Not affiliated with Adena, stayed here for 6 weeks.Pros: Very new remodel after the fire.Nice staff.Close to everything in downtown.Large apartments.Would rather be here than a hotel for an extended stay.Cons: Water does not get exceptionally hot or cold, I used ice trays since the fridge ice maker did not work. Shower on full hot all the time.The bed was pretty awful, I bought my own pillow and had to remove the plastic matress cover which was totally ripped upon move in.Both interior and exterior doors do not lock without letting them slam or pulling hard.Sliding door between the bedroom and living room was installed very poorly and came off its track on several occasions.No trash can provided in my second room after my initial move in.

Adena is now in the building. Fixed it up real nice after the fire.

What a wonderful place to stay! Building manager is the definition of professional. Rooms are clean and spacious with the feel of old-world-meets-modern-era.
