Park staff enter home not owned by them without home owner acknowledgement, make false accusations regarding lease violations making a peaceful experience into a Nightmare. Staff snoops thru personal property and they refuse to even acknowledge work order repairs to park owned utilities. Rude and unprofessional personal. Park is clean, quite and other residents are very nice and attentive to the unfairness of this company.

Living there was the worst expérience of are life. Pretty place, but you cant enjoy it (big brother is waching you). The managent terrofies people. I thoutght it was a safe place to live in,and in 3 month there were 2 shuttins.. Go elsewere to live !!!

Horrible place to live. Do not rent or buy here. You pay outrageous lot rent and can do nothing with the lot except walk to your front door. Residents are stuck up and act like they live in a gated community, all while driving a $1500 car. Would not recommend
