Sad that it now offers Pepsi products after being a Coca Cola location. The freestyle machine before gave lots of diet options. Now my options were Diet Pepsi or Pepsi Zero. Which to choose... Hot garbage juice...or pickled garbage juice. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Went to see End Game here it was a fun time. I got in early to avoid the crowds and line for food. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable,spacious and very clean which was a plus.

4DX was a cool experience. Loved the popcorn. The atmosphere is great and brings back childhood memories. Seen many movies here over the years. Regal app is great for scoring free popcorns and other perks!

It’s upgrading since my prior visit, I used to come here often when my daughters were younger because they had the arcade and the “IMAX” or what I thought was an IMAX. ONLY 3 true IMAXs in Illinois but definitely grateful for the time spent with daughters in the arcade. I think we even have a photo from their photo booth on our fridge.

Paid for the IMAX experience. Saw Tenet. The seats were new but dont recline via button push. The sound was atrocious. They cracked the sound wayy too high. It hurt our ears! (we are both 30 and go to edm concerts, so you know its not just us being picky). And the sound clipped. We really wanted to leave and get a refund but we didnt want to have to wait for another showing so we toughed it out and watched the movie. The movie was good, but if you are going for the IMAX experience then I would say go to an actual IMAX theater or buy a regular movie ticket in this theater.

This theater has been around for a while. Therefore the seating is old and needs to be updated. The spacing between the rows are all the same width, so it really doesnt matter what location you sit in in the theater. The leg room is all the same. They do a good job of keeping the theaters clean, but not great.There are 14 different movie screens, so its a safe bet to say you can find a movie that you want to see here at any time. Movies tend to stay here a little longer than other theaters, probably because they have 14 different screens, so if theres a movie that you thought you had missed, you can probably still catch it here.The food is expensive as it is in all movie theaters, no worse, no better.They do have a large games area where you can take the kids and play old and new video games before or after your movie.There is an attached parking garage, make sure you get it validated, it is only $2 to park there.The prices for the movies if you go on a Tuesday, are very reasonable. You will spend less money for the cost of a movie here than in any other theater in the city.The cost to see Star Wars in a regular movie theater at 6:30 p.m. this week was $7.29 and the cost for Star Wars 3 3D RCC movie at 9:30 p.m. was $5.70. Those prices cannot be beat.

The 4DX experience was unique! I saw Tenet in 4DX.

Always clean. Lines are sometimes long for concession stand but they keep the line moving. Love seeing movies here especially when it is so close!

This is a really big theater with several auditoriums. The fancy movies are pretty solid here, like the IMAX screen. Theres a big concessions area, a big arcade, and a large parking structure. Parking is $2, so really reasonable. Tickets are a bit pricey even for a regular show. I paid $45 for two adult tickets for a standard movie. Otherwise the variety of movies is great and the location is convenient.

Great time we went to see Adams family on a Saturday night at 9pm. Only about 6 other people in the theater. Kids loved it! Expect to spend about 100 bucks for a party of 2 kids 3 adults. Plenty of parking. Take your parking ticket with you to get it validated at the booth.

Its a typical chain kind of theater. There is a parking garage for like a dollar which is fairly convenient. Also nicely located near local buses. I like this theater because typically previews begin at the movie start time so youre okay arriving like 5 min late.

Great theater in the middle of Chicagoland area. Huge lobby with lots of arcade games. Also, huge concession stands with hotdogs, popcorn, candy, Slurpee, nachos, etc. IMAX, 3-d, and other forms of theatres. This place also has a parking lot, which is very inexpensive to park in. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time or company parties. Go check this place out for yourself.

Fairly Ok theater. The problem is that its not very clean and the seats arent comfortable. I normally want to see reclining seats. Also the screen was rattling from the vibrating bass and it was distracting. The screens need to be fixed so that they dont rattle.

It was great first time in RPX I come here all the time with my kids.

I love this place! So cute and close to my house. We recently took our daughter over Thanksgiving weekend to see Frozen 2 and it was very magical. She loved it, as we’d expect. Service is always standard and we just like it so much cause it’s our local place to go.

