When we were able to go to the movies this was the place I would go the most. I liked that I could park in the parking lot and head right in. I love seats and getting a bite to eat at the concession stand and maybe a drink. I have seen many movies here and more good memories.

I had a great time with my friends last night! We went to your movie house and we chose any kind of movie that we want. We can buy food and drinks as we enjoy our stay. The aircon was also well-conditioned, so it means its very cool and you can relax well while watching with your friends or special someone!

Just came here to say that this was a great theater when it was open and thriving. I haven’t been in so long but it was always a great time when I went. Hope you all can recover when all of this is over.

Its a very nice movie theater, but you do have to pay for the experience. Parking costs $5.50 when you validate it and normal tickets will run you about $14 per person. That said, the seats are extremely comfortable and they have a full service bar. Staff is very friendly and you wont have trouble finding parking.

The best cinema house in town! At first, the staff entertained me appropriately and nicely, and I felt very happy about that. As I entered the cinema house, I could see that the arrangement of the seats was comfortable and clean. Also, the foods, popcorn, and drinks that they served taste yummy and OK. I loved this cinema house a lot. It was a very good place to hang out. Thanks!

Saw David Copperfield, which was pretty good. Social distancing went fine, but there were only 4 of us for a 7:15 show on a Saturday. The theater we were in normally holds 65. Regal Webster has always had excellent service. The managers are extremely nice and welcoming especially now during this pandemic. Although circumstances have changed, it’s still a great time.

I always enjoy watching movies here, with the reclining seats and accommodating staff. The employees answering calls to guest services are helpful and respectful. The facilities are clean from the lobby to the restrooms. I dont think there is anything I could complain about in this movie house. Absolutely love this place!

This is our favorite movie theater in the city. It has super comfortable reclining seats and a nice bar. The food options are very decent with things like pretzel sticks, burgers. The afternoon matinees are very affordable and the parking is cheap when validated at the front desk.

Only complaint was there was no handicap accessible / disabled aware seating outside the theater. Only tall chairs at tall tables. Otherwise, very clean, comfortable, good experience. The theater seating was excellent as was the video and sound. Pricey to get all that, but not more than I expected.

The recliner seating is so, so comfy... even sitting in the front row is fine. Sound and picture quality is great, too. My one complaint is the parking - with $11+ movie tickets, I should be able to get free validated parking.

They were not busy but service was very slow. Only one person behind the concession for popcorn/, while three were standing around behind the ticket desk.

Had a great time here! There is garage paid parking and also free lot parking but the theatre shares the lot with other stores in the plaza so I believe the lot is for the other stores. They do validate so parking isnt expensive I think $5. They theatre was clean and the employees were nice. While there we did some survey for what I think was a third party vendor at the theatre and we received $5 instant credit for the theatre! We used that to buy some drinks at the bar which were pretty good for a movie theatre bar! We were in a smaller theatre during the movie but it wasnt crowded the seats worked and the sound was good.

The theater was clean but it did not have 2 lane to exit in case of emergency. The staff and supervisor were great. I went to watch I still believe great movie

This place always makes me feel comfy and at home, it feels like I never left my crib. I love the recliner chairs, it’s so relaxing especially when matched with popcorns and diet coke! Just had a great movie night together with my little sister and surely really enjoyed watching Frozen II. Among all the Cinemas I visited, I never doubted this was my favorite. Every time me and my friends plan a movie night, we couldn’t think of anywhere else but the Regal. What else I could say? The Regal Webster Place is the best!

When previews are 30 minutes, THIRTY MINUTES....you avoid your favorite theatre and go to ArcLight down the street. I’ve seen two movies at Webster in the last month and previews were 30 minutes. Makes no sense at all. Good bye Webster.

Go to theater of the area. Nice big reclining seats that you can reserve in advance online. Full bar and some food in addition to standard concessions. Parking garage always has spots available if your driving.

