Mobile Escape Room hosted a virtual escape room for my family over Thanksgiving weekend. The game was fun and everyone enjoyed it. Jason and Justin were extremely professional and helped manage my dysfunctional family so that we worked together and defeated the super villains! Additionally, they were very patient in helping everyone get connected to zoom and the online game. Thank you!

This was our second year in a row having Mobile Room Escape come to our office for a team building exercise before our holiday party. We have had so much fun both times! We highly recommend them and cant wait to see them next year!

They were easy to plan my daughters first birthday with. They showed up an hour before the scheduled start time in order to setup, but didnt pressure us whatsoever to start early! Miraculously the group of 10 year old girls got out with 10 minutes to spare. Great product, excellent service, Highly recommend the experience...my daughter loved it and so did her friends.

Just wanted to leave a review for the Mobile Room Escape. Our Library hosted an event on June 1 and our patrons loved it! This brought out patrons we dont see often, so that is a plus. Also, with the terrible rain forecast and possible storms we had a great turnout. Frank accompanied the Escape Room and was able to get everything setup and ready to go well before our patrons arrived. The entire evening rain smoothly and on time.I highly recommend booking them. Our company, Business IT Source, used the Mobile Escape Room as a team building experience for our whole company (split up by different groups).It was amazingly fun and really got the whole team working together.Our game master, Justin, was great and it was noticeable he really had fun doing his job. The Mobile escape room was a great experience from start to finish for our corporate event! The sales team at the Mobile Escape room helped us find a venue that would accommodate the bus which ended up being a great Park District and picnic experience in itself. The options for 15 min, 30 min and hour were perfect for us to accommodate a huge event that everyone could participate in. The Game Master was funny and remained in character so we all got the full experience of escaping the room. I received great feedback from all participants, we will definitely be doing this again!

Summer Camp of 120 kids on a nasty hot Chicago Day, and two trailers pull into the Park for what I am hoping is at minimum a hit for half the kids! Kids are not easy to please!! Lets just say that 120 kids entered 120 kids left with stories of almost solving all the puzzles, high fives for completing the challenges, not a single it was boring comment! Not a single, we needed more time comment! 120 kids all beyond Happy, which made me happy!!!!! The staff of each trailer was amazing with the kids! Ethan, Justin, and Drew made sure every kid that looked to be struggling was given a little hint that made them still feel like they solved the puzzle!! The staff came in with nothing but smiles and the attitude to make sure everything was smooth and easy for us! Block Party, Summer Camp, or birthday Party, give them a call and see how they can make your event a blast and make you look like the hero!

This was the perfect activity for our corporate conference. We booked both the escape and axe throwing trailers and they came to us! Our guests were challenged by both and had a great time. Note: the axe throwing trailer is exposed to the elements so give your guests a heads up to dress appropriately. Thanks so much for the fun!

We used Mobile Room Escape to host a surprise event for our students. Amy went above and beyond to answer questions and meet our needs, making sure that they went to great lengths to keep it a surprise for the girls, even though that meant they had to wait until the last minute to pull up the trailer and organize for our start time. Our girls commented on how professional and fun the staff members were. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mobile Escape Room was well received by our employees. This was our second time renting the event. It is a great team building exercise. Host Melina was great! Only suggestion is to wrap the escape room trailer or have some graphics explaining what it is so it catches attendees eyes. The trailer is a white box.

This was a great team building event for our sales meeting. We had a meeting off-site and it was wonderful to walk out of the hotel and straight into our event. We were looking for a way to bring some team building and problem solving activities to our summer camp program. The Mobile Escape was a perfect fit! Melina was a delight to work with. She understood 13 and 14 year olds and was constantly observing them. Jason even took the time after the event to talk to the children about entrepreneurship and his development of the Mobile Escape. We hired the Mobile Room Escape as an end-of-year celebration for a 7th and 8th grade after-school club. It was perfect! The students loved it, and all the other students and teachers who saw the truck in the parking lot were jealous. This may become an annual thing.

We had such a great time! We had a family birthday party, so we thought this would be a fun way to get everyone together. They arrived early, were easy to work with and were professional. They set everything up, and we started. We had 2 groups. Harrison was helpful when he needed to be, but otherwise, he let us figure it out on our own. We had a ball! The adults went first, and the kids went second. Of course, the kids finished faster than the adults. They are still bragging!

We recently had Jason come out for a mobile ax throwing event for my department. Creating an event for 25 different people is usually a challenge but not for these guys! Their scheduling , instruction, and interaction with the group was amazing and my crew cannot stop talking about it!

Melina and the Mobile Room Escape were amazing! They arrived on time (early even) and came directly to our office, which was so incredibly convenient. Melina was very friendly and a great leader. Our team had an amazing time solving the challenge! The clues were hard to figure out (but not so hard that it was frustrating - and we managed to escape with just a few minutes left!) It was definitely a challenge and required our whole group to work together to solve. We had a great time, thanks for everything!

