Ample parking, gorgeous scenery, and well marked trails. Busier on the weekends especially during the Fall but with this view I’m sure you can understand why.

What a delightful find. Cant believe I havent heard of it before. 5+ miles of scenic wooded trails. Many overlook spots along the Southpoint Lookout Trail.The Hoggard Trail has a few ridge trails, a cemetery with headstones form the 1800s, and an old building foundation. A perfect place to get away for a few hours.

First time out here and there were lots of pretty birds- Cardinals, blue Jays, woodpeckers etc. Nice trails and area, couple benches; overall a nice place.

Really nice trails ,quiet,away from crowds, but bring plenty of bug spray. Nice lookout points, overlooking steep cliffs. Moderate level of hiking. Good parking.

How people that live in Chillicothe do not know of this place is absolutely beyond me. It is a real gem. It is more convenient to the city, or at least my part of it, than Great Seal. The hikes are very accessible and easy enough for kids. The Overlook Trail is gorgeous. It has a pond. It really is perfect. You should go.

Buzzards roost is by far one of my favorite local hikes, the roost is so peaceful. Mild traffic on the trail but comforting to be around like minded individuals.
