I love our city park. Its one of the few places to go and enjoy your tax dollars. :)

Ive been coming to this place since I was a child, and its always enjoyable. Its definitely a jewel of Chillicothe, Ohio. You can also feed the wildlife while youre there. Yoctangee Park is always a good place to relax, have a party, or even a family reunion. Very enjoyable.

Yoctangee Park is a clean, peaceful, beautiful place to visit and enjoy nature. I noticed that there has been a lot of improvements since I visited last, which was about a year ago. Go early in the morning and its quiet and peaceful... good for your soul.

Beautiful park, dont wear shoes you really care about because you WILL step in duck feces at some point. But theyre adorable! Perfect place to pokemon go also :) has multiple places to fill water bottles. Pretty spacious paths for biking.

An absolutely beautiful park where no matter the time of year there is always something to see from the flower blooms of spring all the way to the frozen pond during the winter. Amongst the backdrop of the first capital.. this park offers something for everyone..serene beauty as u meditate along the shoreline..or raucous fun as you race your children up and down the giant playground. With all of this and the Feast of the Flowering Moon celebration you truly cannot go wrong coming to this park.

Its a nice community park. Theres a small playground for kids and picnic shelters for people. Different types of ducks can be seen here which is mind blowing actually. People can enjoy their evening time with friends and families here. Also can fishing here. Only bad side is the toilet facilities. We found toilet closed which was very disturbing to many visitors.

I go there a lot and it is so pretty, actually it would be more pretty with less trash. and they need to ban fishing because ALL FIVE OF THIS YEARS SWAN BABIES HAVE CAME IN CONTACT WITH FISHING HOOKS AND TWO HAVE DIED BECAUSE IF IT

One of the prettiest areas in Chillicothe Ohio. Featuring beautiful trees, a lake with a beautiful fountain. Plenty of room to park. A lovely bridge. A wonderful 18-hole disc golf course. Excellent playground for children.

Great place to hang out with the family and watch some summer youth baseball. Would give it 5 stars if you didnt have to avoid ducks and geese at every turn trying to get into or out of the park.

I love the roots of trees in the pond, and the feed available to feed the birds!

This is a beautiful park with plenty to see and do. It has a fantastic playground, a lovely lake, and plenty of places to walk. The lake is also great for taking little ones fishing in the summer time. I highly recommend this for a fun and free activity.

I love this park! Its an oasis in the middle of town. There are lots of options here. Shelters for picnics and parties (with grills and trash barrels), restrooms, playground, wildlife, fishing...

Its a great place to go spend time with the family or taking that special person on a picnic lunch

This place is very nice in the fall. Needs a more maintenence during the summer months but perfect for fall pics .. fishing is great for beginner fisherman. Park equipment could use a cleaning or some maintenence once in a while.

One of my favorites parks. Not many unique parks like this one. Neat location right in downtown Chillicothe. Love the ponds and the grounds of the park. Great place to have lunch or take dinner to.

This park is beautiful but to be honest they should ban fishing there because two of the swan babies died and two duck babies died because of hooks

My wife and I had a great time with our little baby. You can expect lots of ducks swans and geese. walking around the park is very nice. Theres a little bit of poop on the trails. But thats from the books. Very family-friendly Park and easy to get in and out of.

Took the family here for a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. This park is very well designed! They have specific playgrounds for almost every kids age up to about 10 or 12. They have a smaller one for kids as young as 1 year old. And the in between age group as well. Whoever made decisions on the objects to put in this park for the kids did a great job. There are a lot of different little gyms that you dont usually see at other parks. There is plenty of parking as well. We will be going back on a regular basis.

This sis a beautiful well maintained park that is great for walking around in there is a playground tennis and basketball courts. Baseball diamond and so much more. I highly recommend this place to everyone that just needs or wants to just get away for a minute and take a walk.

Enjoyable park with walking trail, picnic spots, playground and swimming pool. Also home to an artists community gallery housed in a restored historic building.

My kids love this place. Playing at the park or walking around seeing the ducks and geese. Weve never went fishing here yet they like to watch all the people who do. Decently clean year round with the exception of festivals. Kinda questionable after the sun goes down.

Freesbe golf is a new attracttion. Its good clean fun

This is a great park! Walking paths, gazebo, lake with ducks/geese/swans and the the playground - its amazing with half a dozen different play areas! My kids could have been happy there all day. Signs were posted for NO SMOKING though I did see at least one person doing so. At least she was sitting at a picnic table and not right in the play structure. I left off a star because there is one bathroom all the way on the other side of the play area and when we were there I trekked all 3 kids over only to find it locked.

Such a nice little park. Take a walk, go fishing, play tennis, skateboard, play at the playground. Its also walking distance from Chillicothes beautiful downtown where you can enjoy nice restaurants.

My 2 year old loves this park and me and my wife do too. Its nice that the pond and the ducks and geese are there because thats nice for the kids to interact with them! You can fish, swim, and all kinds of stuff to do!

Beautiful park! Great place for children to play.We regularly hold family reunions here.You can fish & feed the many ducks & geese that they have running all over the park.They have baseball diamonds & tennis courts & basketball courts,a skate park & community swimming pool.There are plenty of shelter houses with picnic tables & public restrooms.The park is also home to the Pump House Art Gallery.

Anna and I took a little trip to the park. Had a sandwich and walked around the lake.

It is very pretty and seems to attract a number of geese, ducks, and swans.

I love this little hometown park. It has a great playground suitable for all ages. The pool is cool. The pond is so nice to just relax and kick back and enjoy. Parking is a little tricky, with several small lots and the rest is roadside. But thats not a reason to avoid this little gem of a city park.

Yoctangee Park is Chillicothes greatest attribute. 18-hole Disc Golf Course, Skate Park, Playground, Renovated Basketball and Tennis Courts, Baseball Diamonds, Shelters, a Fountain, the City Pool, and the newly installed duck feeders. We are lucky to have such an awesome city park and even more awesome people that care of it.

We love this park, always have but one of the things we loved the most has been removed, which is a bummer. But the ice cream man comes there! And they have a wide range of new and old equipment for families to play on, a skate park, and the water is beautiful especially when u get to see & feed all the ducks. Theres ball fields, a basketball court and the pool is also there! Its a pretty great park all in all.