The seats are still the super old style seating (don’t recline and are really narrow with super narrow arm rests). Also, I requested a refund bc I changed my movie date and they initially said the refund will post in 2-3 days. I waited a week then called them and they said the refund failed but never informed me. After waiting on the phone for 20 minutes for them to find my order they said the refund was successful and will post in 3-5 days but sent me an email telling me to “restore my order”. I don’t want to recover/restore that order I want a refund. Super shady and I wonder how many people forget or don’t bother with requesting a refund after it fails.

This is my local theater. Big and has all the movies and special screens. A few good restaurants nearby like BBQ casual to a white table cloth to a diner. Game room to keep busy while you wait. Popcorn needs improvement but not bad

I went to see a movie Dolittle .. the place is really nice.. you can buy food and snacks and they are definitely allowed in the theater.. you can even rent the theater for maybe field trips for students...

Great movie experience. New chairs recently and superb picture and sound. Would go back but was just visiting from out of town.

Love this movie theater. Love the couch-like reclining seats! I wish these were installed at the IMAX theater rooms, though. I was surprised not to see them there.

Clean theater and somewhat friendly staff. Could tell they would rather be elsewhere. Food prices were way overpriced but had no other options if you want snack for movie. Assigned seating must be something new cause I usually like to pick my seat when I get into the theater. Would rather have gone to cheaper movie place but had gift card. Not worth the money if your looking for a place to lose yourself. People also had hard time controlling their kids and cell phones could be heard. Not going back to this site. Find the 400 theater on Sheridan for better value and service.

I went here for date night and with the area I expected it to be a lot better. They didnt have anything I wanted at the concessions even though advertising it everywhere. They were completely out of ice and the soda was so warm it was disgusting. Only bright was its one of the few theaters with and arcade left.

I ENJOYED THIS ️ INCREDIBLE THEATER!! I WENT TO SEE THE SCREENING OF BAD BOYS FOR LIFE! IT WAS FANTASTIC! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ALSO FOR THE GAME AREA LOCATED IN THE FRONT!!!

I like that theres $2 parking in the garage attached to the theater. Not a huge fan of the energy people that are sometimes set-up in the lobby. Im there to see a movie, not show you my comed bill. Theater is usually pretty clean, staff is polite.

This is my primary movie theater in the city. I love seeing new movies on Thursdays. Sometimes the projectors dont work but the staff will always refund your money as well as give you an extra movie ticket for the inconvenience. The popcorn is good, the parking is only $2 in the parking garage, and usually the theater is very clean.

Clean theater with great amenities... Even though I witnessed new projectors replacing existing ones on my last visit, it showed how much they invest in the customers experience..... No matinee prices, but, love this theater overall

They need to have more people staffing the concessions. It took nearly 15 minutes just to get popcorn. Almost missed beginning of movie.

Large screen. But the soda was very expensive. I ordered small one but it was probably the largest and most expensive soda cup I have ever had in my life. Oh and those kids running around and screaming during the movie. But hopefully its just one time issue.

Nice theater, but the chairs are not nearly as comfortable as most theaters are. They do have very convenient two dollar parking though.

I Really like this theater! The ticket booth area is massive and has plenty of cashier stations which cuts the waiting time considerably. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location offers Fan events complete with a very generous helping of free popcorn and drinks. I took a star aff because although the Fan even costs considerably more than the regular ticket price, the movie should very well be shown in IMAX or 3D when available. I really enjoyed my time here and I will be coming back soon.

$2 dollars for parking.(Validate inside) Nice place in the neighborhood to catch a movie, the chairs are cushioned, classic folding seats. Not much wiggle room kinda tight for a person with long legs is my only hesitation.

What I love about this theater is that when I go, it almost always empty. This may sound bad but I like how I dont have to wait in line for a long time. It has parking even though you have to pay. Its not a lot so its fine. It has both IMAX and RPX so it has good auditoriums.

It’s my favorite movie theater. It’s always clean and the checkout line for popcorn is fast, but I probably should add that it’s probably because I come when there’s very few people. It’s a really big movie theater; there’s always plenty of seats. It’s receiving four stars because the seats don’t recline and are actually quite uncomfortable sometimes. The thing (sorry) to put your drink in can also be hard to pull down. I’ve had to change seats before because of it.

Love this theater! I cant believe I have not gone here before. Really big ticket booth area. They offer Fan Events with very generous helpings of free popcorn and drinks. Centrally located near public transportation stations and stops. I only gave it 4 stars because the Fan Events are not offered in 3-D or IMAX but they charge so much more for the tickets. This is very disappointing. However, I had a great time at this theater and will definitely be going back soon.

