Now that it is under new ownership and they brought in new management they are doing a great job at making park improvements. Nice place to live!

This place is a joke. If you want cable or satellite TV.. Dont move here. Its unavailable here. They turn off the water at random with absolutely ZERO notice. Management changes like the wind. The new owner makes himself unreachable on purpose. They allow convicted child molesters to live here even though the lease explicitly says No Sex Offenders, so if you have kids I wouldnt move here. The new owner has yet to formally say ANYTHING to existing tenants, other than a shotty demand to keep yards tidy. Hes not local and is by far out of touch with Wyoming. Hes quick to jump to his lawyer like most Californians. Just in it to make a quick buck. Too bad there wasnt anything less than one star. You can put a pig in a tux but that doesnt make it a groom.
