real pictures they need to do some remodeling asp I was very disappointed the tv dint work and there was huge Cockroachs in the room . I told front desk they said there were going to send housekeeping to clean and they did go in the room and dint even clean it . I wouldn’t recommend unless they get new management and do a lot of updates it’s to bad because the property has a lot of potential

We went here for a Birthday get together. The adult group as well as the kids group had a BLAST! There was a game room, gym, hot tub, pool, and even a sunken pirate ship for the younger kids. They also had a basketball court, volleyball court, and tennis court. Complete with a restaurant and bar, a smores fire pit area and even beach access.

I had a good time. The room was decent, clean, but no towels! The outside staff tended to seem kinda surly. Front desk staff were much nicer...Pool is great, but because bar is closed there was nothing even kinda close by where you could get water, drinks, or anything...This seems to lack foresight..

Built in the 1950’s, I don’t think this place has been updated since 1964.The door to the room was challenging to open and stuck pretty good. It does not close well either without slamming it. TOLERABLE.They tried to make it look updated with some paint and throwing in a newer TV but the cable did not work. NOT COOL!You can actually see into another room if you look through the fan in the bathroom, which is NOT COOL! The fan does not even work.There is a large amount of rust on the walls behind the door and a lot of chipped paint on the lower walls. With a large gap between the trim and the floor in a futile attempt to update somewhat. Then they tried to move some furniture to cover it up. The floor is peeling. TOLERABLE.The shower is very narrow, I hope your not claustrophobic. The shower floor seems to have been repaired from the broken fiberglass and has left a couple of semi-sharp edges on the tub floor. NOT COOL! People should not even be in that tub. The handle doesn’t even shut off all the way. You have to just turn it to neutral. NOT COOL!The bed was like sleeping in a bowl. I would say it was not a very good nights sleep. I will have to send them my chiropractor’s bill to fix my back after laying on the horrible mattress. REALLY, a bowl. I had to prop myself up with an overstuffed pillow to keep from falling into the abyss. DEAL BREAKER!If you are used to a two star hotel or better don’t stay here. We thought we would try something new and regret just walking in the place. We definitely would NOT stay here ever again. And don’t recommend it either.Then the gate to enter the pool and breakfast areas wouldn’t open and that was the final straw to break.One star cuz you can’t give a ZERO!Paula was very accommodating and understanding when we checked out early. She gave us a discount and refunded our resort fee. Thank you Paula!

I drive to this hotel a couple times through the month to take my family to the beach and to hang out by the pool. I normally call ahead of time to make sure they are offering the pool access and have always been told yes, just to check in at the front to get the card. Today when I arrived I was told they were not doing the pool access and that I could pay for beach parking. I was really upset, not only were my kids disappointed but I had family in from out of town as well! I called and spoke to Catherine Hodge and I swear she was the sweetest person I have EVER spoke to at this resort!! Mind you as previously stated I come here a few times a month! She was so accommodating and made our day absolutely amazing! Definitely thankful for her kind heart. She took care of my family and I and I will forever be thankful for her! We appreciate you Catherine!!

This place barely deserves 1 star. The rooms are very old, broken lamps, broken doors, not fully clean. The front desk lacks personality. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Most of the plugs dont work. The only thing nice was the floor. The extra blankets we asked for were old school, tan, super hard and felt like a cheap towel. I had a throw blanket and thats what I slept on. I was too scared to sleep in the bed. On a good note, the maintenance staff was friendly.

Literally floors do not get moped. Comparison of clean towels vs the now dirty towel used to clean spilled water, so after seeing that I literally moped the room cause it was gross. The bathroom wasnt bad. Two beds a fridge and a tiny chair. Quality of service was good.

This hotel can be so much more then what It is. Honestly it needs to be remodeled. The kids pool needs to be redone the bathrooms are way to small. When you arrive it just looks ghetto. They need to paint it. I found a dead cockroache in my room and we called got a new room and we go an upgrade. But I will say some good things. Its right on the beach the food at mambo is good. The beds are pretty comfortable and not bed bugs. I will say that our upstairs neighbors where very loud and I hate them so much for jumping and yelling, and we tried to call the lobby and would not answer I call on the room phone and my actual phone. But if your just finding a quick getaway and some where cheap and on the beach then this is the way to go. Its not horrible but it could be way better

Refrigerator doesnt work, downstairs bathrooms drain gets backed up with no full size towels. Then it rained only to my dismay that my 14 year old daughter had to endure 4 water leaks in the living room. I was offered another room in the same building only to find a wet rug on the stairs and upstairs. A building can be dated and worn but at a $160 per night there should be enough left over to repair or replace a refrigerator and patch a leaky roof. Some things should not be asked for, they are simply expected.

