Restroom are clean and well maintained. The the facility itself inside and out is clean and well maintained. There are several informational pamphlets and flyers on the Wyoming area available to tourists. They have a really neat museum area that is really fun and educational. The museum is entertaining and informative to people of all ages from children to adults. The rest stop is family and pet friendly. There are picknick areas as well a a dog run for your furry family members. There is parking for Truck and trailers as well as campers and passinger vehicles. The rest stop feels just as clean and safe during the night as we as the day time.

Extremely nice rest area. Probably the best in Wyoming. The grounds and facilities are well kept and very clean. Big restrooms with plenty of stalls and sinks. Picnic tables with a nice roof and side walls to protect from the wind. Potable water spikets which is a super big plus. Plenty of room to walk yourself, family and animals. Tons of truck parking. Safe place to hang your hat for a while.

Ok, so I was hoping for more information about the state, at least the native plants... nothing. The part of the building with the exhibitions is closed. Covid-19, of course. But if youre looking for a nice, clean place to stop and use the bathroom - it is ok.

Very good food. However the Google address is for the bar entrance which is on the street. The restaurant entrance actually faces a big parking lot. We ended up walking almost 3/4 of the way around the building to get to it. Only downside.

We don’t always make a point to stop at Welcome Centers, but made a point to hit this one because of the great reviews.Sadly, we didn’t see much more than the restrooms because everything else was closed up by 3pm.Definitely a cool building and hope to get a chance to visit the rest of it another time!

I dont normally label a rest stop on the highway with five stars. And Ive driven past this rest stop so many times as I didnt need to stop for whatever reason. However, I will stop on the next one as I would like to have had more time to look at all of the different exhibits. Highly recommended.

Good for sleeping in your car when youre so tired that trying to drive would be a death sentence for you, and possibly others on the road. I had been driving for like 8 hours and hadnt slept. It was 5am and one second I was one place, the next I was like 1000 feet down the expressway. It looked like a blink but felt like a short nap.Knowing that it could happen again any second, I force out: OK Google, navigate to the nearest rest area and bam!, Im being lead to this place. I passed out as soon as I got the car in park. I didnt even kill the engine, which turned out to be good cuz I forgot to turn off the headlights. I would be in a lot of trouble if that happened. Fr fr.No one bugged me and I was able to sleep a bit. Shade would have been awesome but its impossible to find in that parking lot, so I only gave 4 stars.

The information center has a really nice exhibit of a mammoths skeleton and the wild wild west. There are some other smaller displays of outdoor equipments. The kids I saw at the welcome center appeared to be having a great time so it is definitely a place to stop if you have kids.
