My experience with this theatre was magical! I went here for (my favorite Disney movie) The Little Mermaid Sing Along. The place was crowded and filled with Ariel lovers like myself. The space is beautiful with classic theater seats and the organ in the middle of the stage. Its very similar to the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood, but on a smaller scale. The show was (of course) fabulous! My friends and I had a great time!!!

I love the ArcLight Cinemas Theatre! It is always very clean and the popcorn is tasty! They pay close attention to the picture and sound quality in the theatre which is great! The seats are comfy too. It is expensive per ticket though.

This is our second time visiting this location and we still dont have any criticism. This location has a parking garage and you can get your ticket validated and only pay a few bucks. The inside has full bar and seating area. It is also very clean. The staff there is second to none. Before every movie they introduce themselves which is unique in itself. The seating area inside the movie theater is small and intimate. We went to see a screener for Instant Family. After the movie the hostess had one of the directors from the movie there and we had a Q&A session with him and pictures taken. Great movie location for a date night. Will be revisiting soon.

The theater is new and has a nice parking lot and you get a discounted price. Once inside the place looks nice, right in the entrance its a small store where you can buy small items, to the left you can have mixed drinks and light food. And further down its the popcorn, soda, before going to the theater area the washrooms are available. This time I got margarita size pizza and some chicken wings both tasted good but I think something got me sick from here, but not certain. Unfortunately you cant take the food to watch the move, you can take the drink but not the food so I had to eat fast. Did buy some popcorn and can take that inside. As for the seats they are OK. the sound and the screen looked great. Overall it was clean and nice. I might go back.

Pretty decent theater on the fourth floor. Clean and great lobby space. The only problem is that even validated tickets get you 5.50 parking and you dont get those fancy reclining chairs/couches. At this point in time I expect nice reclining chairs or cheap prices.

I recently watched Uncut Gems here and I was very pleased by the theatre. It is very well kept and has a great atmosphere. The chairs are very comfortable and the staff are friendly. Being in New City, it is surrounded by great places to eat making it the perfect place for a night out. I had a spectacular experience!

This theater is a standard, cookie-cutter contemporary theater, with lots of screens. I would expect better concessions for the price. They have something called Mexican street corn that they brag is made with organic corn but their regular popcorn isnt? They also have something called Bavarianpretzels for $6. I was thinking real soft pretzels with mustard on the side. Nope! Two limp, greasy, tasteless bread sticks was more like what it really is. And dont get me started on the pours from the bar! $8 for what they call a six-ounce pour of wine, was like three swallows. Total rip off. I will say that the theater was reasonably clean and the audience well behaved, so thats good.

Beautiful cinema!!! The seats are clean and comfortable. The only one thing I do not like about ArcLight is their food menu. If youre someone who loves nachos with their movie, you wont enjoy your film here. They do not serve nachos.

Such a good theater the seats are super comfy, they have a full bar and restaurant inside the theater and your usual snack selection. They do have a no late admission rule though so make sure you get there on time. You can always buy your ticket online at to save time and reserve a specific seat ahead of time.

Love the ArcLight. Great space and the bar/meeting area is great to relax before a show or waiting on friends that always show up 15 minutes after you tell them to. Popcorn and refreshments are always top notch. Theaters are clean and comfortable. You pre-select your seats so you dont have have to worry about that couple that shows up 10 minutes into the movie and asks you to move down a seat. Parking in the neighborhood can be a little tight, but the ArcLight does subsidize your parking a bit. Great place overall.

I like watching movies here but there are a lot of smaller screens so beware. Its also a bit pricey. The seats dont recline but thats a positive in my book - they are comfortable but wont make you fall asleep.The crowds in theater 14 (one of their biggest screens) are usually clueless and invariably somebody tries to use the emergency exit which has set off an alarm every time Ive seen a movie in that room.

Very comfortable and clean movie theater with great snacks. Chauncey was an amazing host and was willing to fulfill all my parties requests.

Strangely no ginger beer for how many unique ingredients the bar has which is my only complaint. Parking is validated and reasonably priced. Movie theater spacious and comfy seats with good sound. Popcorn chicken was good as well. Didnt really care for the watermelon bbq sauce but thats a personal taste

Hmmm, I was underwhelmed by the screen size in relation to how big the seating in the auditorium was. Expensive tickets compared to the other nearby theaters - parking not that cheap either. I only went here on the recommendation of a friend because he enjoys this theater. Maybe the other auditoriums are better.