Location was good, beach was clean. However, staffing could have been better. Witnessed several of the same staff being overwhelmed, with no help. Rooms were not cleaned prior to arrival. Pictures of hotel are very deceiving. Make sure when you ask for ocean front you actually have a view. First floor you are viewing bushes, not an ocean front.

Had to wait 30 minutes in line to check in. They were over booked and our grandsons where hot and tired. Then they didnt have the roll away bed we requested. We had 3 adults and 2 children and a small dog. We had to sleep 3 in a queen size beds. One of our grandson is 54 so he could be an adult at the age of 10. They had scrubbed the launch that night. But would be a great beach to watch it from as NASA is across the bay.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and her kids and had a blast at the pool. The rooms cloud of been a little nicer though.

We stayed here to celebrate Fathers Day, and as soon as we got to the room I realized I should have read the reviews. There was blood spots on one side of the bed and then we found more the next day! Stayed at the splash pad and the beach most if the day. The rooms need to be remodeled, they feel and smell dirty. The splash pad was nice for the kids, but it is also dated and needs to be redone. The restroom by the beach access was DIGUSTING. We booked the room for a two night stay and ended the trip early to head back home. We will NOT be back.

Im sure once this was a beautiful hotel. I give it 3 stars cause I can see the potential it once had. It needs a major face lift and renovations although Ive heard that itll soon be knocked down and rebuilt. I hope so cause this place is massive and has potential to once again be an amazing resort.

A bit shabby. Got a leak in the flush. They told me theyd fix it. I arrived at night and the fix was disconnecting the flush. Excellent. At least I told them again and gave me another room at the moment. Pros: really close to the beach. Nice beach bar close, but they really do take their time to serve the orders. Overall: it aint that bad considering the price is half than all the other places around.

My kids love the pool area. There were kids everywhere so they had a blast. Rooms are very basic but you dont spend much time in there with all the amenities outside. Expect resort pricing for food and drinks.

This place is VERY dated.The rooms are not very clean and seem like they are falling apart. The drain for the tub well, wasnt. The coffee machine was missing a carafe, the pull out couch mattress is a joke. There werent any linens for it. Our AC didnt cool the room well, or at all.Room service was great. The front hotel staff, I think we just got a hung over and/or confused person. She didnt seem to know how to check us in and took forever.There were no rooms available on the first floor and the elevators were broken. So we had to lug all of our stuff, plus 3 kids under age 5, upstairs. It made doing anything there difficult.The pool and splash pad were very busy. No one seemed to care about this whole covid19 thing. Most of the staff wore masks but not our check in lady.Personally, I dont think we will stay here again. Kids had fun, though.

Got to our room and there were ashes in the bathroom and dirt and leaves all over the beds.. they were accommodating when i decided to leave and did give me a full refund but i was informed that if housekeepers were still working i would have been refused a refund and they wouldve just made someone come clean it. Disgusting.

All that we needed at a great price. Invest in the room with fridge and microwave. Publix is nearby.

We stayed 7 nights in one of the Villas. Very nice, and the staff was amazing. Very good location, there was a nice path from the hotel to the beach. The hotel is still very close to everything, but not in the center of it all. We would definitely stay again

Rooms were ok. But not worth the price. Tried the pool because I wanted a drink and the bar was closed asked why and was told the bar tender probably just left early.

I go to this resort several times a year. Have been for a few years now. Its a reasonably priced resort with a TON of different things to do. My family comes from NY and the kids LOVE the pool and kids play pool pirate ship. Mambos is great. They have live music on the weekends. And the Ocean is a nice walk through the center of the place by tennis courts or a basketball hoop. I have NEVER had a bad room here.

I am very pleased with my visit... Karen checked us in and Yamelth was our housekeeper.... The whole staff was friendly and welcoming.... Just a slight upgrade to the rooms... However I will be planning another trip with family and friends...