Poorly run. Doors and lights left on after movie started. Customer had to get up and close the doors. Lights came on early before movie ended and staff slammed doors open to let you know how much they care about your movie going experience. Staff were friendly and treated my significant other we we family. The theater was cleaned. Well maintained..:) I would come back often, bringing family and friends to experience the pleasure of Webster Place....to me I think of it as a Palace. Best regards , Joe.

I never had an attendant at a movie theater check my bag. I found it rather odd since I frequently go to the movies to at least six other theaters in Chicago. Additionally, there was not a single notice stating that bags would be checked. I have nothing to hide, but I dont like my personal things handled by strangers without at least a notice. Ive had no interest in coming back. Theres nothing spectacular worth making my trip here for that kind of customer service.

Basically the only theatre the husband and I go to. Friendly staff and very comfortable seats. Its also very quiet and not quite as rambunctious as other theaters we have previously visited.

Love the reclining spacious seats. Theater has good video and sound quality. Not quite up to par with some of the best theaters Ive been to, but it certainly is one of the more appealing theaters in the city.There are trays for your food or drink orders, which they will bring to your seat if you order something hot that they need to make. Ive tried chicken strips there before, pretty sure they were microwaved. The wine and beer is quite overpriced, but its a nice option.

Was a great theater after renovations. Now it is suffering from lack of upkeep. The mens bathroom has had plumbing issues the two times I have been there in the last month. Urinals wouldnt flush. No water or soap coming out of the sink. Are the workers able to wash their hands? I hope so because the customers cant.

The seats are nice big recliners, and they serve alcohol which is nice. Paying for parking is a bit of a drag but it’s pretty standard these days. I don’t really like how they make you wear a neon wristband to buy alcohol, it makes me feel like I’m in an 18+ night club. I’ve never been to a movie theater, bar, or restaurant that makes you do this. It’s a petty thing to gripe about, but also completely unnecessary. Also know that because the seats are so big, seating is limited, so know that you need to buy your tickets in advance (and possibly the day before on weekends).

So my wife decided we go see a movie coz its really been a stressful week for me. She opted for this venue and told me i was going to enjoy it. We settled for a movie(Malificent 2) and i must confess this cinema lived up to the hype. Seats so comfortable and spacious with reclining option. Plus it had space for ur food. Felt just like home. Tho we parked by the road few metres from the building coz of parking cost but asides that everything else was on point, from customer care to comfortability.

Tons of legroom. Its no VIP theater like some of the others in the city, but its still a great place. Good prices. Saw Detective Pikachu here with Kogan and Sarah.

Definitely one of the better movie theaters Ive been to. Parking is the only hassle, but the theater is beautiful. No sticky floors, plenty of seating room, and concessions are great. Great date location as there is a barnes and noble, and other restaurants in there same vicinity.

I showed up for a 2:10pm listed movie at 2pm and, to my great frustration, the movie didnt start until 2:35. I dont know if this is a recent practice that has been adopted by movie theaters, in general, or just the Regal, but having to sit through 10+ minutes of television style commercials and another 20 minutes of previews is well beyond what is acceptable and ventures into the unethical.In my opinion, we are already paying inflated prices for tickets. Therefore, customers shouldnt also be tricked into handing over their precious time to be captive to advertisers the Regal is making money from.

This theatre is almost there. Seats recline but are not super comfortable. Sound was just ok. Parking is an extra $6 which is not great. We also had a red dot on the screen for the entire movie. The place is very clean and well run though.

Nice spot has a bar for drinks in case adults orncouples are waiting for the movie to begin and they are early. Very nice a clean. My only issue is the website says free parking and we got in ok but charged 10$ to leave out of it and the entrance we took looked like a horror movie and really shady and is so off putting compared to the inside. Other than that the chairs are comfy recliners and it looks fancy inside.

Movies seem to be a lot longer these days. So you cant go wrong with a place that serves alcohol and has reclining seats. Its a tad pricier, than the other nearby theatres but imo, worth it for the comfort.

I love this movie theater. The parking is convenient and not that expensive, the seats are very comfortable, and its not crowded during the day on weekdays. However, if they are going to start movies at 11, maybe they should open earlier than 11. I came around 10:45 and they were still setting up and no popcorn or anything was ready. The manager nicely let me buy a ticket, but he seemed confused as to how I got in.