Don’t come for a pleasant experience with staff. Tried this for a family movie night. Just left at around 10:20pm on 11/27 and had the rudest experience from staff. Asked someone behind the counter for help with ticket validation and she directed us to a black table. We followed her pointing to the ticket stand, which was left deserted. Another patron was looking for help to and another employee directed the same woman to to come help the stand. We asked her again because we didn’t see and she rudely replied, “I told you the black table.” We said thank you and followed her to a table hidden around the corner. There were printed instructions but I did not see them. I didn’t think it went all the way through so I flipped it. The girl had stood there and after I had done that said, “ You messed it up. It tells you on the directions to insert once.” She told us to call for assistance when you pay. I said maybe next time in the future you could be more helpful and she turned her back on me and turned away making some dramatic noises. My father said that that was awfully rude and tried pointing out specifically what I meant and not that I meant harm but something to work on in the future. He asked her name, which she ignored to give him but finally did, which was Marilyn. Will not direct family, friends, and guests to this new theater. If management was concerned, I’d hope they train their staff better on assisting customers and not leaving the floor unattended. I’d rather travel to the other side of town then get treated rudely.

Impressive lil theater and not too expensive compared to some of the newer theater options like Cinepolis and Ipic! The screens seem fine although the amount of screens dedicated to Solo thia weekend seems a bit insane !

Boom!! Favorite theater. Awesome, comfy seating. Serves booze and plenty of food options in the area for pre or post movie. Staff is always friendly. This theater revamped my love of going to the theaters. I love the movie poster wall. Makes me feel like a kid again

My absolute favorite theater in Chicago. Love the reserved / choice seating. Great popcorn - reasonable price. Beer. Always has a good selection of movies, so even if you show up at random, theyll for sure have something on the marquee worth seeing. And the staff are super nice and movie lovers like me. Most of all, I like that they do a little emcee intro before each movie.

I did not expect much. I was wrong. They have a nice bar. And they have food. They do not bring it to you. You have to order it and wait. The chairs does not recline. I only ordered popcorn because i came to late to wait for food to cook. Customer service was great.. Im a little spoiled on the full service & reclining chair locations. But I would definitely return to this location.

Some of the best popcorn in the city. The service and quality has increased incredibly since opening weekend. I was there when they opened with the James Bond movie a few years ago and the sound was abysmal but this has become my go to - accessible, clean, amazing customer service. Love this place. Fantastic movie viewing experience. No commercials, limited previews and an audience that knows how to behave in public. No talking or texting or other generally obnoxious behaviour that people feel entitled to subject others to.

Friend recommended the theater and the experience isnt worth it. Sure looks nice but dont expect customer service from any of the staff. Depending on the times, you cannot validate your parking which couldve been avoided. Surprisingly AMC river east 21 is cheaper.

Meh. I like that you can pick your own seat, but other than that they up sell on amenities which I havent seen. After one of the movies I saw there, they said wed get a free collectible card which they never handed out.

The best theater in the area. So nice, so clean, lots of options. The rewards program is worth it! I see at least one movie a week, which equals popcorn for only $1.50 using the rewards program!!

The theatres are super clean, the seats are comfortable and spacious and the entire establishment is way better than some of the AMCs in the city. But Im writing this review not to tell you about the theatres, but the poster wall (thats what I call it anyway). The wall is a thing of beauty and you need to come here just for it.

The close proximity to our apartment gives this theater two stars. Everyone in the city must have an animal because the seats are constantly covered in hair. A nice once over at the end of the night with a vacuum would be much appreciated.

A bit pricey overall, but I wont say it wasnt worth it. The space was comfortable and the bar is nice. We went to the midnight showing of Endgame, there was an employee who introduced the movie Im not sure if that was part of his job or if he just wanted to do it but I appreciated him very much. Also the temperature was perfect, I often am distracted by cold theaters but everything was comfortable and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the climax of the marvel universe.

Love it. A grown up movie going experience, decent booze, great customer service and nice location.

Went with my partner for date. It was the best experience!

Umm 16$ there should not be popcorn from previous movie on the floor. Did not buy anyting from concession, feel theyre all over priced, eat bf you to the movie or stop at Aldi get small snacks n put in your small purse..or eat at Longman after the movie decent prices, good food.

Pretty cool lil theater. It feels like an old AMC thats been converted Into an IPIC theater, complete w beautiful lobby displays . The drinks are decent, but not necessarily worth the $10( my Kentucky mule was so sweet I thought it was a lemonade ). The theater itself is decent and worth multiple visits to see films !

I like this place. If you dont mind a rather quaint, vintage style theater, you will like this place. Parking garage is a bargain for $5.50 for 5 hours. Very convenient. Every floor has a description of what is on each level. Make sure you get your parking validated, and pay before leaving the garage.The theater has a full bar, and the people that work there are helpful, and courteous.Theater size is small, but comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

Nice theatre. Front big seats do not recline. Large bathrooms at theatre entrance only 2 singles near theatres. Lounge area with bar and food as well as traditional concessions. Parking is discount validated in theatre and you pay at machine before returning to you vehicle. Over all eell organized for movies in the city.

