Had a great time watching the children enjoy themselves at my granddaughters birthday party. They had two great party coordinators who were attentive and helpful. The party rooms, are clean and spacious with a lot of natural light. Driving into the facilitys lot could be a little tricky because you could easily miss your turn.

My son had his 8th birthday here yesterday when I tell yall ALL THE KIDS HAD A BALL plus the ADULTS️ The young lady that was my host she did a wonderfully, amazing JOB from the beginning to the end. She a very nice and respectful person. Everything was just how I wanted it. She kept up with my guests and everything else I just love it. WE WILL BE BACK️ Thank you altitude trampoline park

Cant say enough about this place! Its long overdue for Chicago to have something like this, and they are doing an incredible job. Well run, tons of options for activities for the kids. Grown ups too! Last time we were there, I think there were 10 birthday parties happening, and they have tons of space for that. There is a big community cafe area with tons of picnic bench style seating. Concession had somewhat healthy snacks and drinks, or you can have your restaurant of choice deliver catering. They will reserve the Dodge ball court for private games! Huge congrats to Amanda and her husband on this success, we love it! Highly recommend taking the family! Well be back many more times!

Visiting from out of town and spent an amazing day at Altitude. Staff was great, the place was empty on a school day, and the centers activities were a blast. Will definitely come back on another trip. Thank you!

Well, you should first read about the accidents that might happen in the places like that, in case youre unaware. The Park has ample parking. The staff that is at the help desk and entrance is very courteous and responsive. The staff that works on the floor is either not professional or doesnt want to conflict with the people breaking rules. I specifically took my kids to the little kids area where older kids (and of course adults) are not allowed to jump. But I saw two heavy fathers jumping with their kids there. After asking the staff whats going on, I got a response that if they are with their kids theyre allowed. It defeats the whole purpose of the little kids area. Also as you can see in the picture the basketball hoop is rather low and kids can easily hurt themselves while jumping. Will not be back

Fantastic fun and not crazy expensive. Lost my phone in a foam pit and the staff was kind enough to spend hours helping me look for it. For sure above and beyond.

Came here with our kids, their was multiple parties going on which made parking a bit difficult. However the facility was not overwhelming and very organized. Kids had a great time and always love coming back. Facility is also clean.

Great place to have a childs birthday, their party packages can include 90 minutes of jumping/obstacle course, pizza and drinks, private party room with a party helper! The helper stays with the children as they plan in the trampoline area! They help set up the party in the room and clean up! Not too much work for parents! Clean venue with a small snack bar, boy & girl restrooms. There is seating spread out In the play area for parents to watch but they can participate if theyd like too. You must purchase slip resistant socks for the play area, they are giving to the party guests in the package. You can bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. We had a great party for a 5 year old, boys and girls. Our party helper was so nice and she did a great job!

We hosted a fundraiser at Altitude Chicago and I cant say enough about how amazing the staff was with helping us with this event. From setting up our check-in station to preparing the food and beverage area, they were very attentive and helpful. The kids had an absolute blast and this place has quickly become a favorite! A huge thank you for supporting our cause!

Great place to have fun and jump around with friends and family. But don’t Respond to you, if you lose anything. Sent two emails around 2 weeks ago about a lost bracelet and there’s no direct line to call either. At least some response but nothing.

Had my babys 2nd birthday party here and overall everything was amazing. Our host was not the best, nor did he really try too hard. There were a few things that were included in the party package that I had to question him about as I dont feel I should have. It turned out ok because absolutely everyone else were extremely helpful.

My team at work made Adult night our team outing! It was a great night out and tons of fun. It wasnt too crowded and we were able to do all of the things we wanted. Definitely coming back!

This is a great place for kids and adults! It is very reasonably priced per hour of jumping. The facility is clean and well kept up. There is a small food court as well.

Customer service and management need significant improvement. This company is not in the business of selling products - so, it really should look at better staffing and training for its management. Unfortunately, we had to speak with far too many managers to get issues resolved. And, when they were resolved, it was done so with the hospitality Id expect from a DMV.We hosted our sons birthday at Altitude. We reserved space over 6 weeks in advance. A week before a manager requested we move our party time back. Not a great experience when youve mailed out guest invites Nonetheless, we had contacted the 15+ families with a different starting time. They did extend a discount for the inconvenience. The event went well, but I had a billing mistake that I found after paying - no discount. So, I hopped back in the car and returned to the storefront. I spoke with another manager who assured me I would be refunded. 10 days later still no refund. So, I emailed in a copy of my receipt and billing statement. No answer. Then, I called in and after 20 mins, I had to return to the store. On the call, the manager Ellis literally did not believe I had the discount or a receipt. Despite me having emailed in the receipt showing the discount, I had to physically show it to him in the store. After he saw the discount and receipt, he then told me he needed to speak to the manager that gave me the discount. My mind was blown at this point. No apologies or sorry for the inconvenience. Ellis was clearly unfit for a managerial role or anything else relating to customer interaction. I am sure the business is doing well enough, Id urge them to please invest in some qualified middle management or training. Again the kids had a blast, but I caution any parents out there trying host a special occasion. Theres plenty of other options in the city with basic level of competent customer service.

