Im so glad this location opened up. Its always clean, comfy chairs and the service is friendly. The food is consistently good, and the menu has all the dietary needs identified. Its also still a nice quiet house and unless its opening weekend for a big movie you can usually get tickets the day of without a problem. Lots of parking in the parking garage too!

Smaller theaters than most movie theaters (small seat sized rooms) with a smaller screen - but that’s not bad. The food I ordered at the counter came in a decent amount of time and the Freestyle Coke machines allowed for free refills. The burger tasted fresh and the crispy Brussels sprouts were amazing! Very helpful staff.

If you need a place to relax and just have a movie, this place is best to go through. The place is very clean and spacious. Seats are reclinable and very comfortable to used to. The screen is huge and the sound is amazing! So, bundle up when planning to watch here! I will surely come often for my movie cravings!

The exit sign light was too bright at Theater 4, so it was diminishing the viewing pleasure. The tables and seats were not cleaned and their reign function was not properly working.

Speedy service and their level of detail to protect themselves and others from this pandemic should be taught everywhere.

In its day, it was really quite the experience. Now however, the seats are worn flat and the prices are sky high. I guess the pandemic will make it such that there is no reason to go anymore anyway so bye bye.

The seats are too narrow but they do give you a lot of leg room. I prefer River East where they have more traditional seating. The staff was nice, especially the young lady who escorted me and another lady downstairs because the escalator and elevator were out and we had limited mobility. Still, its a bit too fancy for my taste.

Hospitality and I love the movies thats there bring them back

This is hands down my favorite AMC location in the city. The theater itself is conveniently located in the River North area, so its very easy for me to catch a screening after work. Seating is comfortable and relaxing with plush, leather, electric recliners. Food and snack options are tasty with a surprising amount of variety, and you cant beat the dine-in delivery service!

Thanks to becoming a Local Guide with Google, I was awarded a new movie perk which got me a free ticket. Something to encourage keeping up good work, at least. The seats were great and comfortable which could transform into a comfy bed for two lovers enjoying the movie. The tray tables were not a big problem for us, to be honest. However, I could only give this theatre 3-star for the too good sound system which could make a lot of bass to the surrounding. I kept being distracted and hardly watching our movie because of the drum and bass sound produced from the screen next door showing Dead Pool 2. Soundproofing was really bad. Despite that, the theater also offered a wonderful of the Magnificent Mile from the 6th floor.

This place has changed so much ... IN A GREAT WAY! Clean and relaxed environment. Customer service was great. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the escalator was turned off at the end of our movie. My mom had a hard time getting down all the stairs.

As someone with an AMC pass for 3 movies a week, this is not my first option for movies. It is large, and doesnt have the option where a server comes to your seat to take the order. It does have a bar inside and a lot of different theaters, but other than that, it is more my backup to see movies. Also, it is in the heart of the city and become crowded so keep that in your calculations as well. However, it is clean and has a lot of screens available so there are options when a blockbuster hits along with good food available

I love all the AMCs but this is a shame, the entrance is fatal and the best rooms do not have air conditioning! First and last time on this site! Best is AMC Muvico Rosemont️️️️️!

Great reclining reserved seats, meals delivered, good food, full bar, nice lobby.

Great location just off of Michigan Avenue. My young daughters enjoy the reclining seats to watch the movie and its enjoyable to look over Michigan Ave to just look at the movement of people and vehicles below.

I love this theatre and the giant-sized recliner chairs. And they bring you food and drinks to boot! And last, but not least, the food is really GOOD! Get the Brussels sprouts and shrimp and steak bowl. Delish. Super fun way to see a movie.

Great cinema. Really comfortable to enjoy snacks while watching a movie. Only bad thing is that the doors at Auditorium 3 dont close enough bad light from outside comes in

My favorite AMC the building itself is super cool and has a great view just looking out the window. It feels nice and clean and the recliners are always comfortable.I do wish they had more foreign film selection though.

One of the best theatres I have been in. Love the full recliners. Just make sure you are not tired or you will sleep thru your movie. Bass in the room was great.

This is a pretty solid movie theater, with a few issues. Pretty good recliners but the swing-out tray tables are a little small. The entrance/exit via two very long, multi-story escalators in each direction can be an issue if one of the escalators is out of service and the elevator isnt working, which sadly occurs much more often than it should. They never have a sign near the entrance alerting guests when the equipment is out of commission. They have run out of food before, and have delivered my food order to someone else. The most annoying issue is the strong fragrance pumped or dumped into the escalator lobby, sometimes to the point of making me gag, Ive actually turned around and left due to being unable to tolerate the smell. The staff tried to say that someone spilled mens cologne, but that would go away at some point and this has been going on for years.