I used to come here sometimes once a week to catch movies with my girlfriend. Definitely our go to cinema. I introduced her to the Raspberry icee...the huge cup looked so funny in her little hands. Haha. They have nice clean auditoriums, parking for like 2 bucks with validation and a photobooth.

They have all the latest movies, big screens, comfortable seats, and an RPX screen where the sound is great. Unfortunately, the rest of the theaters struggle with sound quality. It seems to be inconsistent from theater to theater. The bass is a bit muddy and the dialogue can be difficult to hear. That being said, this is still one of my go to theaters. However, for something like a sci-fi movie with lots of effects I will either get the RPX seat or go elsewhere.

We have been to quite a number of movies at this location. Its likely on the higher side when it comes to pricing especially compared to some of the AMCs nearby. There is reserve seating which is a plus and they have IMAX and RPX screenings. The food offered is actually a plus here because they offer more than just candy and popcorn. Youre able to get full meals including sandwiches, nachos, pizzas and more. there is a paid parking garage which requires you to validate your parking for discount. Theres a small gaming area as well for kids before the movies. Could improve in cleaning inside the theaters however. And I feel like it has not been updated in a very long time, especially the seats in the older theaters. But as far as theaters go it, does the job and gives the decent experience. Give it a try if youre close by.

It was nice but it was very very cold in there. Very expensive, the seats are old not like the AMC...very comfortable but my daughter enjoyed herself.

Ive been here a few times, but unfortunately the movie I saw was my last. Experienced a lot of issues at concessions, from attitude to most everything I asked for being out of stock. There was also a huge issue in that we could constantly hear sound bleeding over from the film next door. There were times that should have been dramatic in my film, but the music from the other film was so loud it ruined the moment. Additionally, the doors in the theatre slam LOUDLY every time they are shut, so when people left for refreshments or restrooms it was incredibly disturbing. Lastly, the movie screens are dirty just from age, and there are some angles and lighting in which this affects the movie. Not worth the ticket price, even if the seating and atmosphere are overwhelmingly positive.

I came here to see Downton Abbey the movie as part of a Fidelity Visa Signature event. I had been here a year earlier to see the Black Panther movie and both times the staff was helpful and the clean.The theater seats are comfortable and well placed, there was hardly a bad seat in the house.

Good local theater that carries most major films. When I win the lottery I will try the concession stand food and drinks ($$$).

Always a great selection of films, clean restrooms and theaters. Prices are normal theater prices with a selection of hot foods.

This place has really gone downhill in the past couple years. The soda machines are alternately out of ice or the drink you want, the popcorn is stale and mostly crumbs, the bathrooms are disgusting and in constant states of disorder. The only thing that seems to work are the movies, its a shame its so unpleasant coming here to watch them.

I love this theater, but this is the first time I did the 4dx 3d experience, and Im not impressed. I feel like the movement, air jets, mist sprayers, and most of all the strobing lights take away from the movie.

Its an IMAX equipped theater and we saw the new Star Wars movie and the IMAX theater very comfortable seating it wasnt that crowded on Sunday

Good movie theatre. Tuesdays are the best for prices.. Just expect a lot of people that day. Has garage parking for only 2 bucks if you cant find parking on the street. Small arcade inside if youre looking for some games to play before the movie. Cant give the 5 stars.. Cuz theres times the pop dispeners dont work properly and its been a mess. Staff could also use some coaching in service.

Staff wasnt very uninformative. No.warning about the 4dx moving lights flashing. The seats pretty much give you whiplash. The screen is.very small and poor sound quality. This is very overpriced . The seats dont just shake they about throw.you out of them. I was afraidntontey to get up to even go to the bathroom in fear i was going to get hurt. I had no idea what was entailed in a 4dx showing simce.the ticket person was just in a hurry to move us along.

A little understaffed on the weekends. The theater needs some remodeling. Decent variety of concessions. Its a vibrant and respectful audience. Males the movie experience even more special. Parking is affordable. Mostly clean and stock.

Our experience was very disappointing. The inside of the elevator doors for the parking garage were covered in graffiti. All of the self-service ticket dispensers were malfunctioning. The mens and womens restrooms by the main entrance were unsanitary (toilet paper all over, urine on the floor, etc.). Im giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 star because the theaters themselves seemed clean.