Really enjoyed bringing the family here to see Isle of Dogs. (My son is a huge Wes Anderson fan.) Loved the convenience of parking in the garage on-site and getting the parking validated at the theater so that it only cost $5.50 (it would have been over $13.00 without validation). There were a few parking ticket validation kiosks throughout the theater hallway. We got there early and ate at their on-site cafe. They only have an appetizer menu available. Its smaller portions but everything was good. FYI - the ahi tuna poke had raw tuna served with ginger & some really good, flaky chips. We didnt realize it would be raw so wanted to make you aware if that matters to you. My kids loved the popcorn chicken. Also enjoyed the chicken wings, their margherita flabread (essentially a small cheese pizza), and the pork belly sliders (a serving of two small slider type sandwiches). Theater is located on the third floor. Nice restaurants and shops connected in this location. Smaller theater room with comfortable seats with more space between rows than typical theaters. No, the seats dont recline but they are comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean. Sound was really good. Would definitely recommend.

Very small unique theater has movie days with a VIP subscription to bring back some old classics theater size is never overbearing so they make sure that no matter where you are you almost are guaranteed to never get a bad angle.However as with anything in this area the more common amenities are overpriced and even though its connected to a grocery store the a parking garage coming in with foreign objects is basically a no no. The food selection is very very limited and very very traditional even in thee bar side, not to say that thats an issue just a warning if nothing else.However I will say that their presentation wall of upcoming movies not to mention memorabilia in the front area easily accessible to be purchased from various movie franchises is also fun to watch or buy in and of itself.This is one of the few movie theaters where you can go where a subscription service to their cinema will actually be a funny unique experience not just a timeless cash grab, but I reiterate dont come looking for the food because theres not much of it and Whats readily available is usually not health conscious and price correctly for the area but overpriced in general for the portion at least would recommend for a small family just eat before you get there.

Fine for what it is. But, not well laid out or maintained enough to justify a $16 movie ticket. Wont be back.

This is a great theater, I come here all the time. The staff are friendly, the theaters and bathrooms are clean, and I’ve never had any issues at all. This place is surprisingly slow on most weeknights, which is nice because I can show up without buying a ticket in advance and still get a good seat.

Came in to the movie after 10 min of the movie starting. We had already purchased the tickets and a person of their staff wouldn’t let us into the theatre. Don’t go here. Worst customer service ever. It’s ridiculous.

This place is nice and offers a lot of different movies, but charges a ton and doesn’t even have recliner seats. But they do sell compartes chocolate which is a plus

Excellent movie theater and in the middle of a lovely small shopping center with beautiful restaurants. The only downside is that parking is $5 as I recall with a validation which is why I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. If youre lucky you might be able to find street parking.

Three stars for the hearing impaired. I wont give a deluge of our experience but just call ahead to make sure the movie you want is playing in a theater where the hearing apparatuses are working that day.

I only went once. It was decent.

I have a yearly membership at arclight and this is my preferred location. Ample theaters and space as well as a beautifully decorated lobby area. The bar service is always friendly and efficient, and with the yearly membership the concession stand prices arent too bad. Tickets are more than your average theater, but being preselected seats and big comfy chairs, its worth it in my opinion.

Just came in to see Endgame and normally I am satisfied with my visit, but not today. I was in line to order a pretzel, Eddie said “we out” in a non caring demeanor, I asked are you out of both (because there are two types) he said “yeah.” As I walked away to let my husband know, Eddie proceeded to tell his coworker “ I don’t know why mother f**ckers get mad when we don’t have sh**.” I’m sorry Eddie maybe it’s because you offer about four food items to eat. Also, maybe you shouldn’t talk sh** in front of other guests especially if the one you’re talking about can still hear you. I am not going to make a scene because as everyone knows it’s not easy to find good seats for this movie, but I will wrote a review and I will no longer come here. I will make sure to let my company know as well since we work nearby and we can take our business up the street. Thank you!

Classy movie theatre. Fabulous sound, wonderful clarity of the film. Comfortable seats. Super clean, well staffed multiplex theater. Hidden on the 4th floor in a mall where all other restaurants and stores have better signage. It is worth the trouble to find this hidden gem of the ArcLight movie theatre. Difficult to find parking. Difficult to find movie theatre.

This is my favorite theater in Chicago! It’s classy and clean, they have a great concession stand, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I also like that they have assigned seating and a 3-preview limit (I love my previews, but 20 minutes is too much!)

Their seriousness about movies and cinema experience is addictive. Limited ads, late arrival cut offs, and welcomes from a technician are all great. Always clean theatres. The simple details are important. Early weekend showings or late afternoon showings are especially enjoyable.

Super clean and fresh theatre! Bathrooms always clean. Great staff and security. But you definitely want to buy your tickets ahead of time, not much chance to buy them after couple of min of the showing time.