I thought the facility was nice. They have a decent refreshment area, they were a little pricey (about $1 more than your corner store/gas station). The jump area was a nice size. And the party room was nice, you have a view of the entire front entrance and refreshment area and a portion of the jump area.

It was lovely. Very organized, clean played nice music fun for all ages.

The kids had a great time. I thought it was a bit expensive at the snack area while the kids played. The few adults who went with the children in our group enjoyed it also.

Solid trampolines and good facility. Plus the staff is pretty lax on the rules provided youre not being blatantly unsafe. Great fun for this adult and his friends!

Very nice place to jump around for a while, would recommend coming with friends as sometimes its boring to go on your own. There are some times during the day where nobody else comes and youre kind of there with a few babies or adults.

Very clean place, free lockers available. Party packages are reasonable. Kids of all ages will enjoy but beware dont take your 4 yrs old and expect them not to be hurt. kids will break rules and smash into each other. Sometimes probably on purpose!

We love Altitude Chicago! The facility is beautiful and well maintained. We had so much fun burning off all our winter break energy here. Great activities for kids of all ages and super fun for adults too! We cant wait to go back!

The kids loved it! I loved it because there were safety employees all over the trampolines keeping everyone following the rule and safe. Plenty of places for a non jumper to hangout and let the kids get the wiggles out.

Fun place. Workout for sure. Staff showed great hospitality, very informative and welcoming. Make sure to put everything loose or can come off easliy in the locker. If you dont chance it will fall into the foam pit if you jump in and will not be able to be retrieved.

My kids love it here. Its a nice new attraction in out neighborhood and it doesnt break the bank. They have reasonable prices and offer many specials online. My special needs child loves it here and we love to see a place thats so welcoming to everyone.

Always love going to this trampoline park. So glad to see it in the city. My kids love it. There are a ton of opens for the kids, wipe out, dodge ball and a number of other things. Worth a trip. Concessions are pricey but that’s everywhere you go.

Organized a 5 year olds birthday party here. Overall I thought it was well done and everyone had a great time.Pros:-the eating area isnt too crazy. Tables arent spaced too closely together and you get two long ones together with a party package which was plenty for 12 kids and a few adults to sit (because it all parties didnt eat at the same time adults were able to sit at nearby tables or high tops or stand).-food was better than expected. We had 2 cheese 2 pepperoni pizzas and 1 fruit bowl. That was plenty for 12 kids and 12 adults and we still had a full pizza left over.-with a party youre assigned your own host who takes care of serving the food, getting everyone checked in, etc.-trampolines and foam pits are pretty well maintained and theres plenty of staff around. There was a collision with a couple kids not paying attention and someone came over with ice packs right away.Cons:-I had 3 pre-phone calls to confirm things. I called once a few days prior to finalize numbers. Then 2 days later I got a phone call in the morning to confirm things. And then another call that same afternoon. Notes arent happening in the system as this was a waste of time.-In addition, when we got there they STILL had the count wrong for jumpers fortunately was able to change it without issues, but not sure what the point was of the previous phone calls except they did get the food order right.Overall it was worth it. Good space, good event planning, good food. Would host there again.

Great place! Friendly staff and the place is clean! I love that the snack station has a variety of snacks and its well organized! And for all the coffee lovers they serve Dark Matter coffee! The number one thing Id say that sets this place apart from the rest is that on Fridays and Saturdays they have glow in the dark jump time! Only downside to that is that begins on the later side, 7:45pm. One of the employees said its for teen time but honestly I think every single child in there enjoys the glow time. With that being said, I really hope they consider starting at an earlier time for everyone to enjoy! I always add the fun glow experience to my snapchat and IG stories and I get so many inboxes with parents asking me where I am at! They play good music too!

The crew at Altitude made our corporate team building event one to remember. They brought a ton of energy and fun to our dodgeball tournament. All in all it was a great experience that had my whole team feeling like kids again.

Absolutely wonderful. Watch out, Pump It Up, Altitude sees you and is upping the game BIG TIME. Huge, clean, safe and a blast for all ages. Only problem is tearing my kids away even after hours. Absolutely going to save ya this winter and many to come. Wonderful owners and management, too.

