Good for dogs and children. Plenty of seating. No restrooms. Nice short trails behind playground.

My fav park in Chico! The ONLY reason it does not have 5 stars is because there is only a very small amount of shade at this park.

A well-manicured safe neighborhood park with modern playground toys.

I like this park because its close to my house. However, very little shade. I the Summer its HOT. All the playground equipment gets blazing hot. Great place to bring dogs though. Nice grassy area.

Fun lil family park.

The playground is really fun, I had a blast on the spinning wheel. Trying to stay standing while it spun kept me so entertained, and its good exercise and balance practice. Id go there just for that. Theres also one of those mini libraries which is cool!

Great little park to just relax and enjoy. Even though you are right in the middle of a subdivision it dosent feel like it. Will return again for some decompression time, as I call it.

Went to the park as a family and was able to grab a book sit down and read it while the kids played on the toys. The park is set back way off the road so its super safe if you got a runner lol its clean well kept space for tons of fun.

Calm and clean park! One of our favs

Great place for just about everyone. Young, old, in between, 4 legged (on a leash of course). Its just a nice, well maintained area to play at.

Nice playground. My grandkids had a good time. Lake is nice, too

Great park on a quiet street. Does not have a restroom so plan accordingly.

Small Neighborhood Park set back east of Bruce Rd. Across from the new court house. Has basketball court and small playground for the kids and a large lawn to play on or have a picnic. Well maintained!

Its a beautiful Park, well maintained. The trails in and around it are fun to walk. The only downside to me is the absence of bathrooms.

A great park for small children. Has a big grass field. There are also hiking trails behind the park and across the river into the neighborhood. The river usually only has a small amount of water in it and can be crossed using the small metal plank someone laid across.