Get seats , food and sound. A little hidden gem on the north side . There is alot of casual restaurants and bars in the area too.I am a rewards member great perks like free movies and upgrades and sweet movie stuff.

If you wanna watch movie in the most relaxed mood! Then you need to try this cinema. It’s comfy, and neat and spacious! The bathroom is neat too. And of course I enjoyed the movie. I ll definitely visit over and over again

Its a movie theater! With a bar! Straightforward good time

It is an alright theater, it is close to home so being walkable is its best trait. Not stadium seating, basically an old style light sloping theater that took out the chairs and replaced them with big recliners. So there are fewer seats but in theory more comfortable.They do have a bar area so you can take drinks into the theater if that is your thing. Gets very busy at the times youd expect - weekends, big releases, big kids movies. They validate parking but it is a separate lot from the Barnes and Noble so pay attention to that.

I enjoyed the reclining seats and larger screen. The lobby area could use some renovations as it seemed pretty dated

This is a perfect theater, best in Chicago! Seat B9 is my favorite place to watch a movie. This theater has ruined all others for me, they cannot compare!

This is my preferred Regal in the city. All theaters have a comfy recline style seats. A parking garage is a must in this neighborhood and they validate the parking to 5 dollars. It does get cold so dont forget your jacket!

This movie theater was quite big. You can reserve seats in advance. Whats really cool is the seats. They recline back and armrest goes up, making cuddling so much easier and any movie that much more enjoyable. Didnt get anything from concession stand but everything looked clean. Bathrooms were also clean.

Went to see toy story 4 with the kiddos, it was good to have a clean theater to enjoy our 3d movie! The refreshments was fresh and delicious try the cheddar cheese popcorn purchasing tickets was fast n easy which is always a plus because we came right when the movie was starting but managed to make it before the movie started overall nice place to take the kids and everyone I encountered had good customer service which is always appreciated!

Watched starwars rogue one and beauty and the beast. Them incline chairs put anyone to sleep. It was comfy and clean. I like that you can pick your seats when purchasing your tickets. What a time, to be alive!

This is my husband sand my favorite theater to go too. Its big, has some pretty decent food ( other than popcorn. And candy). Y8u can buy booze there as well. The bar is in the lobby. The seats in the theater all recline and are paired up, so you can lift the arm rest and have a little love seat going on for you and your date! Oh, and you can pick your seats Id you order thru an app. Really the only theater we go to anymore. Check it out. I dont think youll be disappointed.

Counter Associates and cashiers were great! One of the associates offered to help bring our 3-medium sized Diet Cokes to our seats while we carried 3 popcorn sacks. Theatre was clean and the seats are amazing.

A little dated but overall a good theater! They have reclining seats in all the rooms but they are the older style which is smaller and not stadium type. Be aware you will probably need to bring a hoodie or something cause they keep the AC running at the max.. my fiancé was freezing during the whole movie.

Me and my gf love this place. we love the reclining seats they have and today we finally saw It Chapter 2 and met the most amazing respectful lady working the concession stand.

Beware: after watching a movie at the Regal Cinemas, you will not be satisfied elsewhere. The seats are super comfy: they recline back and are pretty wide. The theater is large and usually has tons of movies playing. Also, you can reserve your seats in advance! So purchase your tickets with enough time to ensure that you get your preferred seats. Also, they have a point system, so make sure to download the app and register.

Love this movie theater and the Tuesday $7 movie deal is really hard to beat. The recliners are amazing and I suggest you get the app if you frequent often... points are a lifesaver on the concession prices. Womens bathroom is ehhhhh but honestly cant complain because the rest of the place is top notch

A good Regal, would recommend. Lines are short, prices are good, staff are kind, food is good, and most of all... the movies are great! 10/10, would recommend!

Its a nice theater, though maybe you have to pay for parking, but you can try hard and find some on the street. There are recliners in the theater with lots of space to stretch out and cup holders with little tables that swing in front of you. There might be booze as well.