Nice theatre but there always a problem with the building. There escalator work half the time. If you was in a wheelchair today and went to the movies you would have been stuck there was the movie was over because the elevator was no longer working when your movie was over. The building is badly maintained.

Great service, clean venue in theatre, restrooms and lobbies. Concession lines were prompt with friendly staff. Concession prices high as typically expected. Theatre chairs clean and in excellent condition.

Recliner style theater, pretty tight seats, but comfy enough. Popcorn wasnt great midday and prices were city high. Gorgeous views out the windows in the multi story theater though. All in all, not bad.

Smallish theater but expected for the area. Staff was nice enough and food was fine. Only take a star off for the construction going on, it left things a little messy. Otherwise great!

Theater/Company offers a variety of ticket options (discounts) along with a snack reward program. Can easily order tickets online and through APP. Ample parking and close to a police station. Convenient to interstate and a range of dining or shopping selections.

Great theatre. We have seen many films here. The guy at the box office today had a great energy. Very knowledgeable on AMC stubs plans. Extremely friendly and helpful.. Good reflection of what Ive seen from the staff here for the most part.

Theater pretty cool & roomy. Bar & food of. Definitely need to get the outside appearance together, because if your not pay attention you wouldnt think it was the movie. Walk in the ruff looking lobby & got up escalators.

Please evaluate the bartender. The name started with a V. Short, male, spends money on haircuts. I asked for the same drink twice and was charged very different prices...Not consistent. Will not order from this bar again. I actually think I got scammed.

Nice theater, but escalators werent all working and that was annoying. But the actual theater was clean and the chairs were really comfortable.

First I will note the entrance to the theater is on Rush St, not Michigan Ave. Block 37 is a better dine in theater than this one. At this theater you order your food and they bring it to your seats. There are no waiters. Block 37 has waiters, but these theaters are bigger and are easier to get into. Seats are reclining. Trays at the seats are a little small. Sound is good and screen is big. Good place to see a movie.

Great location, walking distance to The MAG MILE. The Seats are leather recliner wide with a small table so you can place your drink and food. You order at the counter then walk to your seat and they deliver the food while youre watching the movie.

To expensive $ 170.00 to see a movie thats way to much...................................! ! ! For the move, dinner, parking, and gas $ 170.00 dollars that outrageous and makes it impossible to enjoy yourself when you are being over charged like that................! I dont recommend this for anyone and i will never go there again......!

This place needs some rehab.One of the down escalators and the regular elevator where out, so people had to take the service elevator.There was a snowy patch on the screen in our theater.We still enjoyed the movie, but the theater is kind of meh.

If you want sushi in your movie theater, this is the spot. It has a bar too with not outrageous prices and it’s HUGE! The seats full recline and are really cushy with little side tables and drink holders. If you wanna be comfortable and feel luxurious at the movies, go here!!

New, modern and comfortable seating with good views of the movie screen. No long lines with self service for credit cards and seat choices.

Pros: Comfy seats. Overall nice theater.Cons: Tried to order food and they didnt have pretzel bites so I changed my order to a hot dog. After placing the order they informed me they were out of hot dogs too. I changed the order to nachos and had to pay the additional cost. I was told they would deliver it to the theater... it never came. Got a refund after the movie. Disappointing experience.

Escalators where down, the washrooms were not cleaned, concession did not respect the Premiere Club line(skipped over us while we were standing there), people in the row in front of us video chatted in the middle of the movie. The movie(21 Bridges) was good, and the chicken nachos were tasty, but cold.

So relaxing and comfortable my number 1 theater..

The seats are wonderful and the prices are standard movie prices. I just wish the reservations werent a thing - you should book before you go.

Very disappointed to see so much single use plastic. The dine-in option food is all served with plastic cutlery and comes on non reusable plastic trays.The movie experience itself was on par with most theaters in the area. Very comfortable seats but the volume was painfully loud.Given the numerous options for theaters in the area, I would rather spend my money at a business that is not contributing so heavily to the climate crisis. Its 2019 - time to step it up AMC.(Last I was there, the AMC at block 37 does not serve their food with plastic cutlery but uses real silverware.)

Do not order food here, you will regret it. Stick to popcorn and a drink.

Awful customer service, the movie started half an hour late. Only redeeming quality is that it has self-serve fountain drinks.