Its chilly in the rpx theater so dress accordingly

This is one of my favorites cinemas, but lately they dont have affordable schedules to watch 2 movies, you have to wait around an hour in between. And the restrooms arent cleaned most of the time.

Was there last week on Saturday. Nasty place, so dirty. Pop all over the floor. Only one pop machine was working. Popcorn was stale. Endless lines. Out of napkins. Bathroom was one of the dirtiest Ive been in. The only reason this gets 2 starts instead of 1 is because parking is cheap.

Do NOT do the 4DX? The theater is freezing and the big effect is using fans or spraying water at you. It will be one of your worst movie experiences that you get to pay extra for

Great theater. Came here for IMAX instead of the navy pier location. Parking here is very affordable after validation. Only 2 dollars. Cant beat that. They also stream other special movie events.

Told the customer service desk about a girl with a laser pointer going into all the theaters and pointing it at the screens and people and they DID NOTHING!!! They need to train people better if they are going to work there.

I really only see the occasional horror film.. so why is it the air conditioning is never on for these movies? Its not one specific theater (I was in #2 this time), which leads me to believe they deliberately skimp on movies they dont anticipate to pack the house. You can do better in this neighborhood.

Sometimes they decide your sit for you. They looking you like if you have how to pay your entrance, the people there are unfriendly at all. Cashiers ignored you. Expensive and dirty . Sorry for the comment but is true.

Slow staff, greedy manager. Overpriced. Gave us broken Imax 3D glasses and refused to replace them. Told me 5 minutes for a pizza. I came back 10 minutes later and they said another 5 minutes. When the pizza was finally done it was burnt. Talked to the staff and he didnt do anything about it. I refuse to ever come to this or any other Regal Cinema theatre ever again! Terrible experience, missed parts of my movie because of the staff being terribly slow and understaffed.-- Edit: After talking to the manager he refunded the pizza. Still pretty upset.

4dx sound system is not great

The place was clean it was beautiful BUT there where alot of Cashier Registers but there where only 2 workers and On the movie I was watching it didnt start the time I expect the movie was suppostly going to start at 7 but it started like at 7:47 it even said on the tickets it was starting at 7 Im disappointed but overall was pretty good

Fine enough theater. Clean. Sometimes there is no one staffing the concessions which can be disappointing if you wanted something before the show.

Awesome customer service. I lost my wallet on a Friday night. I called them that same night and they really tried their best to help me with finding it. The next day I came in early and the manager had it in her office. Nothing was missing —I was so thankful!

The most unclean and dysfunctional business Ive seen in a long time. Popcorn and garbage everywhere, sticky floors, broken ticket machines. In a pinch to see a movie sold out elsewhere its fine, but I wouldnt come here even as a last resort in the future.

Wow! The movie in the RPX theater was an awesome experience!!! The sound was absolutely perfect, loud, and crystal clear! I didnt mind paying the extra cost. The fight scenes and gunshots were crazy good.

Too expensive no discounts on Seniors or kid. Not even going to early shows(matinee).Also have to pay for parking. Not a place to take a family. Will cost an arm or leg. Better off going to Skokie theater. Much cheaper and its clean and staff are professional.

Men’s bathroom next to theatres 13 & 14 has had a broken urinal for well over a year. Both men’s bathrooms have broken appliances and are unsanitary. Please fix your bathrooms and clean them regularly.I would not recommend bringing children to see a movie at this theatre because the bathrooms are way dirtier than other theatres within driving distance.

Im trying to get hired , I applied a month ago and before they would answer and tell me that they will pass my info on tithe hiring manager but I never never get a call or email . And today Im calling, and I see it says not very busy at this moment, yet the call says the operator cant answer the phone , I honestly think they are not trying to hire me on purpose . Can you explain that IMAX Western?

Brought my kids to see Captain Marvel, a movie that we were all really excited to see. Get there and it takes forever to buy four tickets, the attendant spends a good 5 minutes clicking randomly on his screen. Then, we get to our seats and the floor is sticky! My shoes didnt want to detach from the floor, probably spilled soda. Compared to other theaters that I have been to this past year, we like to go every so often on the weekend, this one really dropped the ball. Too expensive for the amenities they offer and overall poor experience.

My favorite large theater. Its always clean. The lines can get long, but just purchase tickets in advance or get there early to hop in line for snacks.