I will never visit this place again. 2 teenagers who I assumed were related to one of the staff members were bullying the other kids. I actually had to tell them to get away from my grandkids with all that swearing. They were playing music that was definitely not appropriate for children, but what can you expect when you have kids running the place.

The kids had a great time. Would be nice if they had a person working the food area. We had to try and find someone to help us

New establishment so it was nice and clean. Big parking lot which is a plus in the city. My 6 yo enjoyed his play date with his fiends and a great way to burn off energy. Also complimentary lockers which was nice.

I recently had my sons birthday party here and he loved it. The staff was friendly and attentive. I only had one issue, when i scheduled the party, i wasnt told that the pizzas were going to be ordered from an outside pizza restaurant, they are not made there. So when i needed more pizzas, i couldnt order anymore. I thought pizzas were made there, BUT THEY ARE NOT! So if you schedule an event, order enough pizzas, if you think youll need more.

My kid loves this place. I have a 14 month old baby and he wanted to try it. I paid for myself and my kids and when I got there I asked the lady that was charging us if I could take my baby to jump and she said it was ok. Well I only took him for like 5 minutes and the manager told us that he needed to pay full price if I wanted him to jump. I looked at him like my baby is only 14 months old he’s not even jumping I’m holding him and jumping. Anyways I hated his attitude.

So this place at first glance seems like its just for kids but let me tell you, as a late-20s heavier-set girl? I had SUCH a fun time! Some friends and I are had a great time and maybe a few slightly twisted knees and ankles but I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. Super clean and organized. Good food options. Something for all age kids too. My 3 year old loved it.

Great place but it is WAY too crowded. The staff does not stop kids from running across trampolines and jumping with other kids. It becomes very dangerous with so many kids and no one paying attention. I saw multiple kids get hurt and all could have been avoided. There needs to be a limit to number of people given jump passes at one time, and the staff needs to be more present on the floor and make sure rules are followed. I stopped going which is too bad because my kids loved it. Too dangerous now.

We visited this place today. It has an awesome spacious facility and parking lot, friendly and well trained staff. Very suitable for little kids too. My 4 and 2 year olds had a blast for almost 3 hours in a row!

Large enough to accommodate everyone, get some exercise and have fun!

Holy cow this place is AMAZEBALLS! Not only was it super fun and a great workout, but the building is just phenomenal. I would love to have an ADULT party here - co-workers, friends, whatever!

Had a bad experience. The carpet by their lockers was soaked because their ceiling leaks (no one told us so our socks were wet). Their zip line was closed and after paying 22 bucks per person I was not happy. Management said they were not staffed properly to be able to open the zip line and have enough people watching the floor. One of the girls who was staffed sat around talking to another off the clock staff member whole time we were there anyways (there was one mexican floor supervisor who did do a good job). Would not recommend for a couples date. Too many little ones running around. Could be a fun place if it had a better staff, price, and fixed their ceiling.

Altitude has a very nice facility with many activities for all ages. A toddler area with a small foam pit, big foam pits, high dive, trapeze, trampolines everywhere, competition games and has an area r.p host parties.

New establishment that has something for all ages. They have an actual wipeout machine, monkey bars, climbing wall, trampoline basketball, plus more. Great for getting your heartrate up and upper body workout.

Just checked this place out and it is AWESOME for kids 2 and up! It was a bit confusing at 1st since we had already purchased our particular time slot for jumping (1 hr jumping time) and signed waivers the night before. I had never been here but I assumed there wouldve been 2 lines. One for people who purchased and signed waivers and another for people who didnt do either. It was a no school day in winter and this place was packed. Many of the other parents were on the same boat of confusion as I. It was a super long line but to my surprise we were helped quite quickly! Their staff on Presidents day did great in my opinion. We didnt wait in line too long and at the counter they did see I had taken care of my waiver and bought time ahead. Simple time adjustment was made so I didnt loose my purchase or have to purchase an additional slot for my kiddo to jump. It was great. They have small lockers with codes for you to leave your belongings at no extra cost along with cubbies. 1st come 1st serve on those. I prefer this place than another popular indoor trampoline park in Niles... This location is perfect and so kid friendly even 2-year-olds have their own play area. It really is for kids of all ages. Theres so much seating for parents throughout the trampoline park. The facility is clean and their staff was great with kids when I was there. Theres also an additional area separate to the trampoline park that has quite a bit of benches to eat or for birthday parties. We look forward to coming more often. You know its good when the kids dont want to leave yet! :)