Very disappointed. They call themselves a dine in theater but you cant order from your seat and they dont deliver your food. I know that may sound snobbish but this is the only theater that Ive visited that claims to be dine in that doesnt. It was even more disappointing because I brought family in from out of town and their local rural theater has these amenities.

One if the few really big screens downtown and the theater is nice.The concession stand is epically slow though. The staff is nice and doing things but efficiency is in the garbage. Took about fifteen minutes to service ten customers at a matinee.No seat service so you will not want to leave for food during the movie cuz you may miss a lot.Also, soda machine dispensed almost flat, warm soda and the ice dispensers had almost no ice. One of two butter dispensers was busted too.

Wow I dont know what to say.. this was my first time being to a dine-in theater. There is a bar here and a little restaurant. Enjoyed the movie!

I love that they remodeled the place. No need to keep getting up to go get your food. They bring it to you omg I just love it. They have new chairs that makes you very comfortable.

It was my first time at this AMC theater. I actually passed the entrance twice, theres nothing to indicate those were the entry doors. Theres no dine-in service, at least in the one I was in, there was no indication of the second floor of theaters. Other customers were helpful to inform me. I regret wasting my free entrance pass there, Block 37 is way better, roomier chairs too.

I was hesitant to go to a (Dine In) movie theatre, but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was in the actual theatre. The view from the lobby and the floor my movie was on was spectacular. More importantly is the size of the theatre, it has a nice size screen that really doesn’t have a bad seat to view the movie. Even though they serve food in this theatre, it’s not at all distracting. I was worried about food smells and eating noises. There was none, people make more noise with their popcorn and candy wrappers.The reclining seats in the theatre are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The best part was the fact that the chairs have leg rests, “I had ask my neighbor how to work it,” a little hint, press the big button on the inside left arm rest. . The restrooms are clean and plentiful. I really had a great experience at this theatre in Chicago. It nice and centrally located to shops and restaurants.

Signage/entrance from the street not great, but inside was just great. Clean, well-ordered. The paded chairs and theater set up was very upscale and comfortable.

Service was not up to par.. for the price the services should be good but they were all over the place. Not worth it.

Nice dine-in theater in downtown. Sound was and experience was great. Seats are very narrow and Im not that big so they definetly wouldnt be very comfortable for a larger person. I like the bar service but wish you could order another drink right from your seat like some other theaters.

Above average AMC theater, offering premium food/snack choices in comparison to the standard fare. One of the cleanest AMC theaters in the United States.

I was hoping they will take your order at your seat, unfortunately they do not. You order in the concession stand and theyll take it to your seat. However the drinks, you can only get one per ID, they are full of ice and you barely get any drink. If you want more you have to miss the movie to go back to the bar.

Poorly run, while waiting for the balance of my party did not allow me into concessions, I am 50, not going to sneak in. Upstairs staff sitting around. For what they pay this could be a much better experience.

Amazing experience! Our food was delivered hot to our seats. Not nasty prepackaged nachos or something, but delicious flavorful shrimp and steak. Flavors that would have impressed me at a regular restaurant. However, I was enjoying while reclined in a comfortable leather seat watching a movie. Added bonus they validate parking in the garage access the street!

This place is dirty. Every floor is dirty. There is debris all over the floor, tables,chairs. The drink station is dirty with spilled beverages all on the counter and floor. The escalator is broke. I hope I dont catch a bacterial infection from this place.

Its a decent place. From the auditorium I reckon it must be an old AMC. The recliners seem compact and there is less room as compared to block 37 AMC dine in. I would prefer B37 over this place if the schedules work for me and if it were closer. Screens are tiny as well.

Went to find an associate, told me it is just the preview. Movie started and was of course way too loud.After asking again. I decided to live the theater. Wasted money.

Comfortable two button adjustable recliner. Curved theater screen. Got the mac, onion rings, and eeriesistabe fanta drink. Saw the new Halloween 2018. Was a good time.

Took 40 minutes to bring food, and the order was wrong and never corrected!! Have to blame that on poor staff training and bad management.

Nice theater. The auditoriums are usually pretty clean. The seats are very comfortable as well. Had a few free food tickets so I tried the food as well. Very mediocre food, but its exactly what I expect. The only downside is that prices are a bit high here.

Seeing a movie here is always a treat. Comfy seating is a big plus. I usually enjoy a snack too. The brussels sprouts, pretzel bites, and margarita pizza are all outstanding.