All around very fun experience. Theyre different from other escapes in the fact that they have people in the room with you, and they explain the story to you versus a tv or computer doing it. It makes for good theatrics. Also, it gets you into what youre doing. Gets you a bit more hyped up for the game. Im not going to give any spoilers, but I will say for being in a trailer, the space is used wisely, and it is decorated nicely. All of the props go together in some way, shape, or form. There arent just a bunch of random objects laying around that have no relevance to what youre trying to accomplish. Very nice escape. Highly recommended. Oh, and the other cool thing is theyre mobile, so if you have a party you can have them come to your party. I like that kind of flexibility. Not many other places do that.

Great family fun. We had a big family event with kids as young as 10 and adults in their 70s. It was as fun as it was challenging. Melina was the perfect leader. We all cant wait until the new room is ready for our next year get together

We had mobile escape come to our wedding reception. Escape rooms are a big part of who were are as a couple and we even got engaged in one! I was a little worried that we wouldnt have enough people to do the escape room, but each room was booked out throughout our reception. We had four escapes that were optimized to be 30 minutes instead of the full hour (a full hour would have been too much at a wedding reception). Everyone talked about how much fun they had. And now, some people want to do it again. The room we had was Down Periscope, which I believe is their new one. My husband and I have quite a few friends who do escape rooms, and they complimented this room. They said that they loved the puzzles and the décor. I highly recommend Mobile Room Escape! We are so glad that we booked them for our wedding reception!

I did not know what to expect, never having been to this type of entertainment venue. But I am someone who enjoys riddles, puzzles, and other similar challenges, so I went in with an open mind. And Im glad I did!Once I stepped the Mobile Room Escape trailer, I was intrigued. I had done some reading about this type of thing, and being used to online escapes where everything rests on your ability to solve clues on your own, I was not sure how working with strangers and a few acquaintances would end. An hour is either a long time or a very, very short, especially when the clock is running.I promised I would not give anything away, but I will say that you need to pay very close attention to the clues! I looked at somethings one way, and were it not for my team, I would have missed the actual clue altogether. I will say that there were some things that I was able to solve when no one else could. In short, you need to work as a team to escape!I had an absolute ball, and would encourage even the biggest skeptic to give this a try. You will not be disappointed! I am already telling everyone I know that this would be great for a birthday party, a block party, carnival, school function, etc. And, if you were looking for the perfect team building event, this is it! I am talking to the folks at work about this, and I hope to get something together in the near future!A lot of fun for just about any age. Dont wait for someone to suggest this....plan your own Mobile Room Escape adventure! Your friends will think youre awesome!

I highly recommend the Mobile Room Escape! We used it at my business as a team building event, and it was a huge success. It was very well organized and everyone had a great time. The custom designed scenarios, puzzles, clues, etc. are all very well planned and are very challenging and engaging, great work guys!

This was a fun event for our corporate summer outing! The team was a few minutes late but the set-up time inbetween was very quick! We had 3 teams of 9 or 10 people and did the 30 minute session. I would have preferred doing the one-hour session so we were not distracted by items that were not used in the 30 minute session. Overall, I highly recommend.

Booked MRE for a youth group event. I had 10 teenagers anxious for an escape room event. Brendan lead our adventure on a Friday night and it was awesome! The kids all worked together and we made it out with under 4 minutes to spare! The theme and clues were all appropriate and challenging for our group. We had MRE come out to our church in the Western Suburbs for a youth event. We all loved it. Not only is it truly challenging, but its collaborative and everyone has a chance to contribute in some way to the escape. Fun for all ages, and definitely worth the price and time. Great escape venue for up to 12 people, ages 8 and up. Lots of different types of puzzles to solve, and very funny mad scientist adding to the mix. Super customer service as well. Makes for a great scout, youth groups, team building, etc. experience. Highly recommend it!

Excellent team building experience! I engaged MRE for our Department last week (we had 9 people in the trailer), and although nobody had ever visited an escape room before and were therefore leery, everyone worked together and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. MRE answered all of my questions beforehand, arrived on time as promised, and our guide was so positive and encouraging that I am definitely going to have MRE out again. Couldnt recommend more!

I strongly recommend Mobile Escape for your next event or night-out because its so much fun and a very unique experience. I organized a Moms Night Out and it was a huge success. First, Jason answered my million questions before we got started because I wanted to park the trailer in Downtown Northbrook near a restaurant.Our host/driver Connor arrived early and met me at the spot on the street we picked on the street in Downtown Northbrook. He was able to park in the perfect location near the Landmark Inn so that the group was able to have a quick drink and then walk a few steps to the truck. My co-organizer Amy called the Police department to confirm that parking on the street was fine.The game itself so much fun and challenging. I loved the submarine theme and after a while you forgot you were in a mobile room parked in downtown northbrook. The group overall had a great time, and gave really really positive feedback about the experience. Connor was dressed like a sailor and only helped out when we got stuck. We were able to Escape at the last minute...! Phew.

Staff professional and accommodating. Great team-building exercise and challenging.

Fun escape. The clues do have an order so you dont feel like the things are unrelated. Splitting the tasks up was necessary for us to finish in time and doing this means you will not get to take part in every riddle.The staff is friendly and will give you tips if youre going in the wrong direction. The trailer has air conditioning. The trailer isnt small, but I do think 12 people (their max size) would be too crowded. We had 7 people in our run and it was fairly easy to maneuver around everyone. I think over 10 people would become difficult.