My favorite theater in the city! They have the most comfortable reclining chairs ever! Prices are basically on par with what everyone else in the city charges now. My only qualm is that their bathrooms can get a bit nasty sometimes.

Just horrible... came in to watch Quiet place today at 7:20... came in at 7, got the ticket on line beforehand. Came in early to settle in and enjoy myself. Ordered small soda and pretzels... my receipt says 7:07... got my pretzels at 7:23... there were 3 managers in suits just leisurely walking around but Im guessing a girl that was making food was all by herself... I wouldnt order food there ever again, cause I just love my previews too much... but it was just painful to watch people in suits not give a dam about any of that, there was quite a few of us waiting...Seats are the best part... but Roosevelt movie theater is just much better for $13...

The service at the Regal Cinemas is the best. Great movie great seating. Food and drinks great. Have good family fun when we go there to watch movies. Keep up the great work. We will keep coming back

Its definitely a nice place. The seating is now reserved so you dont have to worry about getting good seats. You can also buy tickets in advance so you dont have to worry about getting tickets to any big movie premiers. The seats are spacious and recline and are very comfortable. Theres enough room to eat and drink comfortably. It sometimes tend to be a bit too cold but overall a good place to watch movies

Went for my 2nd Fathom event. Both of them a Dr. Who screening. Both times, the audio for the film was muted at the beginning and someone had to ask staff to unmute it. Not a major issue, just wish someone had paid better attention.

Honestly the best movie experience for people who are just looking to go see a movie and dont need the latest and greatest tech. Comfy seats, clean facilities, consistently the best experiences with the staff.

This movie place is very convenient. It has its own parking, a bar, very comfortable seats etc.

Its ok just make sure to order tickets ahead of time online instead of purchasing on the spot because they have prearranged seating. (If you show up with a large group youll probably be split up if you dont pre order the tickets). Also the parking situation is confusing PARK IN THE REAR LOT if not they wont validate your parking not a big deal just confusing since the entrance to the theater opens to the front lot. I got chooched for the parking but whatever now I know to park out back

Great theatre. Pre selecting ur seats is a plus. In addition the ability to recline the seats to further your experience. The picture quality is also a plus. All in all its a must

9/10 times that we go to the movies we chose Regal Webster 11. The layout is very straight forward. Street parking available most nights if you dont want to pay for garage parking. Staff is friendly and usually get your order in fast. Theaters are clean and well maintained with plush reclinable leather seats. Booking available at box office or online with apps like fandango. Would recommend

The Theater is great. I’ve been many times. Tonight the snack area was understaffed and I didn’t end up getting anything because I’m not going to miss 30 minutes of the movie for a snack. As I was leaving I was harassed by the security of the parking garage and it was very unnerving. Especially since I was parked in the street and not on their property. He was just standing in the street watching me leave my parking spot so i asked him if he needed something but he just said, “I work here”. I asked him to move away from my car but he kept trying to get me to roll down my window and pointing to the flag on his shirt and saying he worked there. I’m not really sure what the problem was but since he had no authority on the street I didn’t stay around to find out.

Great place with large comfy seats.

I noticed the owner responds often to comments, so I wanted to give some feedback.This movie theatre is always so hot! Too hot to be comfortable in. I also don’t know how fixable this is, but it is expensive and the seats seem pretty worn. The popcorn is “eh” and always a couple inches shy of being filled to the top of the bucket.

Dirty and old. Way over priced for a ticket and definitely at the concession stand. Plus the people working behind the counter moved so slow and seemed lost. Like u want a large sprite. Oh ok so a large sprite. I felt like I was in a hidden camera show it was so bad.

Were sold out and pretty dismissive about it. not a fan of theaters where you cant just impulsively show up for a movie very late into its run. The new era of assigned seating is very stressful. Thats not a problem specific to this theater, but I will also say that the bathrooms are placed on opposite ends of the theater, making for an an annoying diversion depending on your movie location.
